I have a question to all you experts out there. I am not sure if this is doable or not but I will ask anyway.

I am getting ready to sell my mailing lists which is constantly growing and growing every day by around 100+.

Is there any way to sell my mailing list(s) to customers and when they buy it online for it to not only take paypal/card payment to also reckonise their ip address/e-mail so they can only use the list once?

Is there a way of me to sell my lists but instead of giving away my lists e-mail addresses where they can use again and again, to sell it to them where they can’t steal the e-mail addresses?

We need a mysql based rating and reviews system. People will have an account and they can choose their favorite items and rank the items, they can create favorites lists, lists within categories. The overall totals will be combined so that they can see the toprated by all people as well as just their own, they can sort them, they can filter them on the page. The system must interface with an ecommerce site that holds the products that are being ranked and the customer list and account.
We can call any php scripted program into it in a frame, and it is fed via this mysql for read only access.

We currently have a phpBB install with an ad structure written in Django. The problem with this is every time we update phpBB it breaks Django and the ad structure breaks and has to be re-written.

Advertisers can place their ads on the main forum page, or if they want they can advertise only in cities of their choosing. (sub-forums)

They can also log in and see their views and click-throughs, They can also change their ad as long as it fits their pre-purchased size. (if they bought a 120×200 they can only replace that img with another 120×200)

The forum changes weekly as new departments are added so the ad structure would need to be able to change dynamically as the forum grows.

The ads also rotate their spots on the displayed page on each refresh so that each advertiser gets their time at the top of the forum.

I have made a script which I require additional functionality for.

The script I have already made (you do NOT need to make this part) when loaded displays all the images in a defined sub-folder. The user can select a thumbnail to see a larger version. This script does not use a database.

I require the following functionality:
When the user is viewing the image, they should also see a list of sizes available. They can enter the quantity of each size that they require and then ADD TO CART. They can then view another image and do the same.
Once they have chosen all the images they require, they can then view basket and edit basket (only change quantity or delete).
When they have checked the basket they press order. This sends an email to me with the contents on their basket.

THERE IS NO E-COMMERCE REQUIREMENT. I DO NOT WANT ANY FORM OF PAYMENT SYSTEM.
YOU MUST NOT USE A DATABASE. ALL FILES SHOULD BE SELF CONTAINED.

Visitors can see every users information, but they have to log in to contactc them or to see their contact info.

There will be a message system. When a user receives a message an e-mail is sent to him.

Visitors can (without being logged in) search for users. They can search for names, country, occupation etc etc all together to get more accurate results, but they can also just search for name or country or city or occupation etc etc.

Users can create pages for insitutions or schools. In those pages the users will add profile picture, description about institution, gallery (same as users gallery). Whenever users have registered themselves to the site they will get a message: “have you chosen your institution?”. If their institution does not exist, they can create it.

I have graphic design for this. You need to code and do the implementation to the design.

There will be an overall admin who can send out newsletters, delete/edit/add users, block ips, deactivate/reactivate users.

Picture manager

1 – When a music entry is entered, the entry must be only as long as the setting in admin – usually 60 seconds. If the entry is longer, they will get an error message. What I would like is if the entry is longer, it is just automatically edited to the time limit when in the contest. So even if the entry was 2:30 long, only the first 60 seconds would play.
The second part of this is that the Profile Audio option would be removed (where they can add a longer version of their entry). Instead there would be a check box they can check if they would like their entry placed into their profile player at the conclusion of the contest. There would be text explaining all this and that the entry must be 2:30 long or more, or it will not be placed in the Profile player.

2 – In The Studio, the Date/Views/Contributor tabs should toggle when clicked more than once. So if I press Date, it shows newest first. If I press Date again, it reverses the order and shows the oldest first.

3 – In the Registration page, I’d like to add another section that says Email Notifications. And then they can check a box that says – I would like to be notified when a new contest is listed. If they check that, when a contest is started, they get an email with the contest name and description.

I have an indepth project I need designed to help me manage advert sales in multiple booklets.

The layout of this project must be sleek in looks and follow a similar cosmetic design to my main website, with very similar graphics and design.

There will be an ADMIN login area and a CUSTOMER Login area

There will be lots of features and options for both Customer & Admin

The complete script database will be sql and must be able to be backed up and restored (every part) and when up & running, easily moved to different hosts with all customer and advert data !

It will have to deal with every aspect in the sale of adverts and customer management and have a customer interface where he or she can login and…

1) Manage Their Account (add, edit, delete)
Name, Address, Etc, User Name, Password, Phone, Web, Email.

