I am looking for an experienced Android developer to create an app that would display a google based map that would show user selected locations/sites with mutiple pins/waypoints/property boundaries for each site.

User should be able to add/edit/delete multiple Sites. Ability to create New Site by current location or by searching Address, City, State, etc. User should be able to place boundary pins that would be used to define site and calculate acreage.

I am developing a web application similar to shopping.com and wanted to see if there was any way to build an api that would link a stores local inventory system to my site in order to easily display their products and sell through my network.

While there may be many different inventory software programs out there that are used by retail stores, I wanted to know if someone would know the top ten or twenty and if they have an api that would quickly and easily insert content to my site. Otherwise, is it possible to build a standard API for my site that would hook into all retail store’s inventory systems and allow for easy syncing between their store’s inventory and my site.

The site would need to be completed by Monday at the absolute latest. I’m willing to pay $150-200 for it.

2. Users would be able to create accounts which allow them to post comments, photos, videos, and add events to a calendar. They would also have profiles that would contain certain information about them. They would also have the ability to send messages. I think this could potentially be done using BuddyPress without too much difficulty.

3. I would like an events calendar that users can upload content to (and if it’s not too difficult, these events would have the ability to be linked to news stories and/or picture galleries)

4. Users would be able create/join groups and create events for that group that would go into the calendar.

5. Administrator accounts could add new stories and edit other site content.

The site design and layout should be based upon the white/light version of the Imperial WordPress theme found here: http://themeforest.net/item/imperial/47783. I would like the following changes made to it in terms of overall design:

Green accent color (lime green)
Additional space – The three column layout creates a cluttered feeling that I’m hoping could be fixed by spacing things out more
Web 2.0 makeover – Any of the design characteristics of Web 2.0 sites (Web 2.0 buttons, rounded edges, Web 2.0 icons) that can be added would be great.

Left Column

I guess this would require Ajax or something like that. If that could be done for comments as well, that would be outstanding.

Okay, as far as the user accounts go, I don’t think they should be too difficult to set up, but I’m not completely sure since I’ve never done it before. One of my friends has done similar things, and his programing/web design skills aren’t much better than mine, so I’m sure it wouldn’t be too difficult for you.

I need a Joomla module that would allow users on the front end to select images (using a checkbox) contained in the article sections of the site. Joomla would then collect and store the checked images. After the user has gone through the whole site and made all of their selections, they can then click on a print button (that would be on every top and bottom of each page) that would print all the images you had selected throughout the site. The page would print with 3 images on each page and the web address at the top of each page.
The website I would be using this for is a coupon website and I want the users to be able to print all the coupons they selected at the end of their visit rather than printing page by page and having to print coupons they don’t want.
If this is possible with a quick turnaround, please send me a quote and an estimated date it could be completed.

Hello, I will attempt to tell you “Exactly” what I want. First off, My project is a “GAY MALE ADULT ENTERTAINMENT WEBSITE!!!” So if you are comfortable working with this material, i.e. (Video and pictures of men engaged in sexual encounter) then please move forward.

This site I want to look very “CUSTOM” and not so cookie cutter or “Template” like you see from most other sites of this nature on the internet. My project the way I see it will be 10-12 pages approximately. I want a look that is very sexy, mature, urban, hip hop, splashy, and unique. When people look at the site I want them to think this is a cool design that really catches there eye. I want my site to stand apart.

There would be a Main front page that should be very detailed and have a splash, that would be very sexy, contain my website logo (that would also need some updating), along with links that would allow you to enter or exit. Once you enter, it would take you to a “Preview/join” page. This page is where if you arent a member you can see a little of what we have to offer and join. Or, if you are a member you would just put in your username and password and be sent to the next page. This “preview/join” page would have to look extremely sexy as well seeing that this is the page where people decided to become members of this sight. Flash perhaps would be used on this page, It just needs to be very well put together, with a great design and lay out.

Once you join or put in your username/password, you would be taken to the “Navigation page. This page would look rather similar to the “Preview/join” page but not completely the same. this is where all the links to other parts of the website would be located as well as an updates section where I would keep members informed of special information such as movie/picture updates and things of that nature.

From the Navigation page you would be able to see links to the “I want to Model” “video’s” “Pictures” “Contact us” “Links” “FAQ” pages of the site. These pages don’t have to be as detailed as the other pages, but still have to look pleasing and cohesive to the entire project of course.

I know the feel of the website that I want to run, however on the design and the layout, I am kinda in the dark and open to ideas. I need someone that can help me and guide me towards what I want.

Also, along with the website I will need, as I slightly mentioned above, a New LOGO for the site as well as New banners that I can place with some of my affiliate websites. And preferably I would like a administrator page where I will be able to maintain the website on my own.

It can be used as a reference site to the project. While I am capable of doing this project my time is much more valuable elsewhere in our production path hence the need for ongoing work as well. There is a vbulletin forum involved as well and if you could actually do the customization work on that as well that would be a big plus.

So we are going for a very “Web 2.0″ look and feel (God I hate that term) so JS/AJAX is a good thing.

A very poor mock up/wireframe of the home page is attached. Please only use this as a rough estimate, the sizing and such is not accurate.

I feel there are 3 customized area’s of the site and the rest of the site should be able to be essentially templated. But lets take it page by page.

- Coming Soon and Recent Releases Display.
This is an area that I certainly need some design help in. I will attach some examples of the styles, and for the coming soon area the example on the sdnnow.com site is ok. But i dont want the text to be on the side I want the text to either be under the image or floating and partially transparent on the image.
The recently released section should be different I was thinking a horizontal slider and a vertical slider. But again this part to make it look “BEST” I kind of leave to you. This does not need to be attached to the CMS portion of the site, but I guess if it can be done easily than that would be a bonus (Pulls from a category, which holds the individual posts that populate the displays) I know I have seen templates on template forest that do this.

