I’d like a website which checks all of the private torrent tracker sites. It needs to get the info about which sites are OPEN to new signups. I don’t know how you will do it, but it must work perfectly and continue to do so over time.

It needs to reproduce the OPEN data on the homepage.
It needs to store and produce statsitics on how often each one is open
It needs to check each site once every minute.
I don’t want these sites to block the checker, so something needs to be built in to prevent that. Please let me know what you propose?
It needs an “add tracker” page where users can inform us of new sites.

This is stage 1 of 3 for this project. There’s a lot of functionality I want to be added once this is working perfectly.
