I want to have a site build that gives information about a beach town here in thailand. With a CMS I want to be able to add pages to the menu and even sub-pages.
You can think of things to do and under that categories.
Next to that I want a category for stores, restaurants, hotels/guesthouses, and bars/pubs.
I want them to be able to make their own page there, with of course our header and footer.
They will even be able to have a gallery and agenda in there. Basically that makes 3 pages.
I want to be able to charge them for having a page with paypal although this page will be free when we first open the site.
You will have complete freedom in layout and logo, although show it to me first before going ahead.
The hotels restaurants also have to have a rating and comment page. That means we have to register users on the site.

As we are registering users anyway it will also be no problem putting a forum on the site, so users can connect to each other.

On the right side I want to have room for text advertising in the google style and underneath the header for a banner. Advertising should be going automatically and through paypal, although advertisements have to be approved manually by an admin.
Also an admin has to be able to ban users and delete comment etc.

Please tell me your own ideas to win this project and we will make it work. Make the best man/woman win.

Smarty Coupons App

Overview:
Coupons for mobile devices including Android, Rim, and Apple operating systems.
The user will have the ability to download a coupon app for multiple towns grouped into geographical sections.

The coupon will be presented to the vender from the user. When it is verified by the vendor either the vendor or the user will press the accept button and the coupon will delete itself. Upon deletion it will automatically email the vendor and our server the coupon number.

User Functionality:
After downloading the app the user will be presented with a splash screen of the logo ‘Smarty Coupons’. This screen will fade from view and then a second screen will display the towns associated with that app. The user will then select a town and the coupons will appear in a booklet form with page flip capability. The user will flip through the coupons one by one simulating a printed coupon book.
In the upper left corner of the app will be a category search button. When pressed it will display the different categories that book has to offer and display the number of vendors in that category. When the category is pressed the app will return to the booklet and start the user off on the coupon of that category.

On each coupon there will be a ‘Accept Coupon’ (delete) slider or button. Once pressed it will ask to confirm, ‘This coupon will be redeemed and deleted from this app?’

Once a coupon is deleted an email will be sent to the vendor and Smarty Coupons. A unique identifying number will be sent with the email. Vendor code plus number.

Administrator Functionality:
A website will hold the database of all coupons downloaded to the app. The admin will have the option of creating a new town and uploading coupons to the town. Coupons will be in either jpg or png format created by the admin. Upon opening the app it will check for new coupons.
A number of towns will be GROUPED together into ONE APP ie

Each town to include one graphic of its location on a google map with city name visible next to push pin icon.

I need a web based utility billing app using mature CRM/CMS/ERP open source software. It requires multiple entities (town x, town y, town z) and all entities must be secured from the others. - Add new or edit all model data and images
- Option to add multiple images for model
- Option to delete multiple images of specific model
- Option to add / edit (delete) specific images of specific model or model
- System automatically create thumbnails
- Option to set image order under specific model
- Option to add model in one or more categories / subcategories. (Under woman and man are 5 subcategories than other categories are Runway and one is based on town depends if user click WORLD or CITY) Checkbox or something similar
- System add copyright on image
- Option to see all models and filtering based on category
- Option to count clicks on specific models (how many views models have)
- If visitor create favorites list of models than visitor can send this list to an administrator email. This is like “I would like to order these models for photo shooting…”

Basically when user clicks on one particular town on the flash map he will be shown the users listes in that town.

However when user checks the multiple cities box and then clicks on a town that specific town will be pulled off the map and placed on the top right of the map

then where the land used to be on the map will be just blank white space,

users will be able to select up to 6 towns and that means that up to 6 pieces of land will be shown at the top right of that map.

then tiny “search” button under the pieces of land can be clicked and then users will be shown in the cities selected

I have a page with some content that I need expanded. 13 town descriptions that need to be expanded. Effectively need 2 more paragraphs per town, and around 10 links to local community sites (town governments, school districts, etc.

I want to focus on what this town has to offer (it is a real estate site). You might need to expand the current paragraphs by rewriting them.

I have a website that needs some sections separated. For example if I am looking for a doctor in the north part of town I can click on “North” and it will give me only a list of ads placed in the North part of town.

I have 5 sections with alot of categories. All categories are exactly the same for all sections but I need them to be separated this way: North – South – West – East – Center.

What I want to be able to do after you finish the project is:

If I want to upload an ad for a doctor that is located in the north part of town for example, I will be able to upload this doctors business ad in the correct section that way when a person browsing my site is looking for a doctor in the north part of town his ad will appear listed under “Doctors” in the “North” tab of my site.

On the “Home Page” however the categories will be listed on the left and **** all the “Doctors” for example on North/South/West/East/Center will come up if someone clicks on it.

I have tried to explain as much as I can here but I will explain in detail over the phone once I hire you.
