I am starting my search for an programmer to help finalize my system. I have laid out the basics below. I live in Cave Creek Arizona, and am looking for a programmer within 50 miles of my location.

Programing job synopsis:

Help finalize the database for a web based residential loan pipeline management system.

The website is built on the Joomla! CMS.

The database component will use the frame/wrapper function of the Joomla! system and as such will not need any customized integration into the Joomla! CMS.

Information will be entered via forms on the website and then populate the database with the information.

Information will also need to populate the database via an uploaded file in the Fannie Mae 3.2 format. There is plentiful support, templates and testing resources to implement the Fannie Mae 3.2 format, as this is the Government prescribed format for the transmission of data for mortgage loans. The main form for entering this information on the front end site already compiles the information in the Fannie Mae 3.2 format.

The information populated in the database will need to be called and displayed in the back end when the loan officer logs into the website. The information will be editable via a form field in the back end of the site.

The form field in the back end which is editable by the loan officer will also need to have the functionality of selecting certain fields of information that will auto populate the subject field of the default e-mail client set on the loan officers computer.

The forms and fields are all laid out and much of the work is just tying in the forms and fields for the database.

The entire website will be cloned for each new loan officer that signs on either as a sub domain or using their own domain hosted under my account. I will be using a Joomla! site cloner that appears to clone the database as well, but will need to be looked at by yourself to make sure the steps for each cloning are laid out clearly.

Currently I would have to make these by hand indiviully. What I would prefer to do is have the information populate by either the agent or myself enter in the information.

This bid request is to take the datafeeds from a leading mobile phone affiliate site, inject affiliate info into the datafeeds, and parse the feeds out to a website where end users can make purchases of mobile phones and client is credited for the sale by the affiliate.

The attached file contains all the datafeeds and a .rtf file with a copy&paste from the affiliate site’s control panel.

You will need to provide a full solution which turns the raw datafeed into an enduser friendly website that will work much like http://www.e2save.com/ (the parent site) with our affiliate code injected into the datafeed.

The datafeed must be repopulated at least 6 times a day via a cron job, the information must be injected into a database. The end user will then see the information from e2save on our website as if it is our content. All links will have our affiliate link injected so that any sale will be credited to our affiliate account.

In short, we need a clone of e2save.com in functionality and interaction using their own datafeeds with our affiliate link embedded. This means not only will the phones display but so will the ‘deal maker’ and ‘special offers’.

I have tried to inject this into osCommerce myself and with the help of another coder but there is limitations of the shopping cart that prevents this. So, the application that you develop will most likely have to be a custom application. In short, we do not care what technologies you use to create this clone so long as it works just like e2save and that it works with our existing webserver technology.

Please provide examples of previous work when bidding and please bid when replying rather than just saying you will do it. I have a set budget and if your bids fall within what I’ve been empowered to spend, you will be considered.

This Sporinglife site reports the up to date SP from each track. I need to grab the official SP from the track from the course as soon as the race starts.

The information I require is the first four horses and their SP just as the race has started.

The information I need will pass to either;
a) an excel spreadsheet where I run a macro to determine if there is a valid bet or

b) the information is passed to a subroutine within the code for manipulation.
If this option is chosen I will complete this part of the code when the project if finished

If the outcome is a bet, as reported by either the excel macro or subroutine, I would require a bet to be placed on the favourite horse using Betfair. The bet could be a lay bet or a back bet, in most instances this will be a lay bet.

The complete action would need to take place within a few seconds of the race starting.

Once the race is complete I would need to determine if the bet was successful, this would determine the bet stake for the next race.

On an average day I would expect 3 bets.

I require the application to be written in Visual Basic .Net.
I require a full & complete explanation of the code. I am currently learning VB.net & would require full understanding of the code so I can manipulate or change details later if required.

I am in need of a custom Joomla module. I need to have full ownership rights and sole redistribution rights of the final product.

This module will be used with Overstock.com’s affiliate program. Overstock offers XML feeds of its products and I want to use those feeds to populate the module.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This module needs to be able to be customized by the user to create an XML call. Once the XML call has requested the needed information from Overstock.com it then needs to be parsed into a viewable module. (The output should look something similar to the products on this page: http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Living-Room-Furniture/713/cat.html ). If someone is to click on the product, they need to be taken Overstock.com using the affiliate tracking code URL.

The purpose of the Child ID Software is to gather all the child’s information and print and burn information to a disk The information that is gathered consist of demographic info, Fingerprints, Photograph and video. Demographic info will be typed in by the operator (the information form has to be a simple fill in the blanks format and or check the box format), Fingerprint will be scanned in using live fingerprint scanners, and the photograph and video will be taken using a standard USB camera. The photograph must have simple photo editing such as crop, brightness contrast, and red eye removal. The fingerprint must have brightness contrast feature as well. All of the information gathered will be printed on a printer and/or burned on a CD as PDF format and video to video formats. No information needs to stored or saved to a database other than a paper record and CD. Once the child is finished all information will be deleted or dumped.
There will be 3-5 different formats for printing. The master setting button will have options for end user to change the predestinated information on the forms being printed such as company name and address website etc, and logos. There must all be a counter systems with of all the individual processed and average time taken to finish each person, for each day, month etc. That covers all of the major requirements other feature the program must have or but not limited to Zip-code look-up, defined tabbing order for demographic input, automatic date on print outs, a print preview , completion status bar, required field override ect.

The software should have a simple registration key and license code for future updates or perhaps a dongle.
