I am looking for a company to do SEO optimization of my website and SEM. It must be a professional company that has done similar projects with many satisfied customers. The ideal company does not make excuses, delivers on-time on promises and can guarantee its work based on requirements and deliverables stated in proposal. The company is committed to doing excellent work and wants a long term and ongoing relationship with my company. Your company will not do work that is not ordered.

As part of the SEM link building strategy, your company will develop links that are thematic in keywords and from sites relevant to my site’s keywords and products. You will establish links that are relevant in industry or sites that have the same keywords as my site. Get links from pages that are PR3 and up. These will be one way links ONLY from normal websites, NOT reciprocal links. There will be no more than 50 links per page where my link appears.

Anchor text will vary significantly on most links (this includes social networking links and regular links) you create. No black hat link strategies. You will never use paid links or link farms.

Need a plugin for wordpress that is completely new and not based off another GPL plugin.

1) The Plugin should be able to handle all RSS Feeds.

2) The Plugin should be EASY for people to add a custom header and footer to the post that contains anchor text/link. They should be able to add multiple variations that are randomly picked per post. They should also have the option to pick how often the header and footers are added. Example every 5 posts a header and footer are randomly picked. The default would be “all posts”…with an options of 3,5,7 and 10.

3) Be able to select the category new posts go into per feed.

4) Should have the ability to pull Entire Feeds not just excerpts. And it be an option that is turned on or off per category.

5) Should have the ability to replace words or phrases with linked words or phrases. And set the number of times per post that the phrase would be replaced. With a default of all, and a choice of 1 to 10.

6) Should send the post title as the subject, and url and first 150 characters of text to an email address along with the IP of the blog. That email address is able to be changed inside the configuration section of the plugin..and can be disabled as well. Should only send 25 posts per month from the blog… In other words within 30 days it should send no more than 25 posts to the email address.

7) Ability to drip feed posts from text files as well that are uploaded to a folder inside the plugin’s directory. 1st line being the subject, rest would contain the body. These would be emailed as well…and counted in the total.

8) Code must be commented

9) Agree to give up all rights to the code to us the new owners. By bidding and being accepted you agree that we own all rights to the plugin. You agree you will not resell the code later.

Can use simplepie as the core if you want. As long as it works with current and future wordpress versions of simple pie that are included with wordpress 2.7.x and up. (Obviously as long as WordPress doesn’t deprecate any functions of their own…I know that can always happen and cause issues later)

Joomla Polling Of Pictures +

The foundation for what is needed is already functional with Community Builder, SIMGallery, & SIMGallery Pro running within Joomla. The programmer for SIMBunche’s SIMGallery saw the outline below for what’s needed and told us he didn’t have time to do the job but gave us his estimate of what he thought should be charged. His software is licensed but will allow localhost. Also his ParaInvite and Profile Adsense software might be options to modify for the requirements below.

All work must be 100% valid in keeping with Joomla.

1.) Need albums (minimum of 2 pict’s to max of 6) to be able to be categorized. (The categories have been created in Joomla)

a. albums will be displayed as 3 pict’s horizontally next to each other.

b. users will select a front view or back view (thus up to 6 pict’s)

c. The thumbnails can be clicked for lightbox view (already part of SG)

d. users will be able to “view by” all albums from selected user (AJAX) or arbitrary search criteria

2.) Voting is on A, B, or C either from the lightbox or below thumbnails

a. After voting the user will see a results section below (AJAX)

1. A graph showing percentages voted on A, B, and C (if there is 3 front shots)

3.) Age range and zip codes will be required/collected by Community Builder with all accounts

a. The (“voted”) user being voted on can set the distance away from them that other users (“voter”) can view and vote on them

b. The “voted” user can have a setting of age range “voter” is in

c. The “voted” user can bulk email so many “friends” to vote (invitation overrides)

1. emails will have a nice clean basic invitation with a link to the users category

2. “login” or “create account” comes up in lightbox over the “voted” user

4.) “Voted” user initiates end date of poll by amount of votes or by date

5.) “Voted” user gains this status (able to be voted on) by voting a certain number of times that admin sets.

Much of the back end is complete with CB and SG and this will be programmed with a combination of modules, components, and plugins.

Here are more notes for clarification and point 4, 5, & 6 are somewhat extra as a phase II of this project:

Categories must be flexible with the ability to add and possibly remove categories or make them not seen (unpublished) for awhile if they are seasonal such as “holiday party”; not included because it is obviously not needed now.

