Property Management Software

I am looking for someone to develop an online property/building management system (CMMS). This system will allow managers to take control of the whole building in relations to asset registers, maintenance requests, communications, knowledge bases. I would like something very similar to what is available at http://public.mybuilding.org/

The system will need to have the ability to add multiple buildings, each with its own databases. A manager must be able to switch between different buildings easily to add info/update details etc.

Tenant of each building should be able to log in to their own building and request maintenance that is sent to the manager. They should be able to communicate easily on the system. The tenant should also be able to reserve areas such as lifts, tennis courts online. the system must have graphical interface (Possibly PHP).

This would be an ongoing project to add extra functionalities so the system must be easy to work with. Extra capabilities would include an iPhone application for building managers and tenants. Developers with an understanding of residential strata buildings will be highly regarded, especially those from Australia or UK.

We expect to input current readings of utility meters and have the system calculate the rate and put into the database as an unpaid bill. The system is expected to have a payment system wherefore we can accept payment and print receipt of payment. It is expected that the system can view account logs and transaction histories of customers. Userlevels (although not mandatory) is an added bonus. A sample mockup or demo is very much encouraged inorder to decide on programmer.

Automated Betting Bot

Hi All,
I would like to build a system for horse racing, which is capable of getting data from various exchanges, do some analysis and then place bets. Since the system can make hundreds of bets at the same time, we need the system to be highly scalable. Initially the system should support Betfair & BetDAQ and should have the facility to integrate other betting exchanges easily. The system should also be capable of placing bets for multiple users in different races at the same time.

I would like the system to be designed in a modular fashion. These may include

1. A module to retrieve data from Betfair exchange in short intervals.
2. A module to retrieve data from BetDAQ exchange.
3. A highly scalable module which can place 1000′s of bets to Betfair exchange for different users and keep track of them.
4. A highly scalable module which can place 1000′s of bets to BetDAQ exchange for different users.
5. There should be a middleware module, whose job is to read a table which contains the user login details, and their selections on each horse race which should use all the above 4 modules. The middleware module should contain a simple logic where it reads the users selections and should check for the current odds and if the odds are within the range, then only it should place the bet for that particular user.

All the retireved data from exchages and also bets placed/modified/cancelled data should be recorded in MySQL DB.

Those who has experience in Betting exchanges with knowledge of architecting similar multi-threaded applications are welcome. I would like this application to run as windows service and should have different logging capabilities. Others please execuse. Also, if you can give the bidding amount separately for each module, that would be of great help to me.

I would like this project to be developed in C# and the coding standard has to be followed.

Hello

I need to start a website from zero with some functionalities that might sound demanding for a regular web developer. That’s why I am not looking for a designer but an engineer. Also, I’m not looking for a 3rd party or a company but for a low cost solution.

Here is what I need:
1. template customization (html template monster would do)
2. company logo (i might refuse 3 or 4 if inappropriate)
3. database:
- 3.1 – several packages of services will be available: prepaid packages of 5-10-20-50hours, monthly/anual plans and pay-as-you-go plans
- 3.2 – there will be online counters (hours/minutes)on each customer account for the prepaid and pay-as-you-go packages. there will be a billing system on the monthly/annual plans to generate periodic invoices and mark them as paid when confirmed
- 3.3 – prepaid packages will be available for purchase online. on monthly and annual plans billing will depend on bank reports for acknowledging payments
- 3.4 – an admin page will allow the administrator to create and confirm accounts, allocate plans, mark hours and minutes as consumed for customers with prepaid or pay-as-you-go packages
- 3.5 – each customer will have one account but each account may have several users. users must authentify themselves individually but be able to consume hours from the same customer account. the monthly report should show who used what
5. online support must be integrated according to the website color scheme as a web chat
6. a small version of the website should be available on request of mobile browsers

a. I provide services paid / hour and I would like to keep time spent with my clients on a counter associated with their accounts on my website

A Php And Ajax Script Needed

I need a php/mysql and ajax script coded to work on myspace.Please find below the idea behind the script and idea

Objective of the script:
The software is basically going to allow users to add a myspace url in their admin area and the software will automatically send a friend request to the myspace account the user added in his account.So the system will have an administrative myspace account to be used to send friend requets to any myspace account added by the user.

