I am looking to develop a simple click tracking platform.

This system will be hosted online and will convert users destination URL’s into our shortened URL’s and use for marketing purposes. (Think bit.ly, but with a twist)

They will then be able to run reports that present specific data accumilated by our log files.

I have a very clear idea of what I want and will pass our basic briefing document onto serious bidders to provide further information.

The bid should be for developing the tool in it’s base form, with a very basic user interface.

After the platform is complete we will look to design and skin the website and add user registration capabilites, but that should NOT be factored into the bid for this part of the project. We want the tool up and running and perform extensive testing before we proceed with the website design and development.
