We have a website where certain pages which are PHP codes protected and can only be viewed by registered members.

We would like to upgrade this system so that:

- the database of these registered members is moved to a PHPlist which we have installed ourselves

- new members who register will be automatically added to the PHPlist

- new php codes so that we can designate some webpages and documents (e.g. pdf) where only the paid subsribers can view

- we can also manually allow some members to view these restricted pages even if they are not paying members

- the system should ideally have some way to manage automatically things like expiration date of subscription and send out reminder to renew subscription

- the subscription be linked with a payment system we can set up easily like paypal

- the existing website design (i.e. CSS) will be used (unless you recommend otherwise).

If this is something you have experience doing (please show us some real websites that you have done that have similar system) and give us your quote for the project.