A user can add up to 5 myspace account to the system

Scenario
1.A user creates an account and fills out name,email and password
2.He logs into his account and add myspace account url or myspace email
3.When he submits, the system then sends a friend request to the myspace account the user added to the system
4.The system later uses cron jobs to see which added myspace accounts accepted the friend requests sent to the system
5.The next time the user logs into his account, he should be able to see which of his myspace accounts have accepted the friends request from the system’s myspace account.

ADMIN area

There should be a simple system admin area.

It will be a plus if the programmer knows ajax since it will be a good choice with the php

I am looking to create a paid based web site that will work with vbulletin based websites. This will be a user interface site.
Each user is a member of a poker staking forum PTP (parttimepoker.com). The users offers their action for sell on this vbulletin based web site much like stocks are offered. They advertise their action in what is called BAPs (buy a peace) and sell it for $$ per share. Each BAP must have a Rail, the rail is how the player(s) track their progress and profits and the investor follows their investment.

Most users do this manually, by typing in the tourney ID, Buy-in amount, finishing position, and monies won. Once this information has been typed in the user has to update the Bankroll. As you can see with each rail would be different and time consuming for the user if they are running several BAPs.

On this site the PTP’ers would sign up and create an account and pay for this service. They would state how many BAP rails they want to buy, provide the BAP ID#, links to each BAP on PTP and if cake is offered. They would provide their PTP name, and all poker site names. The system would then look at the link and see who is invested and for what amount, what the starting bankroll is, what the players cut is and create a spreadsheet type interface for the user. This spreadsheet would then show who the investors are, how much their investment is worth, Starting bankroll, running bankroll at the top of the spreadsheet for each BAP.

Once the spreadsheet has been created the user is not allowed to edit the information that has been provided. The user is allowed to update the spreadsheet with tournament ID#, the poker site the game was played on, and if it is a re-buy tournament how many units were used and what was the rake amount.

Then the system would then search a for the poker site tournament ID #, look for the user poker site name that they have provided. Once the users has been identified as played this tourney the system will report, finishing position #, total cost(buyin-rake+re-buys), re-buy (yes or no) number of units, win/lose amount and running bankroll. This is done for the user to minimize errors. The system would do this much like the poker tracking sites like, officialpokerrankings.com, thepokerDB, sharkscope.com, pokertableratings.com, and any other tracking sites I fail to name.
The system would create a link that the user would place on PTP. This link would show up much like an image on PTP. The link would show the follow information from the rail. Tourney ID#, finishing position, # of re-buys, total cost, win/lose, and running bankroll. This part will be self updating as the user provides this information. The user will need a link for each BAP rail.

When the user’s bap ends they will be able to close the rail and create a final report. The final report will be separate from the rail spreadsheet. The final report will show initial investment per shareholder, each shareholders profit per share, and user’s profits. If the BAP ends with less than the starting bankroll then a list of the investors is created and how much is owed to each. This is called a cake list. When a BAPs end like this all investors is listed in a cake list if cake was offered for the BAP, then a cake list is made for the user that show each investor he owes monies to and how much. As you can see investor will reinvest in a player to recoup monies lost, but they can only do this if the BAP is offering cake. If it is not then the money is gone.

Now on the main page of the site will be user login and password. A sample of the rail via PTP screenshot, services offered cost per bap rail. Also this page will show most profitable investments (PTP user name). This information is gathered from the bap rails created and closed on this site and is accumulative number. Each user will be given a ranking depending on their profitability. This ranking will be shown as Stars, 5 stars being the most profitable and 0 being the least. A Hall of Fame (HOF) section is also required, this section will show Users who has had a BAP that has ended 10x over their starting bankroll.

