I want someone to be able to upload a full-body photo of a person, then edit it to black out the face of the person before it is published.

Then, regular visitors of the site see the image with the face blurred out, but they can click the face to reveal it.

I will need help integrating it with F My Script – www.fmyscript.com.

I need someone to make an Avatar (speaking character) from the face of the attached file. The face may have to be re-drawn to get a larger more high quality visual but I like the the profiled view of the face because it does not have identifyable facial features. The only thing that may have to be added to the character is lips for movement. We can also get some additional movement to make it look like the character is really speaking the words.

This character is to be placed on my web site and I want to be able to type in words that the Avatar will speak like on this web site: http://www.voki.com/. The bidder must be able to upload the completed Avatar to my web site and provide the method for me to type in text and have the Avatar to speak the text. I will be happy to answer any questions if required before you place a bid.