2) View Booklets On Offer To Advertise In
this will start with YEAR i.e (2011), AREA i.e.(BRENTWOOD, EDITION i.e (Spring) (customer selects from pull down boxes)

This will then bring up booklet BRENTWOOD 2011 Spring Edition
From here the customer can view the full booklet i.e. every page before it goes to print (all adverts and pages)

And see all occupied and avalible advert slots for any given page.

The customer can then choose a free advert slot to place his/her pre designed advert.

3) The customer will also have an intertface area where they can design their own adverts (from my other other script “flash card”) and place their designed advert into any available booklet advert slot.

4) They can have multiple designs they have created where they can view and edit at any time.

5) The Customer will be able to purchase advert space in any avilable booklet and make payment

6) The customer will be able to view there advert in the booket before the booklet goes to print.

7) The Customer will be able to view there accounts details Past & Present of purchased adverts

The Customer can re-edit / delete an existing advert before it goes to print

9) The Customer can schedual multiple adverts in multiple booklets for the future. (Discount given)

10) The customer has a email contact window to contact admin with any enquiries.

11) The customer checkout area allows them to pay for the advert slot (paypal) or check and then asigns the image(advert) to free advert slot in any chossen booklet)

12) Customer can upload there own advert image (only if size of image is correct)

13) The interface is need’s to be crips clean and easy for the customer to use with all the usual features like (Captcha, forgot password, etc)

14) The customer should be able to see exactly how his or hers advert will look on the page along with every other advert.

15) The customer will have a notice area on there login page where the Admin can post differet info and images for customers in different areas

16) The customer will have a Info Page area where the Admin can post up info/images etc. to any unique customer, any unique area or globally to all

17) Customer has there own file area where they can access there design also the Admin Upload and download files / images etc.

18) Once my other script is stable and working 100% (flash card) I will require it to be moulded into this script for both access under Admin Area and Customer Area.

19) I think that’s it almost for the Customer Side though I’m sure I will find more options I will require.

The Admin side is quite deep and I am working on all the requirments right now,

This will include creating each booklet from fresh in the database and creating page layouts for adverts, etc.

hopfully by now you will have got the idea of what I require and I am trying to do.

I will speak to the programmer in much more detail about the Admin login area once this project has started, I will also send you over flow diagrams and database structure and procedures etc.

I will require this script to be 100% stable as this is the heart of the whole management system. I require a good programmer in flash, sql, html, php to design and work with me patiently and thoroughly.

I appreciate this will take time but I want to work closely send over ideas, designs, images etc and build a good relationship with the programmer.

The site will be TV meets Twitter. Visitors will sign-in with their existing Twitter account and then can search for their TV shows that they have been watching.

They can then select that they have watched the show, and they can also give it a 5 star rating as well as a 100 character review. They can also do the same with each season and individual episode of a show.

All of the TV data will be pulled from TheTVdb.com, which has an XML api.

The back-end of the site will be designed with the large amount of TV shows and potential users in mind, and will allow for manual editing of data as well as allowing visitors to report inappropriate reviews to the admin team.

The above will be the beta version of the site, which is what the programmer will be expected to build. They can click a product from a drop down list or add their own. Once they enter all the information for the review, they would need to enter a confirmation code, so I know itys real and would cut down on spam. At the top of the page, i would also like an indepth search function that would search reviews. Also on the main page of the review section, I would like it to show the most recent reviews with random reviews. When a user fills out a review, some of the fields would be based on a scale of 1-5. So when a user reads a review, they can read each review of that product and also see a rating system of average ratings. So say two people left a review of a product. Once user gives it s 5 and another gives it a rating of 3. It would show each users review with all the different fields they filled out, plus at the top it would show an avargae rating of 4.

i also want a user to be able to add a link to the yourtube video, so when a suer reads the review, the can also watch the video on the same page.

I have a website where people can buy virueal toons from our shop . I would like to have a sticker book feature where they can display those toons . It would need to have a feature where they chose what toons go on it and they can remove the toons . Also where they can chose from bacgrounds . I need to have a control panel where I can add bacgrounds . Also we release new toons each week . Those toons need to be able to be added to it as they are added to the game .

I am looking at building a web-based tool to enable translations of subtitles. The basic features include the following:

1. Uploading of a subtitle file (see attached for format) in main language (usually English) for translation as well as a video file the subtitle should be displayed on top of.

2. Subtitle translation window in a triple split view, there is a split view for the original language and the language you are translating to as well as the video playing beside it so you can always see the parts of the video you are currently translating. Each subtitle is an input field, you can write into and there should be pagination after 50 input fields to not have too much speed issues. Edits should be saved instantly via AJAX.

3. User Access Setup, so i can give individual translators a login under which they can then only translate the subtitle into their target language. They can not touch the timecodes of the subtitles and they can’t change the source subtitle or anything similar.

