Modify Hesk Ticket System To Search By Email

I am using HESK, and it currently only allows users to search tickets by Ticket ID. I want to add search by email address and let them see all tickets associated with that email.

I need a very simple repair ticket system.
that i can register incoming repair,
like customer name , date . phone model , serial , etc etc etc

exe or PHP version np.

i must able print out these repair ticket
a4/a5/ticket system ( pos printers / like epson ts88 etc printers – if need i can give exaty model types )

language: spanish or easy to transcribe in lenguage file
Based in some PHP application free (no problem) like helpdeskreloaded etc…
the goal is controlled all activities of support area and times, is oriented to make easy the user’s requirements, no password, no many data irrelevant when the users ask for supporting.
I attached a pdf file with the client view and more notes.

The Administration page must have all data possible.

Update Esupport Ticket System

Who can update our ticket system?
Need to update to current version without overwriting our language settings (German) and other customized templates / settings.
Did that a while ago – you will need to find out by yourself which files are concerned.
Experience with esupport system is a must.
Please do not bid if you have no testimonials stating a good job on esupport ticket system.
