Two Language With 1 Database

Hi
i want to make one of my websites available in 2 languages (fr and eng) but i dnt want to use subdomain or another folder , i want it to be on the same database and on the SAME URL , something like www.filestube.com (when you switch the language its always www.filestube.com )
Please note that you dnt need to translate , just toinstall the files , im the one who gonna translate it.
