Get a Freelance Job

I am in need of a developer to create a web site that would allow people to enter there telephone numbers to opt in and out to receive free text messages on a daily basis. By entering their cell phone number to the web site, they would be signed up to receive daily text messages of services offered from several companies. They should also be able to go onto the site to remove their cell phone from receiving text messages.

In addition, I would also like to have the same company develop or use a program that would allow people to send a text message to a number to opt in and out of receiving daily text messages about services offered from several companies.

I want the web site and programs used to be friendly to non-programmer saavy business owner.

I am not sure how else to explain what I want.

For this project I need a drop down product attribute that would allow the customer to choose a manufacture from one drop-down menu and then after they selected the manufacture they would have a second drop down that would allow them to select the model.

Example:

Manufacture: Motorola

Model: V3

For each manufacture it will have its own list of models so if the manufacturer Motorola had the model V3 to manufacture blackberry would not have this model. I will need to be able to set up around 25 different manufacturers and each manufacturer is going to have around 100 different devices. The customer will need to select their manufacturer and model before being able to add a product to their shopping cart.
