I need a twitterfeed.com clone with these features.
01.) Web 2.0 design.
02.) Advertisement space
03.) Front page should show users online, total users and total feeds
04.) Only bit.yl as url shortener
05.) feed retrieval times (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1hour, 2 hour, 24 hours)
06.) Admin panel to manage users, feeds and advertisements.
I don’t need facebook feeds and other feeds in twitterfeed.com. I only need to post rss to twitter

I want a clone of twitterfeed.com with several differences:
Differences: (1) only Bit.ly as shortener. (2) Each feed has retrieval time as hours (values between 0 – 48) and minutes (values between 0 – 60). (3) Dashboard should be only as “plain list view”. (4) No need for fancy AJAX. (5) Interface should use tabs.
PHP 5.x; Mysql 5.x or Postgres 8.x. Cron. XHTML 1 + CSS2 (no tables to be used at all).
Valid for IE8, Firefox 3, Opera 9.