Please take a look at all sites named in this in order to gain the most information to give a complete quote and time frame estimate. I am looking to start hosting this site on a hosting service site like go daddy.com or something like that to start with. However as the site grows I will be looking to move this to a server and host and maintain this myself so maintenance need to be as easy as possible. I would also like a forum like PTP where the users can go and chat and talk poker.

Script For Honeypot Honeyd

Need for someone to create a custom Perl or Python script to use on honeypot Honeyd. Needs to be unique and I am open to any suggestions, basically I’m not looking for anything in specific. Previous Honeyd scripts include emulating viruses, loopholes in servers, stuff like that. Script needs to be between 2800-3000 LOC. I am looking to correspond with a programmer and select a programmer with whom I can explain in detail what I am looking to have created. Or show you the site I’d like cloned in functionality. I require a web-based program/site that automatically follows people on twitter. I am currently using a service that I like, that provides this, but would like to develop similar script and site that I can use, that will be my own. The main focus of the site and script that I am looking to have created, is that it must be able to

I have used several services that provide what I’m looking for and have one site and script in particular that i really like, and would like to have this site cloned in functionality. Basically I would like to be able to turn the system on and possibly plug in a few keyword to geo-target and that’s it. I don’t want to have to manually adjust follower settings,following settings, or unfollow settings, but I do want the system to be as aggressive and quick as possible while still maintaining safe limits against twitter banning of accounts. I would like to show the system I like to the programmer so you can see exactly what I’m looking to clone or re-create. I have been told that this project will require us to get whitelisted. You must have experience with whitelisting and have a very comprehensive understanding of Twitter and particularly, Twitter API in order to be considered for this project. Ideally I would like to show the programmer the site/script I’d like reproduced to determine who is most qualified and interested in this project. I would like to show the system I like to the programmer so you can see exactly what I’m looking to clone or re-create. This project will require us to get whitelisted. You must have experience with whitelisting and have a very comprehensive understanding of Twitter API in order to be considered for this project. Site Messed Up Need Help

My website www.3darmory.com is messed up. Some of the code somewhere has become corrupt and I do not know where.

I did not design / build the site, and the guy who did is not reachable. I also have no skill in this area, so I do not know what to look for.

If you look at http://www.3darmory.com/eu/Dunemaul/bonesoul that is what is supposed to happen when people search for their character. In this case, you would choose the “eu” country “Dunemaul” server and “Bonesoul” character in the fields at the top. This is the page that will come up. BUT, this is the character of the person who built this site, and it just so happens it is the only one that will come up, and there are over 500,000 characters in the system. So, I think when he designed it he did it slightly different for his character for testing, and that is why his will still come up.

Whenever someone enters information into the system, it will search for the character in our index. If it cannot find them it will go get their information from wowhead.com and then index all the info in our database. Right now (this is my guess) it seems that whatever code is in place to call o the database and retrieve the information is corrupt.

When you enter an invalid character name, the appropriate screen displays, showing me that the system atleast knows the character is not in our system or in wowhead.com BUT when you enter a valid character and submit, the system will crash and return a message saying.

“The code wiped!
Either our code wiped or you tried to access a non-valid resource.. “

So, I dont know what to do. Please be familiar with complicated PHP structures and databases. This is a very detailed system and has alot of complicated features, so PLEASE BE AN EXPERT. If you don’t think you could build this site then you probably cannot fix it.

Object Oriented Php

So here’s some background information:

We use an open source system called “Ilias” for a LMS for a client. A LMS is basically a system where students log on and take courses and tests and the system keeps track of their scores etc. Kind of like Mycourses from our college days.

Our client will then go in and track progress of the students and see how they are doing and from time to time students encounter “errors” when taking tests so the client will have to go in and edit scores. For some tests there are a max number of attempts a user has to re take the test. There is also something called learning resources in the LMS this would be like the course itself. These also have number of attempts.If you look at the attached image there is a button to subtract one attempt from a user if needed so that the user will have a extra opportunity to take the learning resource/course again.

