Get a Freelance Job

A problem occurred on my last account and I was unable to log on, so this is the same listing.

*WARNING* – This is going to be a very time consuming job and it is recommended you have a decent to powerful computer to work on.

This is a 2-part project, so you must be experienced in both and provide 100% quality work. You must also be highly English fluent, so that means if you are a India programmer, I may or may not choose you depending on your English skills.

Work is done on a FLASH GAME site with games ranging from 100kb in size up to 9mb in size, so some require more time than others.

About 4,500 games thumbnails/descriptions are needed.

1. Thumbnails – A 50×50 and 300×250 screen capture of each game needed to be worked on. You MAY NOT resize a 300×250 image into 50×50 because you would barely be able to see what the thumbnail is. You must capture an area of the game (without game title) where you believe catches the eye the most. It does not need to be a full body thumbnail and can be a portion that is interesting. The 300×250 would give you more space, so this would be easier.

Thumbnails need to be in 100% quality and show little or no distortion in the image. Attached in this project is a sample work that was done previously.

2. Descriptions – Game descriptions will need to be 100% related to the game, so you will need to either play it a little or write a description from the game information. SEO keywords needed and I will need a keyword phrase such as “Play *gamename* game now…”. You will need to switch that around and place it in different parts of game descriptions. It can be in the beginning, middle, or end depending on your description.

I have a list of all the games that requires the new thumbnails and descriptions. If a game does not work or is a duplicate, you are required to note it down.

Remember, this is a time consuming project, so be warned.

I will only pay with Paypal after the project is done and I am 100% satisfied.

I will require you to have AIM,MSN,YAHOO,SKYPE, or GTALK, so we can talk about this matter.

You are required to e-mail me batches of work every 2-3 days and as long as each batch as a least 50 thumbnails/descriptions, I will be fine with that.

This project may take a month or longer, but as long as you are consistent, I will have no problem with that.

*ATTACHED* – A sample work of what a previous programmer did for me, but he was unable to continue due to the time consumption of the project. The thumbnails are decent from his work, but I would hope for better. The descriptions however need to be MUCH longer to a least 255 characters (including spaces) and with relation to the game.

I forgot to add that I would be providing the website to potential programmers. I will require a sample work of 10 thumbnails/descriptions to see the work before I choose.

I am looking to hire someone for a decent budget that would be willing to do a easy to semi-easy job for a flash game arcade website.

*MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH FOR DESCRIPTIONS AND MUST HAVE GOOD HIGH QUALITY THUMBNAILS* – You can be a programmer from any country as long you understand me and you are quite fluent in English.

1. Re-do thumbnails for about 4,300+ flash games (the ones after are new and already done). The size of the thumbnails will be 50×50 and must have 100% of quality to it (as in the color/contrast). You could do the thumbnails by playing each game and capturing an area and then resizing it to 50×50 OR you can go search other arcade websites for a better quality thumbnail. Thumbnails must be in very good quality and show something eye-catching. You have a choice on this depending on which is easier for you. If you decide to capture your own thumbnail, you must capture a part of the game play.

Also, please remember that the thumbnails must include the title name with dashes (.JPG only). In the Document file, they must be in order by category and name by the order which you did it.

Resizing big thumbnails to smaller 50×50 ones could distort the thumbnail, but if you are experienced with photoshop or any other program, you should be able to take off the distortion.

2. Write unique descriptions to the 4,300+ (the ones after are new and already done) flash games. Somewhere in the description, you must add an extra SEO line similar to this, “Play *game name* flash game now” or “*game name* is a great puzzle flash game”. Of course this depends on the game type and category it is in. Max description characters (including spaces) is 220-230. You may use some of the descriptions already there and alter it with good grammar and spelling.

I will provide the list of games you will need to re-do.

When you are going to the game pages, if you find ANY duplicate game or wrong titles, please write it down, but this is optional as I know there are way too many games.

I am paying a flat rate for both together. I don’t have a specific time for all of them to be done, but I would give a broad time of 1 month due date for this project. I was able to create about 100+ thumbnails a day in the past, but currently do not have the time.

Please name each of the thumbnails with the game name and if you do the descriptions, just list them in order in document file.

Website will be provided upon accepting bid.

I will only pay by verified Paypal account. My account on Paypal has been in good standing for over a year with +24 rating. Payment will be sent after receiving the work and being satisfied.

I will however pay a bonus of no more than $25-50 extra depending on the quality of the work.

I can do about 100-200 each day, but I have been busy, so I am expecting this to be a quick job and hoping you have more than one person working on it.

I will require the WHOLE job to be completed within a month, but batches of thumbnails & descriptions sent every few days, daily, or weekly (preferably every 2-3 days).

Programmer must have an Instant messaging account and must show me a quick sample of 5-10 games as soon as you are chosen, so you do not waste your time and mine.
