Report Center

The original programmer didn’t comprehend that this requires some comprehensive query writing; none of the queries are especially complex but you must be able to get up to speed quickly on what the project entails and what is required.
The project is to create a standalone report center as part of a larger scale project. Please read all info before posting 
The report center will allow clients to create monthly, quarterly or yearly reports to a pre-defined standard or create an ad-hoc, customised report. The report system will query the existing MySQL database to retrieve all information; both a copy of the database, with explanation of tables and fields, as well as a full breakdown of what reports will be needed can be provided on request.
What IS required:
* PHP coded report center to agreed standards
* Additional JS to enhance client experience would be good (though optional)
* Reports output as standard HTML or PDF – whichever you prefer
* Fast turnaround, the quicker the better
What IS NOT required:
* User log-in / session management (already part of overall system)
* Database set-up – it’s already in place!
* Design – HTML and CSS template can be provided if required, though if you want to use your own layout, that’s fine.