So here’s our situation,
For tests this button does not exist.
Our thinking is this…….since the system tracks data it would be difficult to just erase one attempt as the system may then need to erase all the tracked data (i.e score) for the attempt that is erased . So the way we figured instead of subtracting 1 attempt lets just give this user an extra attempt so attempts +1.

Of course if its this simple why can’t we do it. Well basically the programming of the software (Ilias) is very object oriented and we need someone who can understand the php and database structure much faster than we could.

Batch Email Generation

We are building a system that will enable clients to record invoices that they have sent to their customers. The invoices will be recorded as PDF images on the database (MS SQL Server). The system will follow up, via email, invoices that are unpaid at pre-determined intervals. For example, after 1 day, the system will send email 1 (with the PDF invoice attached)to the customer. After 8 days, the system will send email 2 (again, with the PDF invoice attached) to the customer. And so on. The database will have to be updated to indicate which emails have been sent to whom. All rules concerning the intervals at which emails should be sent, the parties to whom they should be sent and the templates that should be used will be held on the database.

The routine we require will need to: a) determine whether or not an email needs to be sent in respect of an outstanding invoice b) determine which type of email should be sent and to which party c) create the email (using the appropriate template, inserting certain fields and attaching the PDF invoice from the database) d) send the email to the intended recipient and e) record the actions taken in the database.

The routine will be run overnight daily.

We will provide a detailed specification of our requirements to those programmers whose bids and credentials appear reasonable.

Financial Reporting / Projects

Our system is written in .net, c sharp and Nhibinator.
We have a web based system that allows our field force to enter the results of audits they conduct on businesses. We then check the quality of the audits and send reports to our customers based on the feedback. The scope of the system is very large but at this stage we want two small projects completed:
1. We want the system to automatically produce the auditors invoice based on the jobs they have completed. They would have to enter their expenses and the cost of the job is already in the system. We need to produce a report for our accounts to pay the auditors. The auditors need the ability to print their own invoice for a given month, for their own records. We also need to be able to see the sales figures for each county. Another role on a system are our editors who we pay on a timed basis. The invoices need to be raised for the editors based on the amount of time they have speant on each job.
2. Reducing the number of pages. For each section it takes a page, so if the section of a report is only 1/4 page the next section is on the next page. To save paper we need the sections to not page break, but under certain circumstances it needs to also look OK.

Staff/Admin should be able to attach up to 5 files to an order for client to download.

Staff/Admin should also be able to view change each users Login / Password. The computer can automatically generate the Login & Passwords or Admin/Staff can assign them during the account set up process.

-Select an order and ask as questions or request help.
-Client information (2,3,5) should be visible somewhere on the page when clients are logged into the system.

Once the shipment status has been set to [Assigned] by Admin/Staff fields(9 ,10 – Pickup Date, Delivery Date) should become visible.

This should be a password protected system with a different set of users. The users of this system should be able to view a list of information as follows:

The orders that are marked as Pending Assignment by the Admin/Staff are the only orders that should be visible.

There should be a button beside each load the logged in user can click to select the shipment. Once a user selects a shipment the selected load should become visible under the Admin/Staff Control Panel under Shipment Request, The company that requested the shipment information should also be visible to Staff/Admin (4,3,5,6)

Admin/Staff should also be able to set up the email address that a notification goes to once a load has been selected.

We are to receive all rights to this project once complete as well, we do not resale our projects they are used for our company only.

The creator of this project will be expected to install onto and test on our server to ensure the project is running and bug free.

