I need someone to create a similar theme to Themeforest.net or Mojo-Themes.com
for WordPress

the theme should be SEO optimized, load very fast. no fancy stuff needed except to basic functionality that Themeforest.net and Mojo-Themes.com uses.

Here are some of the must-have functionality:

1) Theme listing (category listing) like Themeforest.net – on mouse over a themes product, a bigger image appears of that certain theme.

2) product showcase just like themeforest/mojothem…

I have a new site I am building to link to my existing car forums website.

It will be mainly a news/magazine style homepage, and links to my forums, a shop and an about us page and contact us page ( I will supply text for these two pages).

The main hompage will have a car news section, and some other articles and related pictures that I can supply info and graphics for.

I have a logo and header image that I need making the main header of the template layout. The size of it can be changed.

I also have a couple of otbher templates that I can use if we think we can get a better end result from them. I would like someone who can advise on design and offer good input rather than just wanting me to try and describe the design via msn!

I have the template installed and it works fine and I can access the themeforest admin panel fine, however the images are not displaying. I have several other premium templates that all work perfectly so I think it must be a simple issue to fix .

You MUST have extensive wordpress template customisation experience please and proof of this and You must have some design ability. I have a few websites I can send links to as some ideas on how I want my main page template to look.

I dont want someone just to add plugins and text/pictures to a theme as I can do that myself! YOU MUST KNOW SOME PHP AND BE ABLE TO MAKE MY IDEAS A REALITY.

I know there is a script called “cloneforest” but from what i can tell it’s rather buggy and i haven’t heard any good things / success stories from anyone using it.

I have installed the basic on my hosting but I would like it to look exactly the same as on the themeforest website. I have the instructions from the seller and all the files, but I do not understand much about wordpress so am having problems.

I want to create a website like ThemeForest.net where people will be able to sell creations but there will be 2 ways to sell the items: normal fixed price like themeforest and auction, something like ebay.

The website should have some sort of CMS backend, you can either code it yourself or use something that’s already there, i don’t mind.

Total budget for this website is $880 and it should be ready in 2 weeks max from the start of the project.

I want it built on PHP. You must have a graphic designer on your team (of if you’re an individual freelancer, you must have some design skills) so that you can create the design of the site (some sort of layout will be provided by me).

I will require you to be available for communication all the time during the design and development phase.

Also i will require you to provide some support (i will pay for it) after the project is completed, not just hit and run.

My payment terms are: 75% when the website is developed and installed on my server and 25% after 5 days of testing, if everything is working properly. No upfront payment, no escrow.

I will require you to sign an NDA and a web development contract when we start the project. I don’t pay for things half done, so if you complete only 50% of the website you will not receive any money, i want it to be completed 100%.

Before we start, let me say that I’m a Senior Web Developer and I know just how much coding time and graphics work time are involved in this project. Please bid accordingly.

I would like a complete clone of ThemeForest.net with the following differences:

1. Although I would like for “project” submissions to be editable from the back-end, I would like submissions to go through automatically by default.

2. I would like the “project” submission process to be simplified. The following changes should be made to what ThemeForest do:
With regard to full size previews, I would like users to simply be able to select as many images as they wish (up to a max of 5) as preview images. This should be done using a multi-file-select form. Easy enough.

3. I do *not* need the Affiliate program part of the site.

4. I do *not* require the Blog part of the site.

5. The complete site backend (admin etc) should include the ability to set what percentage all developers get paid. I *do not* wish to use the rubbish formula ThemeForest use for only providing sellers 40% of what they made. That is for sure. A customizable flat rate should apply to all accounts. That said, All other rates and calculations regarding single license use/multiple license use on profiles should be customizable from the backend as well.
