I have a photo headshot but it is 150-250… the detail is good but of course it cannot be blown up without distortion and pixelation. I need someone to take that photo and use it to make a larger version with full body. It must be realistic and look like the same person. Here is a fun & easy project!

1. I have a list of 14,000 website/URL’s (ClickBank) which I need a detailed description for each website. A data scraping script would need to collect the first paragraph of information from all of the sites; most the websites are Clickbank templates sites so it should be easy since you only have to look for the 1st paragraph of each site otherwise you’d have to scan for the website description information by search on website Title key words, which I already have, (see below).

2. I also need to create a small thumbnail image from a larger image which is already on each of the 14,000 websites. All the thumbnail images should be the same size; something like 100×100 or 90×90 A data scrapper would need mine each site (mostly all Clickbank) for the Image URL then create a thumbnail and if it is possible the thumbnail does not have to be of the entire image but just a portion of the original image, for example the thumbnail image could be only from the center out; hope that make sense. I’m trying to give the customer some idea of what the website product looks like but the thumbnail doesn’t have to be entirely from the original but instead only a section of the original image; hopefully that is not doable; or just a thumbnail is fine too.

I’m currently using a MySQL database and my site is able to run PHP and ASP pages.

I need to edit a video to upload to YouTube so it shows a specific thumbnail instead of the one choosen by YouTube.

YouTube lets you choose 3 thumbnails from an uploaded video. The thumbnails are chosen from frames positioned at about 1/4 of the length of the video in seconds, 1/2 of the length of the video, and 3/4 of the length of the video. The key frame is inserted on those positions, for a split second, and then, when the video is uploaded to YouTube, the key frame should be shown a one of the thumbnail options.

There are many tutorials about how to do this. Here is one:

The process is pretty simple for the person with the right software and experience editing videos.

I have a video which I want to edit to make 10 copies, uploaded to 10 different YouTube accounts, but each one with different thumbnails, that should be inserted towards the end of the video.

I’ll provide the thumbnails and the youtube accounts once I select the final programmer for this job.

You should prove that you can do the project by inserting the attached picture to any video uploaded youtube. In that way, I can see that you were successful uploading and choosing your own thumbnail.

The final deliverable is the uploaded videos in youtube with the chosen thumbnails, plus the edited file with the spilt in the right frame so I can add other thumbnails in the future.

and right now I am using one from http://marioedgar.com/ , the original page is no more there. This behavior of this previewer is the most acceptable among all the previewers listed earlier.
But there are few things that we dont want in this previewer:
1. The preview image should not move along with the mouse cursor.
2. For images that are at sides the previewer jerks and does many random movements before correcting itself. We need the previewer to adjust itself on the screen intelligently right at the time of opening up. No unwanted movements/flutters when users move the mouse from one image to another. In other words it should be smooth and intelligent.

What I want is someone either correct its behavior or suggest a new previewer which they think is good and get it and integrate it on my behalf. Please add the word “image preview correction” during bidding to ensure that nobody’s time is wasted.

I have attached the gallery page and its css along with the previewer js if one wants to look right away. I will also be posting the FTP info to the development path if anybody wants to download the files and modify it.

I have built a portfolio that is basically a page of thumbnails (client logos). When you click a thumbnail, it spawns a lightbox (FancyBox) with nested slideshows, built using jQuery Scrollable (from jQuery Tools). The slideshow features thumbnail navigation that allows you to navigate within the current category, and a text-based category navigation below. The thumbnail navigation slides through the images horizontally, and the text-based navigation slides through the categories vertically.

Everything works fine, as long as I only have one slideshow displayed. As soon as I have multiple slideshows displayed, it appears the text-based navigation gets confused, and can’t figure out which slideshow it is in.

Click on the “Ward Parkway Center” logo on the bottom row, second from the right. The only other scrollable gallery being displayed on the page is the “Reserve”, second row, second from the right.

I am using WordPress with some custom fields and arrays to display the content.

The thumbnail navigation works as expected, however the main, text navigation below it fails. My thoughts are that the problem is that the main navigation is not within the same div as the scrollable galleries. That said, I can not figure out how I could change it to be within the same div.