A user can only vote in any poll included on a person’s 3 pics only once! It should be obvious but we don’t want to assume the programmer will think so. Also, this would mean that after a person uploads pics to a category and before their pics would be seen “become active” – they must vote on other user’s pics. At that point, they should not be offered other users pics to vote on if they have already voted on them. However, it does not mean they are prohibited on voting for the same user because the user may have pics up under different categories.

Needs to be a way to filter certain words at admin discretion that users may post in the comment section after they vote on a pic. Also, there should be a report this post button or report this set of pics in case somebody uploads nudity or something else that is inappropriate.

1. When a user is logged in an wants to upload their picture, all the different options will be programmed in such as who to notify to vote and when they will be notified that somebody voted.

2. When a user is logged in and they uploaded pictures to a category, they will be required to vote on at least 2-10 other user’s pics before their pictures become active. They can choose to vote on the same category they are using or random.

3. That a user can be shown categories to vote on or be shown at random in which the program will send the least voted on sets of pics to them to vote. Our goal is to make sure that everybody gets votes!

4. For Advertising – the advertising portion that I can tell the “system” to show Advertisement Example A to people who are registered in such and such area code. This is for the entire site but more specifically in each category. Once a user is logged in – they only see advertisements that are meant for either nationwide or for their area. (Make this a bit more flexible for east/west coast, north/south, midwest, and add extensibility for other areas then the U.S.)

5. For users with pictures in specific categories when they are in their own private “back end” the user would see advertisements that are being shown based on the category and the user’s physical location as seen on the mock up? So if they are checking on their results for their job interview category they would see ads next to the results that are aimed at their area and category. (If a particular extension is already created that can accomplish most of point 4 & 5 here, the programmer will coordinate with project manager in implementing this.)

6. Small app for telling stories. Users can post to the category from their private “back end”. (A simple app that just posts a small story. We can possibly if needed find something in extensions.jooml.org to post these, but then as noted that they have to be available from the category)

We need programmer who can program in Perl, for our website. We wish to have the contents of our website imported, along with all forms, etc to the new CMS of Webgui. ALL contents and information will be provided with additional details once you are sure that you wish to work with us.

Webgui is a robust CMS and is being used by various US Govt agencies. We like it because of its ability to offer various security features. It will replace our current PHP based CUSTOM CMS.

Photo Script
Synopsis
This project is for the preparation of photos for uploading. It deals with photo rename, resizing and copying on a windows xp/vista environment.

1st Script
The photos that are going to be processed have the following folder structure

/Location
/Studio
/Houses
/Church
/Reception
/Party

Script Functions:
1. The script should start very easily and fast with no or few parameters
2. Rename all images of each folder: All images under /[name] will be named like a001.jpg , a002.jpg etc. So
a. /Location = a###.jpg
b. /Studio = b###.jpg
c. /Houses = c###.jpg
d. /Church = d###.jpg
e. /Reception = e###.jpg
f. /Party = f###.jpg
3. After the renaming is done the script should create a folder called /images. It should copy all images inside this folder and delete the empty folders that are left over when is done.
4. Script should start resizing & replacing the images. The biggest side of an image should be 600 pixels ( I would like this dimension to be editable somewhere) . The other side off course should be auto calculated to keep correct aspect ratio. The quality should be reduced to something like 70% of the original (good web quality).
5. After is done it should create a folder called /thumbs. It should copy (duplicated not move) all the resized from /images photos in there.
6. When the copying is completed the scripts resizes the images to thumbs. The biggest side of the thumb should be 75 pixels ( I would like this to be editable somewhere). The other side is auto calculated.

2nd Script
The photos that are going to be processed are going to be in a random name folder structure up to 1 level for example:

/random_foldername_xysoks
/pskspdoksd

Script Functions:
1. The script should start very easily and fast with no or few parameters
2. The script should traverse in the random name folders. the photos are in there i.e. /random_foldername_xysoks/photo1.jpg
3. Resize all photos (as 1st script) under /random_foldername_xysoks/ and create a folder /random_foldername_xysoks/images and copy them in there.
4. Create a folder /random_foldername_xysoks/thumbs and copy the photos in there
5. Generate the thumbs, replacing the existing photos.
6. The /random_foldername_xysoks/ folder should contain now only the 2 folders /images & /thumbs
7. Repeat for all folders the script will find

