1. I a template installed that conflicts with the native Orca Forum and when the template is active and I try to go to the forum, it gives me the following error:

I’m using the Text Resizer module in Drupal and it’s only resizing some of the text … I think the issue is related to the CSS selectors.

I have 2 websites that load very slow and I need to find out why and optimize them so they load faster.

I have tried some of the gzip, combining css, moving javascript to bottom, etc. plugins and most seem to mess things up.

If I need to lose, replace or change a plugin – that’s fine.

I just need you to figure out what and where the problems are and get me a solution that won’t cause problems with WP, theme and plugin updates in the future.

One site is using Thesis. If you know Thesis well, even better.

We are looking for someone with experience of Facebook Apps and the Facebook API to get us over a snag.

My developers are building the functionality into my website, to post from the website, straight onto my twitter account and Facebook page. Twitter is working fine but we are getting an error “OAuthException: Error validating application.” when trying to post to Facebook.

I have a Facebook app built on code igniter framework using Facebook Graph … I moved it to a new server and am testing some changes to it and am getting some errors that I need help troubleshooting. I have a website for a client that needs to be update.
I have installed WP and the webshop plugin (zingiri) and i copied the template from my client.

Now the webshop is not showing the products on the product detail pages and also the categories are not displaying any products…
Also i notice that the import function is not working correct (i think due to also the categories not working)
And when i am logged in with admin, it still says ‘guest’ on the shop homepage.
Also the pages are not editable if i click the edit page in the front end (this is not the wordpress page edit this is from the plugin itself)

I have a dedicated server which I use to host a few websites. I use directadmin to manage this server. One of my scripts on allenmurrow.com sends an email confirmation which ended up being blocked by several destination servers so I tried to make a few dns changes to “fix” the problem. That didn’t work so I decided to move allenmurrow.com to a different ip address on the same server. In directadmin, i had to create a different reseller account and assign the new ip to them. then delete allenmurrow.com from the other account and create a new domain, allenmurrow.com on the new account. this didnt work either so i deleted it and added it back to the original account. I also messed around with /etc/exim.conf to try to have it listen and send on multiple ip addresses but that didnt work either. now I can’t receive any mail on the server. I can send email, but not receive. please help restore my email and help figure out how to have the outgoing mail not be blocked by certain servers. Thanks.

I am trying to get ubuntu server 8.04 working over VMWare 2 on my Windows 7 64-bit box. I am using a verizon wireless broadband card for my internet.

I can’t seem to get the internet to work correctly, I can ping but I can’t run aptitude update. I also installed Ubuntu Desktop 9.04 on another virtual machine and have the same problems, I can ping but I can’t browse the web using firefox, or get packages via aptitude or synaptic.

We installed a store bought drupal theme, then installed a cutomized version of the same theme, and it doesn’t work correctly. This is what the theme developer told us to do to fix this. I need someone to do this for me:

You can’t have both Glitterati themes installed at the same time. You should move the old Glitterati theme off of there, and re-unpack my theme to sites/all/themes/glitterati.

Then, make sure you don’t change anything in the .info file, as this tells the theme where things are located.

Some of the problem is also that Drupal uses a theme registry that it has probably gotten confused at the moment, because the blocks were going from one theme to another but not changing regions. It may be helpful to move all blocks to “none” when changing themes as well, though this will not help while the themes are mis-configured.

I need someone to log in to out cpanel/whm server, have a look at the logs and see why our sites are down, and fix the problem. We are getting the following error when trying to access any of our 5 plus sites on the server:

When did your problem begin?
Unsure. First experienced it after moving the board to a
new directory. I would assume the problem existed before, as when I reverted to the original configuration, the problem still existed.
Please describe your problem. Blank page when trying to view the posts in a topic. I also can not log into the ACP, I get a “You are not able to re-authenticate as a different user.” error. I tried resetting the template, clearing the cache, clearing all browser cache, cookies, etc. Manually inserting a new admin user, reverting the default template, upgrading to 3.06 from 3.04. Nothing seems to work. There are no errors in my apache error log and nothing shows up in debug mode.

All of these things worked fine when I had installed the software a few months ago. All of the sudden I am getting these errors and I am not sure why. I DO know that the board had been tested in the last few weeks and was working fine. I do not know of any reason why it should have stopped working. No changes have been made since that time.

A programmer created the javascript slideshow on the page at http://www.texascte.com/bm09/. I am a designer, but not much of a programmer and I attempted to install the same slideshow on the site at http://www.mamasayswash.com/index-flash.html, but it is not working in IE 6, 7 or 8. Looks good in Google Chrome and others. It needs to look good in all the latest browsers.

An additional specification: if someone isn’t running javascript, I need the first photo in the rotation to appear.

I recently was trying different styles out for a PHPBB forum. I also upgraded it via Fantastico to the most recent release. Before this, everything was fine. However, now no one can post or reply to topics, not even myself as admin. I’m not sure if some permissions got reset or what happened. I tried backing it up, removing the install via Fantastico, then reinstalling and restoring it via backup. However, the problem remains. Obviously, I need people to be able to post a topic or reply to a topic, which is the whole point of the board. LOL I need help to fix this. I don’t know what’s wrong. Thanks.

This is probably a pretty easy issue to resolve, but for some reason it’s eluding me.

We have a flash movie that has some graphics layered on top of it (CSS) to “frame” it on the page … when we do this, we are unable to get the links to work. The links work if we access the .swf directly, so it looks like the issue is related to the CSS layers on top of the Flash. We’re using “on press” to activate the links.

I am having trouble with viewing my website. I had a programmer on scriptlance setup a CMS for my site, but now when I go to the site the pages do not appear. The homepage doesn’t show up sometimes. Scope of work: I have a flash file where i have the main frames set up and some buttons made-I need someone to fix my actionscript because It is not working. This flash file is a phone and teaching one how to use the buttons on the phone set.

Users can’t subscribe. When new users subscribe to my PhpList, they get the onscreen message:
“Sorry, sending the email to request your confirmation failed, please click “Reload” to try again. If it still does not work, it may be because you are listed on our “Black List”, which means that you cannot receive emails from our newsletter system. In that case, please contact the administrator.”

Sometimes they show up as confirmed subscribers on the list, sometimes they are shown as unconfirmed. In either case, they never get the confirmation or welcome email. And they do not show up on the blacklist. Everything was working fine before. This seemed to start all of a sudden.

I have an existing registration_functions.php that works. It’s been thouroughly tested many times and I have had work done to the file for new fields and a few other things.

Well, somehow the error checks stopped working. The script came with it’s own default checks for email, name, login , password, as you will see when you look into this issue.

But it’s not displaying red errors anymore and it use to work.

1. Fix the existing checks so they print red errors on the form.

2. Add 13 very simple checks and make the fields required. Make 13 new fields required. Right now you can leave them blank. Each one has to be checked in this fashion … if phone1 doesnt have 3 characters value print error …if phone2 doesnt have 3 character value return error….etc etc ..each field has specific values to check for that I can supply you with via yahoo.

3. Write a small code in my index.php if http goto https
I want all users to always goto https.

I’m trying to establish a TLSs/SSL connection (via FTPS) to my server, which is using the following:
