I need a wordpress theme built, not designed (most of the design work has been done – a rough sketch anyways).
This project is more for a designer than a programmer as the brunt of the work will be in making it look good(although if there are any layout issues that might affect SEO or other basic things like plugins, etc, those could be done as well).
This project should be fairly easy for an experienced wordpress builder.
