We are launching a small social network for unemployed people in an Eastern European country. We would like to get bids for the design of the site’s header and a theme of colors, to be implemented in the dolphin platform (a demo of a “dolphin” social network can be found here: http://www.boonex.us/)

We like the dolphin platform, and will largely use that design. We need only minimal changes to the layout from dolphin:

- a nice header, and
- a new palette of colors for “branding.”

The header should include the site’s logo, a picture, and the login/sign-up section.

We only need .psd files, not the .html implementation of the design.
This should be a quick project that should not take a designer more than a few hours. We have several more websites we would like to launch in the next few months, and would like to find a talented designer who charges reasonable prices and will work with us at those other sites as well.

I woulld like to fully customize a new layout for phpmotion v3. The objective is to make it look like its not phpmotion but another script so the layout must be very unique.

it has to be able to work with my EGL script.
http://www.cvgleague.com/testleague/index.php is a site that has the same script and had someone make the theme and slice it and code it into the script.
i also have phpbb forums which will require the same theme so that it has all the ladder,home,rules,etc links at the top to redirect.
