Datafeed Script For 1 File

Hello,
I am looking for a little script that I can use for a txt or csv file datafeed where it would look at each line and would add a date starting with the current date and would add the date on each line and every 2 items the date would change to the next date of the calendar.
like:
08/15/2011|1|test title|url|description|
08/15/2011|2|test title|url|description|
08/16/2011|3|test title|url|description|
08/16/2011|4|test title|url|description|
I am not sure if you would like to use a javascript or if a php file would work.
Lets get started, It is a small project I was hoping to spend little for it as it can be done with little amount of files.
