I’m looking for someone experienced with flash/actionscript to create a flash version of, basically, Microsoft Paint but with extra features and tools to make it worthy of some more creative results. Think paint + the basic features of photoshop. There are things online that offer this kind of functionality already, I’m not looking to compete with sites like sumopaint, art.com etc – the tool will be integrated with an RPG I own to allow users extra customization options on their account. Hence the need for communicating with me – we’re going to have to discuss how this will interace/store outputs on our server.

The features I’d like to see in this flash paint tool are:

b) colour selection (from a full colour picker, like photoshop)
c) paint tool – the ability for me to add/setup new brushes would be a bonus, maybe the scope of what we could do here could be talked about further.

Profession Leveling Maps WoW
This is an easy project for someone that plays Wow. (World of Warcraft) I need someone to make route maps (farming maps) for Herbalism, Mining and Skinning that will allow the user engaged in one of these professions to level their profession skills 1-450 be they Horde or Alliance. The maps need to be separate for each profession as the routes are a little different for each. I can furnish you examples of how other people have done this. So basically one needs Photoshop skills to make lines and arrows on a map and know how to watermark the images with my URL (to be furnished later). They also need access to WoW to get the unmarked maps or otherwise know where to obtain the unmarked maps. Also, a bit of research is required to find out the correct route to mark in each zone for each profession. If you’re not otherwise familiar with the particular profession. Please give me an idea of how long you think it would take to complete this project.

Overall I think this is a fairly easy project for someone that plays WOW although I do think it will take some time. If you don’t play the game and aren’t familiar with it this project probably isn’t for you as it would take significant amount of time to get up to speed.

Job requires you to:

1. Make route maps for each of the three professions in the various wow zones that will allow the player following the maps to level his/her profession from 1-450 or simply gather the materials for resale.

I think I have a problem with the way both Google Adwords, and Bing track conversions, and I need a solution.

The problem:

A user converts when they login to my members area. The problem is that if they like the service, I hope they come back and login hundreds of more times. The problem is that I think Google Adwords, and Bing will count these next hundreds of times as conversions…. therefore elevating my conversions incorrectly.

I’m not 100% sure this is true first of all, but I believe it is. If this is happening, I need a solution. If can think of a solution, I will pay you for it.

Hello, I am interested in hiring someone to finish coding a CMS. I have a project called BandPanel that has had a CMS started but was never finished. Here is what the website entails:

Basically, I have the psd to a joomla theme you can view here:

I have the psd for that design, and all of the files that come with it, however, I really want my own CMS behind it instead of Joomla. I want the homepage to look exactly like that which means I need the jquery or javascript or whatever those boxes are that move and scroll. I need those implemented into my homepage.

I also need a CMS that will alow members to:
1) Sign up and create and account of three types: Member, Venue or Artist (I will give details later, but check out the user profile screenshot)
2) Be able to add friends and comments and send messages (think of myspace)
3) Be able to add a song from an artist (I have flash music players built already, check out user or artist profile screen shot)
4) Be able to create albums and upload photos
5) Be able to edit status
6) Browse news, artists, events, etc(see browse screenshot)
7) This is all I can think of so far

I need an admin panel that can:
1) Edit, add, ban, members and IP’s
2) Add new content, news, updates, features (to homepage news)
3) Set different permissions or functions, let me know what you think is useful
4) Set up ads and leave the possibility for a cart system later on in the future for premium accounts
5) Make it ultra secure. anti-hackable

Hi I am looking to build a social networking site from scratch, no premade scripts etc. What I am looking for is as follow. Need an excellent team of programmers and designers.

1) Think of it as Facebook groups on steroids
2) User will sign up with basic profile just one image and select a username
3) They will create a group select a category, so for example think Twitter but for groups, people will be able to enter the group and chat with other people. Hi coders, I need a simple ecommerce site setup along with logo design.
We are selling a mixed bag of things, mostly clearance lines on ebay and Amazon. I’d like to get repeat customers to come back to our site instead of paying the third party fees. You are free to use any shopping cart as long as it can be used to list directly on EBAY & Amazon too. If it can’t list on these sites then I am not interested. I don’t mind paying for modules that might be needed to integrate with Amazon/Ebay as I know some carts have e.g. xcart. I would prefer a cart that allows different levels of admin users.