Twitter Autofollow Script/site

Good day I am looking for a program that automatically follows everyone on twitter. I am currently using a sevice that I like, but would like to develop similar script or site that I can use, that will be my own. The main focus of the site and script that I am looking for is that it must be able to
1.accept multiple twitter accounts
2.it must be able to automatically follow users, this must be done as aggresively as possible but within safe limits to not be banned by twitter.
3. It must be able to automatically unfollow users that do not follow back after 2 or 3 days.
4. The system must be able to send out tweets to all of the twitter accounts that are in the system from the panel while logged in.
5. The system must have an option to geo target followers on twitter if this option is desired for a particular account.
I have used several services that provide what I’m looking for and have one in particular that i really like. and would like the one created here, to be as simple and user friendly. Basically I would like to be able to turn the system on and possibly plug in a few keyword to geo-target and that’s it. I don’t want to have to manually adjust follower settings,following settings, or unfolow settings, but I do want the system to be as aggressive and quick as possible while still maintaining safe limits against twitter banning of accounts. Stock Exchange Program

A small stock exchange provides an online query system for its customers. Each stock traded on the exchange has a unique integer code that ranges from 1000 through 5999. The system maintains the following data on each stock:

The fields are stock number, current price, change, 52-week high, and 52-week low. The change field indicates the amount that the stock’s price has changed since the last trading day; so, for example, stock 1817′s price has gone up $0.16 since the last trading day. The entry nc means “no change”.

Data are kept in five separate files. Stocks with numbers from 1000 to 1999 are in File 1, those from 2000 to 2999 in File 2, and so on. When the user enters a stock number, the system first determines the appropiate file and then prints the record of the stock. The system allows the user to ask about as many stocks as he or she wishes. Assume that the records in each file are sorted by stock number.

Recurring 2×2 Follow Referrer

I need a recurring 2×2 system that is tied up to AlertPay monthly subscription, with rules and mechanics below.

MX1 System Rules:

1) Entry price is $30, but I must have ability to modify this automatically and easily via Admin login.

2) The $30 recurs every month. For every recurring payment, the customer gets a new header or account in a separate matrix from his previous matrix, thus, he will have 12 separate matrices a year for each of the 12 months. Each of those matrices are not connected to each other. Its as if the member joins a new matrix program every month. (Important Note: recurring payments always go to a new matrix, and NOT anywhere inside a persons previous matrix even if that matrix is not yet filled up. In the new matrix, he may follow his sponsor there, but he can never be under his previous month’s matrix).

Also note that if a member fails to pay a monthly subscription, his downline ‘ROLLS UP’ or gets connected to the next available sponsor up.

3) SPILL OVER IS OK, but only within a slots 2×2 structure. If his structure is filled up, his new recruits goes to his new 2×2.

4) Of course, if a member has many referrals, it will cause him to fill his matrix and produce a new matrix. His further new referrals will go to this new slot. If this new matrix fills up with his many further referrals, he will have a new matrix again where the referrals will come in, and so on.

5) Commissions are only paid out to a person who fills up his own 2×2. Once a 2×2 is full, the person gets paid $100 (this must be easily modified via Admin).

6) Here is where the recycling is vital… ALL NEW RECYCLED ACCOUNTS GO TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE OPEN SLOT IN THE MEMBERS REFERRER. Down below under the line is a diagram of how this works.

NOTE: The first slot in the company, which is at the top, when it recycles, creates another slot at the top again (it’s second slot) at the same level as the first top slot. So as long as the top slot keeps recycling new top sllots are always created. For example…

7) In the backend, the genealogy tree must be clear. People can select ‘MATRIX 1′ to see their 1st Matrix. Then if they have already recycled or recurred in payments, they can view ‘MATRIX 2′, and so on.

8) AlertPay will be the pay processor. Please make it easy to auto-activate entries (after payments) and mass payout commissions (automatically at the 10th day of the month in just 1 click, based on performance up to the last day of the previous month).

9) Cut off is every last day of the month and payout is every 10th day of the next month. Between the last day of the month and the 10th day of the following month, the system lists down the accounts that failed to re-subscribe and accounts that canceled their subscriptions… and takes these accounts out of the system, thereby rolling up the paid subscribers to the next upline who is paid.

