I want you to use the Canvas wordpress theme from WooThemes ( www.woothemes.com/2011/05/canvas/ ) and customize it so it resembles the following website…

I will give you small alterations to make to that layout but as a starting point, please tell me your time to completion and cost for altering this theme.

i want only Header picture + background texture + css editing.

css colors and background texture are up to you but for the header you must draw or make what i want.. it will be custom. NO ready picture from somewhere!!

I have a wordpress theme that is a 2-column theme and I need it to be a 3-column theme. If I am happy with the result, I will also need a few more color schemes for the theme.