Apart from sample products, I don’t need you to list of my products, I can do that myself. This project is mostly for setting out the design and layout of the site. However, I should be able to import products via either a csv, xml or excel file.

Information pages, you can put generic ones in, I can edit them later.

Payment gateway: for time being I will only be using Paypal with possibly a google checkout planned later. I think most carts now have most of the major payment gateways included as standard anyway.

My server is running php and mysql.

I am seeking someone that can log into a remote VPS and work on testing forex strategies that I supply. Setting them up and trying different parameters.

No programming experience is necessary.

I have many good systems and many okay systems and many crap systems – and think that getting 2 good earners up and running will be possible as a start.
But there is always a need to try different parameters and different cross pairs and different chart timeframes.
Also there is a need to retire some systems and add others – after becoming cash flow positive.
These are autotrading systems so it is trading whilst you sleep – checking on it from time to time – monitoring results – improving.
Hopefully you have experience in backtesting. Know how to set up EA’s. Know how to get clean data for testing where needed.
Preferably you are someone that wants to design your own system eventually, or have good ideas and will one day commission some systems with a programmer.
Preferably you have many years of Technical Analysis and indicator overlays.

This could be a part time thing.
If you are the type of person that can see themselves – one day – putting their own money into an automated trading system – then this may interested you.
Tell me what you need to keep you interested.
Here is a chance to test systems i supply and use it yourself if you like the outcome.
It is expected that these systems – once the right settings and timeframes and cross pairs have been found – will realistically produce variable results like as found here.

My client wants a auction type site to do estate sales. I will provide you the design but you must plugin a joomla or drupal backend to it. I can provide you a free joomla or drupal template if you need. You will also need to find some free auction software for joomla or drupal.

The client is away on vacation, and won’t be back for a week, so I don’t have final approval on the site design yet. But I want to start getting in programming to start before she comes back. The site will just focus on auctioning estate merchandise. That’s the only real dynamic part. Well the home page will show new auctions pics and things like that, but that will be about it.

The site won’t have that many people selling items but there will be a lot of items being sold. For instance the client may have only 3 people selling items, but they may be selling a hundred items each. I think buying an auction software plugin should cover this though. The site will only connect to paypal express checkout. She may want google checkout too, I’m not sure yet.

I think the best option is Joomla and Virtuemart for this site. Maybe another option. There is no set cms or shopping cart we want to use.

My goal is to create a website for a residential group within a university that would at its core be a news blog but would also offer students other useful utilities and some very limited social networking functionality. The theme that I’m thinking about customizing can be found here: http://themeforest.net/item/imperial/47783 I think it does most of the news/blog functions well, so it wouldn’t require much manipulation in that department. Here are the changes/additions I would like to make to the theme.

1. I would like to alter the white version of the theme somewhat since I think it looks just a little bit crowded in places, and I would like to have a white site with green as an accent color.

2. Users would be able to create accounts which allow them to post comments, photos, videos, and add events to a calendar. They would also have profiles that would contain certain information about them. They would also have the ability to send messages. I think this could potentially be done using BuddyPress without too much difficulty.

3. I would like an events calendar that users can upload content to (and if it’s not too difficult, these events would have the ability to be linked to news stories and/or picture galleries)

4. Users would be able create/join groups and create events for that group that would go into the calendar.

The site design and layout should be based upon the white/light version of the Imperial WordPress theme found here: http://themeforest.net/item/imperial/47783. I would like the following changes made to it in terms of overall design:

Green accent color (lime green)
Additional space – The three column layout creates a cluttered feeling that I’m hoping could be fixed by spacing things out more
Web 2.0 makeover – Any of the design characteristics of Web 2.0 sites (Web 2.0 buttons, rounded edges, Web 2.0 icons) that can be added would be great.
Switch the nav bar to be bellow the page header. (I will give you materials for a new header later today)

Left Column
Here are the components I would like in the left column.