I really like the amplify slider and I love the way the sleek slide does the motion. Javanize is an example of a horizontal system. Now the question is how to get this to display and look good with both the Coming Soon And Recent Releases.

Again this should be a simple CMS thing. About us is actually a few different sections once we finish it.
Our Company, Our People, Our Philosophy I assume these can just be categories and the text can just be posts. So there would be some form of navigation and the post.

6) Jobs
We wish to list the jobs we are currently hiring for. We want this in two pages. One with them all listed out and summaries and then the next page with details.

7) Contact
Just a simple template that we can put contact stuff into. (page template?)

Support
Just again another “Page” I think,… We would actually have some links in this as well as widgets that display information from our support systems. Just template this out and if its just a page style we can edit it in wordpress.

So really only the home page, the catalog and the jobs page I think pose any type of issue outside of standard wordpress stuff, and chances are someone with the experience with wordpress can bang this out.

Again this should be a simple CMS thing. About us is actually a few different sections once we finish it.
Our Company, Our People, Our Philosophy I assume these can just be categories and the text can just be posts. So there would be some form of navigation and the post.

6) Jobs
We wish to list the jobs we are currently hiring for. We want this in two pages. One with them all listed out and summaries and then the next page with details.

7) Contact
Just a simple template that we can put contact stuff into. (page template?)

Just again another “Page” I think,… We would actually have some links in this as well as widgets that display information from our support systems. Just template this out and if its just a page style we can edit it in wordpress.

So really only the home page, the catalog and the jobs page I think pose any type of issue outside of standard wordpress stuff, and chances are someone with the experience with wordpress can bang this out.

This project consists of design of a simple lead generating web page / site with a matching Ebay Listing Template

and a logo design. Copywriting is optional.

Our company name is Arcade Factory. We only offer two styles of brand new arcade games. We do not sell refurbished

or used games. One is a cocktail table style and the other is a traditional upright style. These are built to

reproduce the styles from the arcade game era of the 1980′s. We offer game packages that include all of the

classics from the 80′s such as Ms Pac Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, Dig Dug, Frogger and more.

Our target market is age 35 – 55 adults. This age group has fond memories of playing these games in the arcades in

their youth. Although the games are coin operated, these customers purchase them to be used in a home game room.

Many people have home game rooms that may include a pool tables and a pinball machine. An arcade game that has a

collecton of classic games makes a great addition.

Another market is bars, resturants and other businesses that use these for coin operation. We target businesses

that cater to this same demographic.

We sell on Ebay, as well as, other internet and off line channels. We need a simple website, perhaps only one page,

that would be designed to capture lead information. We have found that is is advantageous for us to speak to a

potential customer when making a sale since we offer a high degree of customization. We want to provide a customer

with a game that has all their favorites at a price they find affordable.

We would like the image of our company to be consistant in our Ebay listing and our web page. We want to drive

traffic to the webpage with the objective of peaking a prospects interest to find out more information. We want to

capture their contact information. We do not need the site to have ecommerce capabilities. We do not want to

include too much information that would preempt the need for contact with a sale rep. We only want to drive them to

fill out a form to get more information.

We want the content and look of the site, logo and ebay listing to establish credibility that we are a reputable

professional source that can be trusted to provide a quality product at a resonable price with a high level of

customer service before and after the sale.

We will also need a banner designed to drive prospects to the site. In addition we will need a printed brochure,

business card and direct mail piece desinged that would have a consistant look and feel.

I want to create a website for youtube video views. Users will setup a username that they will login to. They will submit the URL of the youtube video they want to promote. Then once they submit there link there will be a program or a page which will have to allow the user to click tons of other registered users video URL links a minute to boost those other users views. There will have to be a way for me to edit the amount each user will get. Say a free user would get 1/2 of the views to there URL that they click. Then paid users will not have to click anything. I want this to be a quick way for them to click the other users URLs. Either a script that would bring up random URLs and they click and it loads the youtube page and then redirects them back to my website and gives them a URL or a program that they can run all night on my website or a software that would run through my websites database that would run while they are not at the computer but would load thousands of different youtube video URLs that were signed up(all free users would have to get the same number of clicks back to there page based on what they clicked). Really I am open to anything but the main thing is have to have a way that people can sign-up and the free users would have to click and be redirected back to my page quickly enough to get them hundreds or thousands of clicks a hour or even a software that would load thousands of different youtube video URLs an hour. I run an investment newsletter that deals in dividend-paying stocks. I need someone to create 2 types of tables:
1. Dividend Yield tables- A table that would show current price data, (20-minute updates approx.), from the web, for specific predetermined stocks, their dividends paid per share, and their 52-week range. The tables would give the annualized yields for the dividends, and also a risk factor rating that I would input.
I want to list different tables for different industry sectors.

2. Call option calculator- A table that would show:
-current price data, (20-minute updates approx.), for specific predetermined stocks from Table 1
- their dividends paid per share prior to the option expiration date
- the annualized yield of these dividends
- specific call options’ strike price, symbol, expiration date
- the current bid price of these options
- the annualized yield of these call options.
- the sum of the annualized dividend yield and call option yield, referred to as “Total Static Yield”
- the potential annualized yield if the stock were “assigned”, (sold), at a call option strike price higher
than the current price/share
- the sum of the static yield plus the potential annualized yield, referred to as “Total Potential Yield”

3. Put option calculator- A table that would show:
- current stock price data, (20-minute updates approx.),for specific predetermined stocks from Table 1

I need to be able to input various stocks and put and call options into the tables on a daily/weekly basis.
