Our client is a small hosting company using WHMCS and Cpanel on Linux systems. They are looking to have installation scripts created so that certain pieces of software are installed automatically when new user accounts are created.

I am creating a site that will offer a free product if a customer pays for shipping. I also want to include a free trial for my monthly newsletter. When a customer gets to this order page they will be charged $5.95 for the shipping and a second check box will be selected for a FREE 14 day trial to my newsletter. I want the customer to be able to deselect the newsletter trial if they want to. After teh 14 day trial, they will be billed $29.00 / Month.

I have a project to build a Joomla subscription based site which will need the following capabilities and features:

1. Joomla – we have a template and logo chosen already and a default joomla installation with this template on it. The logo we have will need to be installed properly into the site and multiple plug-ins will still need to be added to the installation as follows.

This web site and all pages and admin areas must work properly in IE6. This client insists on using IE6 despite multiple discussions about why they should upgrade or use firefox.

AEM or similar joomla membership subscription manager – see site membership/subscription levels and requirements below.

Offline processing will occur. The client will retrieve orders and credit card information from the admin area and process the orders using an offline credit card machine. This capability to see all necessary credit card information and order information in a sensible way for managing subscriptions will need to exist in the admin area.

Need to install the Joomfish translation component and prepare a spanish translation of the site perhaps using babelfish/google translate to translate unless a bi-lingual English/Spanish programmer is hired here for this project who can do it themselves.

I have already created a KMZ file with a Google Earth Pro evaluation version. I have recorded a fly-through video of a path which is exactly what I want. I need someone with a valid Google Earth Pro license to re-record the video with a valid, licensed copy of Google Earth Pro so it won’t have the ‘Trial’ text overlay on the video.

The KMZ file is about 20 KB and if you PMB me, I will send you a copy for evaluation. The example video I want to re-record is 718 MB, so if someone will recommend a good secure file sharing site with password protection, I will post that for everyone’s evaluation also.

I want to re-create the video the same as the trial one I created. It is in PAL resolution, 8:16 long and 718 MB. My trial is expired so you will need to look at the trial video and try to find the right video rendering settings to re-create it.

Then there should be some cron running that calls the plugin once per day. The plugin reads the information that is entered into the amember Setup/Configuration page like

- length of trial period
- price for trial period
- membership period (days, weeks, months, years)
- price for membership thereafter

… and compares this information against the signup date from each user.

Amember then calls the Micropayment API exactly like it is configured in the plugin:

- if price for trial period = 0 then no API call in the trial period, recurring billing at the beginning of each membership period with the price for membership for the period
- if price for trial period > 0 then first time right after signing up with the price for the trial period, recurring billing at the beginning of each membership period with the price for membership for the period

So in my example: user signs up on 21 May 2009, Micropayment verifies account information. If information correct, plugin reads config info. Config info says free for one month, 37 Euro thereafter. Cron runs API every day. On the 20 June amember finds out that trial period is over. Amember calls Micropayment API and user is billed with 37 Euro. On the 20 July, 20 August, 20 Sept etc the user is billed.

Anytime the user is billed, Micropayment verifies whether the payment has been received correctly. If yes, amember stores this information and also assigns the affiliate commission. If not, the user is blocked. There is complete ready-made functions in the API that do exactly that.

If the user stops his membership in Amember, amember should delete the user in Micropayment and not bill the user again.

The plugin should also send a daily E-Mail to my E-Mail address telling me what users have been billed so I can control it later on.