Top Stories Display – The current display that is in the top left is okay, but I would prefer if you could change it so that the story descriptions on the right of the picture moved underneath the picture so that it only takes up one column.
Blog/News Posts – These don’t necessarily need any design changes. However, if it is possible to make so that when people click “Read More,” the additional text is displayed on that same page without opening to a new page. I guess this would require Ajax or something like that. If that could be done for comments as well, that would be outstanding.
Center Column
Here are the components I would like in the center column. I would like to have areas in this column that display the following information in the following order from top to bottom:

Upcoming calendar events
Sports scores
Recently uploaded media (Photos, Videos, Music)
Right Column
Here are the components I would like in the right column. I would like to have areas in this column that display the following information in the following order from top to bottom:

Login box for users

That’s pretty much it for the layout of the site. If you can think of a way to have all of that content in a two column site, that would be awesome, but it may not be feasible. I will send you more information later tonight about what exactly I would like in terms of functionality for user accounts, permissions, etc.

Okay, as far as the user accounts go, I don’t think they should be too difficult to set up, but I’m not completely sure since I’ve never done it before. One of my friends has done similar things, and his programing/web design skills aren’t much better than mine, so I’m sure it wouldn’t be too difficult for you.

Site Registration

In the login box on the home page, there would be a link to register for the site.
Only users with an e*mail address yale.edu or fenrirsden.com would be able to sign up. Like Facebook, a confirmation e*mail would be sent to that address containing a link to activate the account.
During the registration process, users would give provide certain information. Fields marked with an * would be required. Ideally, users would be able to edit this information at a later date if they wanted to.

Non-registered visitors to the site would be able to view the home page, the multimedia page, the calendar page, and any static pages on the site. They would not be able to able to upload any content, post anything, or comment on anything.

View their profile page and the profile page of others (these pages would display the information entered during the registration process)
Send messages to other users and check their inbox for messages that they have received.
Add events to the calendar
Comment on blog/news posts
Moderators would have all the abilities of regular registered users and the following additional abilities:
Post/edit blog posts
Edit uploaded media
Edit calendar events
Delete comments
The master account would have the abilities of registered users and moderators as well as the following additional abilities:
Control whether users are simply regular users or moderators.
Make edits to the static areas of the site.

Here’s a description of some of the site components. In addition to the home page, there would be the following links on the nav bar.

Info
This should basically be a blank page which the master account can add text and pictures to.

Multimedia
This page should have separate sections for pictures, videos, and music. Pictures should be able to be organized into galleries. Also, users should be able to upload content to these pages and comment on them. The recent uploads to the multimedia section would appear in an area on the home page.

Events
This should contain a list of events having on specific days. The events should have a title, a category of the event, a time, a location, and a brief description. Users should be able to upload these events. A list of upcoming events would appear in an area on the home page. Hopefully, events would be able to link to pictures/video/music from the event and news article about the event.

Intramural Results
This section should list upcoming contests and the results of past contests. Hopefully, these contests would be able be able to appear in the events section as well. Users would be able to upload content here by adding it to the events section and then clicking an option that said “Intramural.” Only moderators would be able to add the results of the contests. A list of contest results would appear in an area on the home page.

I’m looking for someone who can modify a preexisting WordPress template by customizing the layout/appearance slightly and adding some functionality. My goal is to create a website for a residential group within a university that would at its core be a news blog but would also offer students other useful utilities and some very limited social networking functionality. This app is based off coding from the iPhone SDK Development book (CH.6), with a Main Window, Yellow View, and Blue View. This app has a main screen (blue view) that when you press on the barbutton it goes to the (yellow view) screen that has a button that plays any sound (longer than 5sec) when the user clicks on the name from a pickerview. It also has a button that has a 10sec countdown that will play the sound chosen from the name in the picker view.