10) Product is a daily inspirational video package, so it’s viewable or downloadable. People must be sent a download link once they submit payment. Viewing or download system must be secured so not anyone can get its URL and download the products.

11) Members must be able to recruit new members using their sub-domain (i.e. subdomain.domain.com), and not just an affiliate link. So subdomains must automatically be created based on a new member’s username. When signing up, members must be able to check if subdomain is still available, so they can amend their choice username.

12) The admin and backend system must have the features present in the other 2×2 systems out there.

13) New recruits cannot join free. They must pay first before getting into the system.

We have a e-commerce website that does not have a stock management system integrated.

We need the system to work real time and that all purchases may be integrated with our stock. (I know it sounds basic but our’s doesn’t do it yet)

We need the system to do custom reports and custom alerts to tell us of low quantities, re-orders, out of stock etc. Pretty much the basics of inventory control that all basic e-commerce softwares offer.

The system has to be easily translatable since the system will be used in our Brasilian E-Commerce Store. It also has to be open source, customizable and integratable.

Need it done very quikly, preferrably PHP.

Twitter Follower System

Need a software developed that would add followers in a pyramid. At the top will be our

Twitter Accounts. If you sign up, you will follow five people above you. Those that

follow you will follow five people above them including you. And so on.

It should be very similar to http://tweetergetter.com/bloggerkhan

The methodology would be the same with a few differences:

1. It would ask people for their email in addition to their Twitter Username and

Password.

2. It will ask people to check ‘I accept terms and conditions’

3. A confirmation email will be sent to the user.

4. The email would go via our Auto Responder to the user. If they confirm, then the

following system would proceed forward. If they don’t, then no account will be created

and no followers will be added.

5. Our various Twitter Accounts will be at the top and rotate. The system will pick them

from a file so we can add or delete our own accounts to the rotation at the top.

6. The user will have the option to Tweet from our page just like in the sample.

7. In addition, the user will have the option to copy the widget to their website /

blog. So we have to widgetise it.

8. The Free version will have one of our Twitter Accounts at the top.

9. The paid version will not have our Twitter Account at the top. The payment will be on

a monthly subscription basis.

10. The system will check every day if the subscription is current or not. If payment

fails, the system will go in hold mode and start sending reminder messages daily for two

weeks. If the user does not pay, his account will be downgraded to Free and our accounts

will start showing up at the top. The user will also have the option to manually

downgrade to a Free Account.

11. The emails for the paid version will still go through our email auto responder.

12. If the response to the paid service is good, then we will look into an affiliate

model for the service also but not now.

Reporting System

I have had a developer here from Scriptlance build a first version of a reporting system for me.

The first version of the system works fine.

Unfortunately due to personal reasons he cannot continue work on the system and I need to make a new version of it.

The system has been developed on Linux with PHP.

Its a web based reporting system that generates screenshots from sites and does automatic uploading via FTP etc, generate CSV-files etc.

All source code for the first system is available. The second system (which you will build) is based on the first one and should not be too hard to achieve if you are good at PHP, Linux etc.

To complete this project you will likely need to know about (among other things):

Linux
PHP
MySQL
Building a web based admin/config interface for the script, forms etc
Firefox (it runs in a VNC server)
Setting up Cron jobs on a server (the script will run automatically and do stuff every day)
Make the system upload files via FTP

I can provide more details to bidders. The programmer who built the first version of the system is also available for technical questions.

Each dot should be a Red pulsing dot, it needs to look inviting to click on.

When a user rolls over one of the dots, a text box will appear next to the globe (text on left, globe on the right) with the corrosponding text shown below.

Size of animation should be 680 X 360 (try to fill as much of the screen space as possible, whilst looking professional) – the globe should only take up half of this screen size as the text will fill the other space. Ensure all the text is font: Verdana and size 12.