Hi,

I need a simple standalone batch image resizing application done for win xp.
Specs as follow:

-Needs to batch resize all pics (jpeg files) in a specified folder (+all its subfolders) with these specs:

+I Need to be able to specify a min+max size

(example, if i set: min size: 640×480 / max size: 1600×1200:
- all pics that are smaller than 640×480 will be resized bigger to match the min size
- all pics that are found bigger than 1600×1200 will be downsized smaller to match the max size)
- all pics that are in between the min/max size will be left untouched

+Need to be able to specify a min+max file size

(example, if i set: min file size: 50kb / max file size: 200kb:
- all pics that are smaller than 50kb will be saved at a bigger size (higher jpeg quality) to match the min file size
- all pics that are found bigger than 200kb will be downsized/compressed (jpeg quality/compressed) to match the max file size

+Needs to keep the initial image ratio & process portrait/landscape images accordingly.

+When i select a folder to batch-resize, it needs to add all the pics found inside its subfolders.
All the new/processed images need to overwrite the old ones.

Tool To Compare Two Csv Files

I need a simple and fast tool that will tell me what items from a csv file are not in my database and output a new csv files of those items.

On a regular basis, I am given a csv of items from my distributors that contains items that are already in my db and some that are new. The csv file has a column for model numbers. I would like the tool to take this file and compare the rows against the model numbers from a text file or csv. If there is a match of model numbers, the tool will delete the row from the csv of items. When finished the tool will take the rows that are left over and output them to a new csv.

The end result that I will expect upon successful completion of this project will be four HTML files that are self-contained, except for external references to graphics from http://s3.wordpress.com/ (graphics are the only external references that are allowed from the HTML). The formatting (layout, font sizes, colors, etc.) of the four pages when I open them from my harddrive will look exactly the same as the four URLs listed above.

Critical work to be done:
* All of the styles within the current stylesheet (http://s.wordpress.com/wp-content/themes/h4/global.css?m=1242076431b) will need to be inserted into tags within the HTML itself (within the tags of div, p, span, img or a).
* Any styles within the stylesheet that are not used should be discarded.
* You cannot use something like this:

}
</style>
Styles must be within the tags themselves.
* id=”" and class=”" should be removed and replaced within style=”".
* Do not use tables. Use only CSS inline.

Website Design It

Looking for reliable low-cost website designer for in-house and customer projects.

Overview
Our current needs are twofold.
1) Our Clients
Most of our clients our very small with very limited budgets ($300-$800) with a few larger ones on occasions. They come to our computer store looking for assistance for basic sites for their business. Most are very basic but a few that are more sophisticated. Typically we do the small projects in-house but would consider outsourcing if we find a good source.
We are in current need of a basic site for a company that produces/prints labels for a variety of applications. For example, the bar code label that you might find a gallon of water. They have sample prints of those labels that they’d like to appear on the site (perhaps a high-quality scan or graphic provided by customer). Ecommerce is not a requirement but the framework should support and scale to support such functions. They would like a professional site like most companies with most of the basic functions that one would expect (i.e. contact us form, sample product listings, possibly gallery of projects they’ve done,etc). Max would be 3 or 4 pages. Flash is not a requirement but may be appropriate. If not, a good graphic image that on main page.
We have a few other small projects that are pending until we find a good resource.
2) In-house
Our in-house requirements are a bit more complex. We’d first like to improve our existing site and we are in need of a few utility programs. We have a computer storefront in which we do computer sales/service as well as other IT services for small business clients. I’ve included some sample sites below. We’d like to enhance our existing site to include such functions as:
a) remote desktop support (currently direct the customer to our site to download ultravnc download program). Something similar to Logmein Rescue would be ideal but is costly at this stage. Would welcome some suggestions here.
b) Ability for customers to submit trouble ticket that’s email to our techs. Currently we use Hesk (an opensource PHP solution) but would but nice to have integrated to our main itcomps.com site.
c) Blog to link to knowledge base articles mainly to help back linking for SEO.
d) Ability for customers to track status of WO that’s created in quickbooks POS system (ver. 6.0 will be updated to ver. 9 soon). Here’s our process. Customer’s bring in sick computer, we create a WO# in Quickbooks POS. We then enter the WO into a MySQL/PHP DB (www.ourwebsite.com/<php> located in our tech room in the back. Our techs update and add notes to this DB for other techs to review. Currently we don’t give customers any type of receipt or reference # at check in but do capture their email address. Ideally we’d enter the WO in QB POS (ideally it wouldn’t be QB POS but something different but that’s another story) and it would automatically update the MySQL DB with all the customer info. QB POS SDK appears to offer such capabilities but would require us to learn the SDK requirements. It would make since to automate a process where the system would generate an email that’s sent to customer once we save the WO in QB POS (or in the MySQL DB). Once the techs update status of WO this would generate another email to customer. We have a couple of Windows Servers including SBS 2003 if a good solution could be hosting in-house or we have shared Linux based servers.
e) Ability to send weekly email with product specials and newsletter of tech tips to drive traffic to our site. Check out this sample below. Of course this leads to the ability for the customer to order one of our featured products online.
f) Ecommerce functions. We currently do not sell on eBay but are quickly accumulated computer laptop parts that are very valuable on sites like eBay. We’d like to have links to several of the online marketplaces like eBay with the ability to easily add listings of our computer parts to our eBay store as well as website. We do specialize in refurbish laptops and would like to list them on sites like eBay and CL. This may require an admin area with templates to make listing easier. Or would we use another third party listing service? Comments are welcome here.
g) Ability to add weekly laptop order to an inventory DB so that sales reps and potential wholesalers and customers can view. Here’s how it might work. We receive inventory in of laptops, screens, towers, etc. from our vendors. These items with S/N and other fields would be entered into this DB. This DB is could be the same DB that we list on our website or upload to eBay or CL. Makes sense to only have one DB sycronized wth all applications.
h) The list above may be broken out into a few utility programs rather than complicate it by create a huge program.