I am looking for someone with more jQuery and PHP experience, that can get the portfolio to function properly, with each thumbnail launching the nested slideshow with category and thumbnail navigation. The functionality is all there, just looking for a way to fix this bug…should be fairly simple to someone with more experience.

My project is to improve my existing logo and to resize it for specific social media sites.

Project Expectations:
A) The results will be that I am given at least six specific Logo’s to use.
1)Facebook profile photo thumbnail (of logo)
2)Linked In profile photo (of logo)

5)Separate Logo – Archer (just the “Archer” portion of the logo is broken out separately

B) Focus on the word “Dream”. The three words in the logo are: Archer, Dream, and Counselor. My goal for this project is that the word DREAM can be clearly read in any of the three thumbnail pictures produced. A secondary goal is that the words Archer and Counselor could also be read.

C)I want the word Archer to look like it is my signature that just “happens” to have an A that looks like a bow and arrow.

D)If you read this far, i can work with you… put 1D in your email or board reply.

E)You could obviously use one logo for all these needs by simply shrinking any logo to fit in the space. The problem is that that approach wastes so much valuable thumbnail space. it is crucial to me that my logo be visible and noticeable in the thumbnail

F)The logo needs to be square, but the three words do not necessarily need to be stacked to get to a square. The Archer signature might appear in the foreground with Dream Counselor much bolder and darker in the background or something like that.

G)The logo is to express my name and my title. my name is Archer. my title is Dream Counselor

I have a theme that shows a 150×150 thumbnail on the front page of the site which it pulls from the featured image which is 900×300.

The problem is that the 150×150 that is automatically generated is not always the best visually. I need to be able to specify a custom thumbnail for the 150×150 either via a custom field or another method.

I know this is not very complicated at all for a wordpress developer, I just need it done asap as I don’t have the time to figure it out at the moment.

The photo thumbnails at the bottom of the homepage are set to be displayed by photo/post title. This is set in the theme admin for full size gallery.

I have a PHP script that generates thumbs from images.

Currently this is how it works:

This creates thumbs that are X in pre-defined width, then the height is automatic to keep the relative aspect ratio.

I want it to become:

Where I define both WIDTH and HEIGHT, example: 138×180 and it automatically center crops the image. No matter if it’s a horizontal or vertical image (landscape or portrait). I just want the thumbnail to give a quick and fast preview of the image but it must be a center crop and the thumbnail size must be defined static. (no auto height or width).

Also, if you can find a way to optimize the code, I may pay an extra bonus, but this is not the primary objective. The primary objective is a imagecopyresampled fix I believe.

I need a file management program that will allow my users to keep track of imported files. The program should have simple file import wizard to allow users to import files and assciated folders into a central MY FILES files folder in the users My Documents. Typically, these files are stored on an SD cards root directory in two folders named RECORD and SNAPSHOTS. It should also check to make sure the files are not already imported and compare file data. Some files may have the same name but came from different units.

Import wizard should allow user to browse to the drive and folder where the files are stored. Have check boxes for selecting the file types to import. Allow user to create and name new folder for the files or select and existing folder to import to. There are two types of files to import that are contained in seperate filders. Each one is a binary file and has a .DAT file type and an image or folder with other files that will also have to be import with it.

The file manager should have a tree view of all the folders contained in the MY FILES folder. Some of the .DAT files being imported have an embeded thumbnail. The files with thumbnails should show the thumbnail in a list view and the files without thumbnails will have a generic thumbnail to display in the list view. The thumbnail should be clickable to open the full image associated with the thumbnail in a small popup viewer. Some files will have another program associated with them that is beyong the spec of this project. Next to the thumbnail will be some file information that is read from the file. Each file is in binary format and contains some general info such as date, time, file name, length. The user should also have the ability to add a description or notes in a text box for each of the files.

The application should also have menu features to create new folders and cut/copy/paste/delete files and associated folders. User should not be able to delete a folder unless he has deleted all the files in the folder first as a safety feature and dialog boxes should pop up asking the user to confirm the deletion.

The code MUST be in VB.net.

UI should be neat and simple with Menu and Menu Buttons. On installation it should create the MY FILES folder in the users My Documents. In the tree view, if the user has selected the highest folder, the program should search all sub folders and display the thumbs of all files in the sub folders of the tree. This way the use could select a specific folder to view only those files, or select the top folder to view all the files at once.