4. Video preview should enable the translators to constantly see if what he has translated is matching the video. When everything is done his work can be marked as final, which triggers an e-mail to a pre-configured e-mail adress.

5. Interface to download the finished subtitles, create projects, upload the video and subtitle file, configure languages, users, permissions etc.

Those are the basic features. Just to sum up the idea to make it clear what the system needs to be able to in the end:

I create a video with english subtitles. I upload both video and subtitles in a pre-configured format (subtitle format see attached, video format can be defined). I setup my 10 target languages (anything from Arabic to Russian), create users that will do the translation and send them access to the system. They then login, see the video in english, see the subtitles, translate the subtitles through the system, preview it, approve it. I then download all the final subtitle files and compose the subtitles in a DVD Authoring program.

One last very very important thing. The whole system needs to be UTF8 compliant, because of Arabic, Chinese etc.

We would like to have a Flash-based “Video Poker” game built which our customers can play for free, but have it attached to a list of our informational products on gambling awareness which they can download after paying for them via PayPal or shopping cart.

The video poker game must adhere to all the strict coding concerns of a real, play-for-money video poker game. For example, all random number generation for dealing cards must happen at the server, every credit played must register in the database before a result is given to the client, no memory-resident info or game code can be on the client side that might be exploited to compromise the security of the game, etc. Although the game will be played for free, there will be a lot of prestige tied to winning and we will spend a lot of money promoting it so it is important that the game is secure and that the logic is true to every aspect of a normal video poker game based on standard probability and a regular deck of cards. In short, our informational products are based on the likelihood that almost *all* gamblers lose, and we trade in informational products to promote that notion, so we need the game authentic with perfect odds. We can’t have people win (or lose) more than they’re normally “supposed to.” One of the products we will be selling is the cumulative results of all players playing this play-for-free video poker, so the playability must be perfectly inline with mathematical expectations of the same machine sitting on a casino floor. The reason they can only play after buying one of our products is because we need to limit the number of credits people get, otherwise if you could play 100% for free indefinitely you would do many careless things you wouldn’t otherwise do as a player. Internet users come to the website and search for a type of store.
-Search Results:
Based on what the user searches for a list of online stores will appear. The list will show the stores logo/image, name of the store in bold letters, and a description of the store (this is similar to when you search on EBay and you have a image and a description). The buyer next clicks on a store.
-Store:
Once they have selected a store, they can now view all the items that store has for sale. Each item will have a picture, title, description and price. The stores page will include a logo/image and contact number and hours open. If they have a address a small google map will show where they are located.
Each online stores will be given a URL (www.MainDomain.com/store/USERNAME) Each store user can login and make changes. There will be different packages for the store to buy. One problem I am having is when you put a photo into the photo gallery and then edit with the FotoFlexer and then re save it back to 123file the photo gallery won’t display the edited photo.

5. I want to add banner adds and google adsense to the free accounts and only the free accounts. I want it to be easy change and configure. I know there are lots of different modules or components for this.

ladders also need a choice of challange, open and both.
Unlimited number of ladders, tournament, leagues and games.
A way to add/remove games from the system. Ladders and tournamnets will be by game.
When making a ladder or tournment there need to be a way to asscoite a game type with this ladders. IE a cod4 ladder or cod5 ladder.
In a point system I need to be able to asian point for wins, losses, ties, kills and deaths.
In a challange system I need to ba able to asign how far up or down you can challage a team. IE 2 rungs up or 3 rungs up.
I need the up and down of rungs seperate. IE 2 rungs up and 5 rungs down.
A way to easliy suspend/unsuspen, ban/unban both a player and team.
When a admin sets up a ladder/tournament they need to ba able to pick single or team.If it a single player and not have to be on a team just registeres for the site.
Need to have it setup for team/player to report then confirm a match. IE the winner report the losser confirms the match.
The match is not valid until the losser confirms it.
When you report a match there need to be a way to report the over all points for both team/players.
The tournament system neeed to have no limits on size or players/teams
When a ladder is made it needs a way to add apporved maps for that ladder.
Also there need to be a way to add and remove maps for differant games. these are just map names. No maps are supplied.
A way to add/remove games from the system. These are jsut the name of games no game is supplied
A way for team to dispute a match. IE a dispute match form. And a way for admin to be informed of this.
A way to edit matchs that have allready been reported and confirned. After the edit has taken place the stat tracker need to reflect the changes.
A way to fine a team. IE take away piont or move them down the rung.
A way for team/player to challage or team/player. This needs to email both teams/players.
A way to accept or deny the challage. aslo a way when the ladder is setup a way to add a point loss for that ladder if they deny the challange.
When a team challenges someone they pick out 2 dates. The other team pciks out of those 2 dates then gets to pick out what maps 1-3 they want to play.
A full admin panel or way to control and edit ladders, players/teams, games and stat tracker, etc4
Only admin can create ladders, edit matches, edit stats, etc
when the team accecpts a challange there should be drop down boxs with dates and they can pick out 2 dates.
The other team can pick from those 2 dates. Emails should confirm all this.
There should also be a way to pm the teams that challange each other. If they have to reschudle or something.
The ladder, league and tournament system are seppate and need to be controled that way.
Also when I set up a ladder I need a option for how many round its going to be. and a option to enter the score for every round or just one total score.
Then when the team reports the match they can enter a score for every round or just a total score.
The clone site I showed you has a way to run a league. A league is x number of weeks of preseason then x number of weeks in the season. Team only play 1 game a week.
They are asigned a certain map to play that week and are asaigned the team they are going to play. We do not supply the map we just tell them the name of the map.
I also need a way to make each ladder, league or tournament public or privite. If privite I need a spot to put in a pw to join in.
Teams need a profile page where it lists all there player and servers and what ever ladders, league or tournaments they are signed up for.
Each league, ladder, tournament need a standing page. IE who in first, second, etc. This should also show each teams win and loss and win loss ratio
The league part also need a random match generator. IE the teams only play 1 match a week against one other team. this need to be random and be done with just 1 simple click.
After the matches are generated it needs to email the teams with that info.
Also I need Division for the differant games. I can explain if needed.