Good Articles Writers Needed

We are looking for a few good writers that can write for us on a permanent basis (hopefully at least one year). We have had some problems lately with our writers that involved poor English, copied content, not being able to commit to deadlines, etc. Some of the articles were so bad I had no idea what they were talking about. Then we had some show up as copied content using CopyScape and some of the other software we use to check for duplicate content.

We need a few great writers that can write (in a friendly style) about 5 different topics or websites that are all easy and easily researched on the internet.

The candidates must be:

English Speaking. If you do not live in the United Sates then you had better be able to prove to me that you can do this job. US writers are preferred because of the English content.

Must have Exellent grammar, spelling and punctuation. No Exceptions.

You are responsible for researching these topics and get to know them as you will be writing about the same 5 things all the time.

I need you to write in a friendly, upbeat style that keeps the reader’s attention. Nothing too technical or boring. Writing must be smooth and easy for the reader to read.

Articles will be written using keywords and key phrases that are SEO optimized for Google. You need to be able to write them so that so that they are SEO optimized for Google. Articles are to be at least 500 words and must be 100% original.

In the registration page I want a section for the user to type in their address also for shipping purposes. In the control panel their should be specific information for the auctions that have ended. these are the following. ( the name of the item, picture, cost of item for the user to pay, item code number, time and date ended, users email address, and the users first and last name. ) When the bidster is used in a fixed price auction I want the users to still be able to have set their bidster to bid to a max amount , because the price will still go up, but all they will have to pay is the fixed price. In the control panel their should be a spot for me to add text in any auction to add specials on certain items. In the fixed price auctions the users checkout price should always be what the fixed price is set to; no matter what the actual bidding price went up to. I want to set up a reminder page for the users that have not yet paid for their items. With the name of the item, the balance due, a picture of the item, and the item code number ; even if they log out and log back in. But they should still be able to bid on other items. All of this should be displayed after the animated lady congratulates the user. I want to be able to type in a date and time of when each auction will end from the control panel and to be shown live in each auction. This way an auction will not linger for long periods of time. In the control panel their should be an option to set an auction for a fixed price or the price that is shown when an auction ends. I want to incorporate a feature called a bidster{reference swoopo.com} their feature is called a bid butler. I want mine to be called bidster. The bidster will bid on the behalf of people that wants the bidster to bid for them when someone out bids them. To activate the bidster people will have to put at least $40 into their bidster account. Bonus bids will only be accessed through their bidster account. Interactive Custom Card Design

I need someone to create an online, interactive custom card design tool. The tool will allow people to create their own designs for a card including background, text, and images. The feature requirements for the card front and back are listed below, along with examples of similar websites.
