We have a dedicated server. We need immediate assistance securing our server and removing malicious trojan files. The trojan is running several zombie programs and bogging down the server. We are constantly having to reboot to keep our websites up. We are fairly confident that two programs have been compromised. the first is formmail.pl. we know this one is a problem because it’s the only program running perl. the other is our newsletter management program (1-2-All from “active campaign”)which we found was vulnerable via sql attack. So i need someone to remove and secure everything to curtail any future attacks.

I have both the Trojan Vundo and Trojan Zlob viruses on my Windows XP PC. I use a paid version of AVG Virus Protection S/W. I want to design an antivirus targeted to only one trojan. I have multiples examples of this trojan. What is needed is to analyze the way this trojan works and to develop the program that will prohibit all its communications / kill it/ clean computer . The idea is to take the common part in all versions which is the injection of windows programs.
This program should be designed to launch at startup. Should be working if it is installed before or after the trojan arrives (both). Preferably encrypted. Should not be identified as a potential danger by any FWL or AV. In short, I am looking for a secure way to protect the computer.

The last version of this trojan (bandook) is not detected by most AV. I would like not to prohibit the injection of explorer and ie but concentrate on the one of notepad or the detection of the hidden window of ie. The idea is to make a antivir that targets the main idea of the trojan, (ie it will works for all versions – including the future minor modifications – and it will be necessary to rewrite/rethink the trojan to bypass the antivir) and not to target the parameters such as file name or registry key. I give these details in order for you to understand completely my idea and to bid accordingly.