TEAMS:
Team manager with full team control.
Player canot match for 24 or 48 hours after they join a team. player can only be on one game type at a time. IE can on be on 1 team for the 5v5 ladder. (5v5 is just a exapmle) I can explain more if needed.

Team also need a join password that they can change.
When someone leaves a team they are no longer a team manger(if they where one)

I will need a user name password and login area to be put at the right where they have their categories section, and I don’t want a category section.I would like an area under the login area for members to upload and share their pictures. Only members can view and share pics. It must be easy to be a member (simply a username, password, and email address). Anyone should be able to post a story and view them (so they don’t have to be a member to do this). And I need some places for ads.

Version 2:
Exact clone in terms of function and interface of the fmylife webpage, search capabilities, categories, etc. The script is made using the CakePHP framework so basically PHP & MySQL. I need this code to be exceptionally tight and clean – keep SEO in mind along with extremely high traffic – we don’t want something clunking up our servers. I am looking to clone part of a website – lumberjocks.com. I just want to clone the review section where people can read other users reviews and leave comments. I also want it where a user can leave a review the same way. Where they have a drop down menu for catagory, then another drop down for manufacture and then they can type the name ore model number in. After that they can upload a picture then write the review. I just want to have it where a user enter a screen name, password, password confirm, email and then enter a comfirmation code and then they can post a review. This was they can sign back on and edit their reviews. Once a user leaves a review, they can just use their screen name and password to login for the next review. If they forget any information, they can enter their email address and it will email them their sign on information. I have a simple sign up system where users sign up and then they can change their personal data. I need the following implemented in that sytem:

Users can sign up and submit different account. They can submit a facebook account, Twitter account, Gmail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail as first. It should be easy for admin to add more account types. The deal is that the users type in their log in information – their username and password. When they have written their login information on my site, it is saved in the system. After that they see a list of all the accounts they have submitted. When they have added an account they can hit a button saying ‘Log into (Facebook/Twitter/Gmail etc etc)’. When they hit that button, a session is created that contains username and password (the information is extracted from the database, and put into the session), and the users are redirected to the login page of the site they want to access. When the login page opens the account name and password from the session is pasted to the login forms and the users can now hit the login button.

Admin can add new pages like this: Admin pastes the URL for the login page of the page. Then he writes the value of the login form and password form. When admin has added a new page users will see it on the drop down list when they submit a new account.

A new company is looking to build a website INSTANTLY. We will need front to end assistance – I can provide the logo and most of the content, we need a designer and programmer to put the look/feel and programming in place.

Page 5: Featured VENDOR – Every month we will have 1 featured vendor in each location.

Once the member signs up, they have a “members only” area
where they can update their monthly selections, give reviews for their product experiences, send a message to a friend, sign up a referred member, view their commissions (whenever a member refers a new member, they get $5 per month for every month that the new member pays the membership fee – we send a check every time the account reaches $50)

On the administrator end – we’d like to be able to add/remove vendors and products as well as access reports that show who made payments within a selected time period and what those paying members have selected in their que for that month (what their selected products were for that month)

We’d also like notifications of when new members join, a member cancels, or when a payment doesn’t go through. We’d like to be able to run a report for all members whose accounts are over $50 at any time, so we can print out checks.
