I have a simple video that I need done that would include stock footage, and voice over.

The video will need to have action sports video footage of motocross, drag racing, sprint car, and car racing. I have a short audio that I will provide that will need to be placed over top the video and then some high tempo music will also need to be added.

The video will be no more than 30 seconds in length and needs to be able to work with Youtube.

I need a video ad for posting on Youtube. The video will be about a local small business. Your job will be to:

- Find suitable free photos off the internet to include in the video and match them to the voiceover. (Voiceover will be provided.)

- Add a music clip, which can be found on the internet for free.

- Make transitions and use zooming and panning to create an animated video.

- Create titles and an opening logo/title.

- Render it several times in different video formats, such as mpg, mpeg4, wmv, mov, etc.

The video will be about 30 to 60 seconds in length.

Experience with video editing and professional editing programs such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Sony Vegas, etc. is required. Also, you will need graphic design experience for creating opening logo/titles.

You must be very detail oriented, accurate, have an eye for what is visually appealing, and be a good communicator so we can communicate back and forth efficiently and with no problems.

Lastly, you must be able to create the video quickly, which will be no problem for someone who is skilled. Please let me know how quickly you can finish it.

In addition to the video renderings, the final video project files must be delivered.

Finally, please provide a link to your Youtube channel so I can view your portfolio.

There will be more videos to be made afterward, if the first one turns out to be high quality with fast delivery time.

I need some type of flash player created that can be set to play a video on a scheduled time.

I need an admin panel where I can add a video URL and a time to play. Then the system will give me player code for that specific video.

When I copy and paste that player code onto my website, the video wont play untill the time I set has started.

And if the time has past already, the video will start to play from how many minutes have past.

For example: If the video is set to play at 5:00pm and the time is 5:30 when you get to the video player webpage, the video will begin starting at 30 minutes into the video.

However if you begin watching at 5:00 the video will start from the beginning.
