On my Ubuntu installation all works but moving on a shared hosting on Centos virtual server it seems impossible to work with file uploads on a testing Drupal 7.9 web site

I have tested everything in Drupal forum.
Also upsized all system requirements
(file uploads, timeout etc etc)
I have updated jquery and jquery.form.js to the latest version.

So I need a fix.

Script 1 (ubuntu 10 minimal):

1. Script installs X-Window Manager (XFCE or another small one)
2. install VNC, google-chrome package, imagemagick
3. configure VNC to accept only local connections
4. configure XFCE to accept only local connections
5. create a FW that only allow incomming Port 22
6. start the FW that only allow incomming Port 22
7. Download Script 2
8. Add Cronjob to daily download a URL to a specific location
9. Add Conrjob to start daily this command “apt-get update

The Job:

We currently have wordpress humming on a shared host ( 150+ WP queries rendering in .3 seconds ) but need to move to a VPS to install specific services ( ffmpeg).

Your job will be to set up the lamp server under either centos or ubuntu and match or better those times after moving the WP install over . Moving Wp ( v3.2 ) is part of the job though we can help ) . Currently we do not employ xcache ( or ) apc memcache(d) etc either for the php or mqsql but would like to these services also set up and tuned. The site ( image / upload store ) is relatively small as is the MySQL database.

Server spec:
2Ghz Opteron 1024mb Ram , 15Gb Hdd Raid.

On current dev server our site gets a yswlow score of 93 as we have forced gzip , ensure expiry headers, etags are correct ie we know a well tuned server when we see it and if your the right candidate so will you.

I have a new server which I have installed Ubuntu plus KVM virtualization on. The Virtualization is working and I can create VMs and connect to them with the console and they are running fine. But they can not connect to the interenet.

It is using a bridged network which is set up but not working.

So this project is for someone who is experienced with setting up virtualization and networking on Ubuntu with KVM to fix the networking for the Virtual Machines using a bridged network between the VMs and the server.

I am looking for someone to optimize the MySQL settings for a server running several WordPress blogs.

The server has been running without problems for months, but I would like to have it optimized and also get some suggestions on future upgrading as the blogs are getting more busy.

The server is running on Ubuntu 9.10 with lighttpd 1.4.26, MySQL 5 and PHP5 FASTCGI.

I need someone who is familiar with shoutcast on slicehost (ubuntu slice) and can go in and fix a shoutcast stream that went down. It has been running perfectly for a couple of years and now the stream has stopped.

The site is already built, and everything is set up to work correctly. It is a radio station with online streaming. The stream has stopped working and I need for someone to configure it to work correctly again.

I can not log in to the admin area (lost password) where we would normally configure the shoutcast stream. If you can reset this password manually it might solve the problem.

1) Install and configure Postfix in a new Obtuntu installation.

2) Configure Postfix as an open relay.

3) Conifgure Postfix to send all emails through the Tor network (torproject.org).

4) Install and configure a email list program so I can upload email names/email addresses via a CSV file, and have the Obtuntu box send the emails to the recipents, via Postfix (through the Tor network). It would be great if I can upload the CSV files via a easy to use GUI which can be accessed via the web.