WHAT I NEED!!! WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON…

1. Add an “info” button on yellow screen that allows some to go to a credit view with a back button.

2. Add an additional “barbutton” button that allows someone to see all of the apps that I have at the app store with a pic on the left and info, text, on the right and then an arrow that opens the chosen app in app store, also has a back button at the top of the screen. (Trippert Labs, Quiz apps does this flawlessly)

3. I need a pop up screen, 320w x 80h with text and comes from the bottom up to 80h(i.e. 400pixels from the top) . That on the yellow screen show up upon going to that screen for 5 secs then goes away. (I can link the coding for that) I will tell the winning bidder what I want it to say.

4. My yellow screen displays a picture 25 pixels down and its 320w x 240h, I want this to be a scrollable section that in portrait mode would allow 20 pictures to be scrolled there while everything else is stagnate.

5. Lastly, but one of the most important features. I need a button beside the picker view that would allow someone to “add to ringtones”

Alright again I have the code that has the pickerview the other buttons and it plays my chosen music when you click on the sound, but the mp3′s are acting screwy but I dont know if thats just because of the simulator or something needs to be corrected in the code.

ALL of my code will be uploaded and supplied to the chosen bid winner, and will understand not to share this coding with any other parties or my idea. i need a template for a website. the reason i need a template is because i am going to implement it, i just need the index page done and i take over from there.

the website is for a medium size business that specializes in remodeling high end houses.
i want a high class looking site. it has to intimidate people when they go on the website and i want it to look expensive. very expensive.

there is flash going to be involved.

1. logo (3d small logo in flash and jpg equalavent)
2. baner (flash, 2 sets of this)

5. intro (flash with xml for the 2 pics that will be there, and this is going to be the main page, index page.)
6. gallery (flash with xml – dynamic gallery, with projects. so you have a flash 3d presentation of project thumbnails that you can slideshow, and click and bring to view, and show a description of the project while you hover on the thumbnail. and once you select the project, the pictures of the project come up with another slideshow that you can easily navigate. effects have to be simple but clasic looking, like fade to black and so on.

all of the above components HAVE to match perfectly with one another.
they all have to look classy, not cheap.

We have a Joomla site built on a template already up, but we were never happy with it. The web designer was not capibile of working outside the template and it never got completed. It can be used as a reference site to the project. While I am capable of doing this project my time is much more valuable elsewhere in our production path hence the need for ongoing work as well. Lets go over the WordPress Project.

Our current site is www.sdnnow.com the overall page flow of the site will persist to the wordpress version.
There is a vbulletin forum involved as well and if you could actually do the customization work on that as well that would be a big plus.

So we are going for a very “Web 2.0″ look and feel (God I hate that term) so JS/AJAX is a good thing.

A very poor mock up/wireframe of the home page is attached. Please only use this as a rough estimate, the sizing and such is not accurate.

I feel there are 3 customized area’s of the site and the rest of the site should be able to be essentially templated. But lets take it page by page.

1) Home Page
- Logo and Header Area. Possible inclusion of RSS/Twitter/Facebook/Linked In Links. I say possible as there is a footer area that will display a bar of social networks that we are on and link to our presence so you may just want to leave it at RSS…. Newsletter Subscription would also be a good thing to have in this area.

- Ajax/JS “Spy” Fader Style Feed Display. This will pull for right now from a number of twitter feeds push them into an array and display them one at a time.
I can provide example code if necessary (from the web) it would be nice if we have the ability to bring in other styles of feeds (rss headlines and such).

- Coming Soon and Recent Releases Display.
This is an area that I certainly need some design help in. I will attach some examples of the styles, and for the coming soon area the example on the sdnnow.com site is ok. But i dont want the text to be on the side I want the text to either be under the image or floating and partially transparent on the image.
The recently released section should be different I was thinking a horizontal slider and a vertical slider. But again this part to make it look “BEST” I kind of leave to you. This does not need to be attached to the CMS portion of the site, but I guess if it can be done easily than that would be a bonus (Pulls from a category, which holds the individual posts that populate the displays) I know I have seen templates on template forest that do this.

I really like the amplify slider and I love the way the sleek slide does the motion. Javanize is an example of a horizontal system. Now the question is how to get this to display and look good with both the Coming Soon And Recent Releases.

