I need a 10-minute online video transcribed. The transcription will need to be submitted to me in a Word document. I will require the content from each slide in the online video to be pasted into one paragraph in the Word document (in other words: each paragraph in the Word document will consist of the content from one slide of the online video.

The “Online Website Builder” site should contain the
following features, but not limited to:

15) Able to add and modify: page names, page title,
meta keywords and meta descriptions for each web page

16) Users should be able to try out the features and
functionalities of the website builder. But a security
feature like a ‘watermark’ should be placed on all
unregistered/unpaid website designs

15) Allow download of completed website for registered
& paid members

16) Fully documented online ‘Help’ section that fully
describes the “Online Website Builder” website’s
features and functionalities. ‘Help’ should also be
available at each stage of the website creation process

17) Able to host the user’s website by automatically
creating a sub-directory for the user. Before the
sub-directory is created, the system should check
whether the name of sub-directory already exists. If
so, system should prompt user to enter a new
sub-directory name.

18) Able to offer users a free 7-day trial but do not
allow copy of HTML code or download of completed
website

As you’ll infer from the above requirements, we want
the “Online Website Builder” site to have superior
features and functionalities.

However, bidders with previous experience in
developing “Online Website Builder” sites should find
the above specifications fairly standard.

1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We are a Sunnyvale, CA based company that provides Education to High School Students. We currently offer two versions of our Education course. One is a live scheduled classroom course that allows groups of students to learn together in-person. The other is an online individualized self-paced class that a single student takes on his own time.

In a nutshell this is an integration project using wordpress as the front end and integrating into this, credit card processing, user authentication, Moodle and Dim Dim.

We need a contractor with web site development, LMS, and graphic design skills to convert our existing website to a Web2.0 site, with dynamic content, company blogs, social networking features, and integration with mySpace, facebook, and twitter for sharing content. We expect you complete this task with no code changes to the open source components.

2. HOW OUR SITE WORKS
Our site largely consists of two components: the “company” pages that users are directed to when they first come to our site.
The other component is the “online school”, where students-members are directed to once they login into their accounts. The steps that a user might progress through would involve arriving at our site onto the “company” page, becoming a member by enrolling as a student-member for a class, and finally registering/creating a username/password & entering their credit card information. Once users are registered student-members, they will gain access to the “online school.”

2.1. “Company” Component Details
These are pages that provide static information regarding our company, services, teachers, and other info. This is all available on our current site and can be directly transferred over to the new site. The new site will have additional dynamic content and should have Web 2.0 features. There will also be an intranet area of the site accessible only to employees. As we planning to post blogs and articles for students, we want to implement the site with WordPress, which must seamlessly integrate with all other areas of our site.

2.2. “Online School” Component
Currently, this is implemented in a proprietary manner (i.e. not open source). We are looking to transfer/convert all of our online course material onto an open source LMS, i.e. Moodle. We would like to customize this Moodle part of our site to match the “look and feel” of our “Company” pages. Within this Moodle area of the site, we are considering to add features, such as a Virtual Classroom Software (i.e. DimDim), which will be used for group lessons as well as 1-on-1 tutoring. We would also like to integrate a Social Networking Site (such as Elgg or Facebook Groups). We are also seeking advice as to other learning tools that might be available and easily integrated into Moodle.

3. NECESSARY FEATURES

3.1. Search Engine Optimized
The site needs to be designed for Search Engine Optimization and consistent with our existing Google Adwords Campaigns.

3.2. Intranet
This area will be password protected and will provide static content such as employee policy handbooks, documents as well as training web pages that integrate audio and video content. The training web pages will also have embedded video content streamed from youtube.com university.

3.3. Social Networking
For the “company” component, we want to integrate blogs and the ability for users to post comments. The users should be able to share our blogs thru email, myspace, facebook, linkedin etc. For the “online school” component, we want to integrate an already-existing social network platform

This project is a NEWSLETTER GENERATOR not to create a website.
The idea is to create a e-newsletter generator that is computer based for PC and MAC and also that is web based.
The idea is to create a simple newsletter generator to be used on any computer, so must be compatible with PC and MAC and then using this structure and adapt it to be able to instal on my website hosting space/server, It will be a similar idea of the CMS. This way the same idea will be online, I just have to log in to have access to it and then just customize it.
The text contents could be similar with the text editing of the CMS.
The PC and Mac structure must be very easy to instal, just a simple click to open the application, nothing complex, please.
The online version will be helpful because if I don’t have a computer with me I can use the online newsletter generator and this way it will allows me to have access to it anywhere where there is internet available.
Any of this structures computer based and online must avoid me having to open any document type of document: notepad, text edit or similar in order to create the newsletter content. It will be a similar idea of the CMS.
The online structure must be easy to instal on my server, the same simple way as a html site files are on the hosting space server, something similar or aong the lines of ……….xyz.com/newsletter.
It also this way also allows me to take as long as I want to produce a newsletter content piece because it is on my server. With always the option of saving the scratch text at any time.
In both cases when I finish to customize the contents I can send the e-newsletter by clicking submit.
Must have a simple autoresponder, easy to customize it.
I need to have a newsletter that: 
- I don’t need to buy an extra software to use it and to send it
- I can manage the simple design structure of the e-newsletter with images and text. It
must allow me to insert the pictures and manage the text the way I want. The same idea
as the Joomla CMS that can change/customize the layout using the modules. I’m attaching
the pictures of some simple ideas about the ways it can be customized.