I have attached some sample files to view the file types and folder arrangement. The files have to remain in the appropriate folders when imported.

I need the NextGEN Gallery to show the thumbnails and then show the image to the right of the gallery on the page. I can’t use the default image popup. I’ve diddled with ImageBrowser, but it replaces the gallery when a thumbnail is clicked on.

I think I need a bash of gallery.php and imagebrowser.php where thumbnails are still displayed when an image is selected.

I am looking for someone to write a plugin that will compliment the photoQ plugin for wordpress. It has a proprietary image system that does not use the regular media section of wordpress. I would like the plugin to create a thumnail strip of images that can be placed anywhere on the site with a [shortcode] The plugin user should be able to set the number of images to be used along with the dimensions. I have round about 1000 adult picture galleries that need good thumbnails each gallery has 15 pictures and cover all niches.

You will need to produce good quality cropped images to a specified size, add them to the correct folder and then zip and upload the finished galleries to my server. I use a free thumbnail creation software that I have provided the link for.

I am building a site that will allow video embedding and want to have automated embedding amd share functions like facebook. Need Facebook style “Attach Link” functionality

We have a custom built blog/CMS and we need a method for adding links to posts with thumbnail images. Needs to be similar to how Facebook works when you attach a link to a post.

1. enter the url of the webpage you want to link to the post
2. see a list of thumbnails from available images on the webpage
3. select an image to attach to the link
4. download the image and resize it to a max width/height
5. save it in the database as a link and image associated with the post

For now we don’t need to worry about displaying the images on the post. Just need a method for capturing, linking and storing the images. The platform is PHP 5 and MySQL 5. Let me know what method you would propose to accomplish this. Also include a quote and time frame for completion. There is additional work on the project but this is a small piece that we want to try out with a new developer, then move on to more work if the relationship works out well.

My photo gallery site is running well but I have to make thumbnails manually which takes much time. I am using perl scripts to run my site. Can someone add some arguments so I could make auto thumbs by using GD or Image Magick in my index.pl file. It also uses mysql database to search images. The point is these thumbnails should retain iptc info embeded in them which I use to put under the thumbnals to show captions of my pics.

I just want my aspect ratio of the thumbnails in this WP theme to be fixed.

The project is a bit simple, but it needs wits.

I need to fetch data from TemplateMonster (images, name, item number, and prices). My website has the intention of reselling templates from them + the service of template customization: all in one bundle.

How the system should work:

1. I need a simple script where I could specify an URL

Overview:

Commercial web event-planning application generates and displays a graphical timeline and checklist of delivery dates and creatives needed.

Description:

We provide solutions that require pre-event activities.

When an event date is chosen, approximately 30 activities, or more, must be scheduled in advance of the event. Each activity may be as simple as sending an email, but we need to know the email is not only due, but that it’s been written and is ready.

We want to track these pre-event activity dates and their requisite creatives by generating a graphical timeline showing scheduled dates and thumbnails of the creative(s).

Each thumbnail represents not only the creative itself, but also its completion status, and is color-coded in green, yellow or red, to show its degree of completion.

Once completed and marked as such, the thumbnail turns green and the tracking checklist is updated to reflect it’s status. The checklist will be in a sidebar and display all the creatives, sorted by completion status.

At any time we need to know that 12 creatives are completed, 7 have been started, and 10 have had no activity, or whatever those numbers might be.

Clicking any thumbnail opens a webpage displaying the creative (again, say an email) and clicking an edit button allows us to update that email.

Once the creatives are completed and the pre-event stage arrives, a reminder is emailed whenever a scheduled activity is due, and the website gives the user notification so that logging in displays all tasks scheduled for that day.

At its core, this is a unique project management application that takes place within a member-site framework, much like BaseCampHQ. I own this script but I am using a site Thumbnail Generation and its just not clear so I want my own. Also I do not like having to worry about someone closing there site and mine not working

We need our corporate website to be built using WordPress. Its Programming [PHP & MY SQL], HTML and CSS project.
NOTE: We are very particular about the CSS and HTML. This being our corporate website, the person implementing it has to make sure he can do justice to creative and has to be proficient with CSS and HTML. We shall check the site for errors on Internet Explorers, Mozilla Firefox and Safari for any CSS defects and W3c compliance.