A) Main Catalog Page will show a graphical representation of the product and be grouped by social network (Category) . Clicking on a product will take you to a detail page, one thing to note.. a product can exist (and will) on multiple social networks (in multiple categories)

I need 20 articles written around various keywords to do with Hemorrhoids.

Each article should be around 300 words long, a few words short or longer is fine but definitely know shorter than 280 and no longer than 350 words. you will need to use your creative imagination with all the articles and they need to be informative and to the point.

Articles need to be unique. I will own all copyright to the articles. I will be checking each article with copyscape for uniqueness.

I will supply one keyword phrase for each article. I need articles written based around each keyword phrase supplied.

I don’t want the articles to just be 300 words of writing just broken up into paragraphs. I need each article to be more interesting to look at than that.

So for example, that might mean that the some articles are broken up with a couple of subheadings, some others might have some bullet points in and some might have a combination of both. This is very important.

1. BULK DOMAIN UNAVAILABILITY CHECKER – has a field where you enter a list of domain names to check for availability of each. The names can be entered in with or without extensions included. There will be a checkbox for each of the major TLDs(.com,.net,.info, etc). These checkboxes can be used if extensions were not included on the end of the end domain names entered in with the results showing available or not available for each.

With the results, there will be a column added with links to maybe the top-five domain registrars that can be clicked on so my website visitor can then register the domain(s) that they want. The links will be affiliate links. The link should be redirects from my website so as not to have the ugly looking affiliate code attached in the status bar when hovered over.

I have a couple of examples of open source bulk domain availability checkers that can be used as a foundation. Check the attached images and files.

2. DOMAIN SUGGESTION GENERATOR + CHECKER – has a field where you enter a keyword or phrase, searches the keyword(s) using Google’s keyword suggestion tool while also searching for domain availability of each of the keywords suggested for the TLD(.com,.net,.info, etc) that is selected with the results showing available or not available for each along with showing the stats from Google’s keyword tool for each. only one extension can be selected per search (.com,.net,.info, etc), because I think this generator will create many names to check.

This tool will also have the option of including hyphens “-” (by checking a checkbox) between words when a keyword returned from google’s keyword tool is a phrase rather than a single word. If this option is selected, it would check domain availability WITH AND WITHOUT hyphens. If the option is not selected, it searches by default only, with no hyphens.

Something else I would like to add to the domain suggestion generator – I already have a misspelling function (generates misspellings of a keyword that is entered in) that I would like to integrate into the script, to generate misspellings of the keyword entered, and check Google’s keyword tool and show the results – I don’t know if this will be a very productive function or not, but I think it would be for Internet users who type a domain name directly in their browser’s address bar. Again, this option could be selected by checking a checkbox.

2 other options – an “add prefix” and “add suffix” checkboxes. I could enter in a list of prefixes and a list of suffixes for the script to use, from the admin page. The domain names generated with these prefixes or suffixes SHOULD NOT BE checked with Google’s keyword tool for stats, as they’ll not be popular search terms, I do not think.

So, the page that the script is on would basically show two options(I guess divided into the right have been left half of the page):

#1. The bulk domain availability checker where users can paste in many domain names to have checked. The field in which they enter the domain names should be relatively tall vertically.

#2. On the right-hand side of the page will be the domain suggestion generator that has a single line field where a keyword or keyword phrase is entered in. It will also have a checkbox to search for misspellings, another checkbox that when selected will add prefixes, and another checkbox that when selected will add suffixes to the keyword entered.
****Any domain name generated with the prefixes or suffixes should NOT be checked for Google’s stats.

The attached files should give you a better understanding.

This script should be able to handle up to 1000 domains (hopefully, or more?, can be configured on the admin page) at once, without getting banned or whatever, for both the bulk checker as well as the google’s keyword tool retriever/checker tools.

So, you tell me if some sort of proxy support needs to be integrated? Can JavaScript be used so that my website visitors IP address will get credit for the searches rather than my website’s IP address?

Obviously the script needs to work well.
