I need a PHP file which will contain the following:
- A form
- 7 questions. Each question has 3 radio buttons for answers (Answers are A, B and C)
- A submit button
What the user sees is the 7 questions and possible answers and the submit button.
When the user select the answers for all 7 questions and hits the submit button
instead of the form appears a message:
“Thanks for taking this test. Your points: x”
Points are calculated in the followin way:
All A answers count for 1 point
All B answers count for 2 points
All C answers count for 3 points
(So… the maximum points a user can get is when they select all 7 answers as C. That is 7X3=21)
Form should be validated. All fields required.
Radio buttons are not selected by default.
No DB should be used for this… Flat PHP file needed
The file should be able to be included (PHP) in other PHP files
After the page is refreshed to present the result it should focus on the presented message (Thanks for ………. points: x).

i want to force only certain groups to click on the “thanks” button to see text between [code] and between [dl] inside the posts.
For unregistred users the hidden text will show a link for register, for registred users it's show a messages that tell the user to click the thanks button if want to see this content.

I have 15+ mods I need. If you do this one (the one below) quick and cheap I have several hundred dollars (maybe even $1000) worth of mods coming. However, since I have so many I need them in a tight budget and quick. If you win this mod and do a good job I promise you 3 more at minimum. However, since I really need a coder I will probably hire you for most of the jobs.
Send button mod:
Next to each post are “Like”, “Comment” and “Share” buttons. I would like to add a new button called the Send button. Next to the button will be a small down arrow indicating a drop down feature. When users hover over this button they should be given the option to:

When users click Send Thanks an email should be sent to the person who was thanked saying “{PERSON WHO SENT THANKS} thanked you for your post, visit {PERSON WHO SENT THANKS PROFILE URL} and post on their wall to return the favor.”
When a user clicks “Send Care-Card” they should be sent to a screen with an open addressed to the subject. Next to the message should be 5-6 phrases which I can edit in the language editor. The user should be able to pick one to send (auto fill blank message space), put in their own changes and send it to the subject. The usual “{PERSON} sent you a message” email should be sent to the recipient. This “Send Care-Card” option should also be available on the profile of each user on my site.
When a user clicks the “Send Prayer” button a popup (unblockable) should appear to appear to the user who pressed the button. The popup should say “Will you pray for {RECIPENT NAME}?” giving the options “Yes” and “Skip.” If “Yes” the recipient should get an email as follows {PERSON has agreed to pray for you, visit {PERSON’S} wall and say thanks to thank them. Here is the link to their wall: {PERSON WHO SENT PRAYER PROFILE URL}.
If a user sends “Thanks,” “Prayers” and “Care-Cards” a special widget should be added to their left profile column which shows how many of each they sent. Example: {USERNAME} sent 3 Thanks, 4 Prayers and 5 Care-Cards to other members.
All the above should be done carefully as to not slow down my already-slow install of social engine.

I need someone to phone 100 UK companies for me. It’s a very simple task. They are all restaurants. I need to find out the name of the owner for each restaurant.
Each company should take no more than a minute or two to phone.. if that.
I will provide the name of the restuarant, address and the telephone number to call.
If you live outside the UK, you will need a very good English accent for this, or, preferably you will actually live in the UK.
Also, you must be able to start right away. Today, or tomorrow at latest.

“Excellent and you trading address is xxxxxxxx”
They will say yes it is
“That’s excellent, thanks very much for your help on this – and finally what is the name of the owner of the business please?”
9 times out of 10 you will get the name
“Ok thanks very much for that – hope you have a lovely day”
That’s it, simple.

Right now after payment the page goes to $t->display(“thanksfree.html”); I need to imput some code to have it going to different pages depending on the ($product_id). For example if $product_id= 20 then it would go to “thanksfree2.html”. I also need a defult if the product id is not listed then it goes to thanksfree.html.

I would like to add an affiliate program to my site. First,
let me give you an overview of how the program would work:
I’m providing a service in which I have tested and reviewed
5 of the top ClickBank products. Members who join my site
and upgrade, will be able to plug their ClickBank Nickname
into the system which will create their own personal
affiliate url. These members will then advertise their
personal affiliate url.
Whenever someone purchases from one of the 5 products on
their site, Clickbank will credit the sale to them. As our
system will automatically insert their ClickBank Nickname
into the ClickBank referral url for any of the 5 products
listed on my site.
So, here is what I need done:
1) SIGN-UP PAGE
The following fields should appear on the sign-up page

If the transaction comes back as status COMPLETED, then
the system should automatically set the member’s Upgrade
Status to ACTIVE. If the transaction comes back anything else,
the system should set the member’s Upgrade Status to INACTIVE.
If a member uses an E-check, the system should set the
member’s Upgrade status to INACTIVE and I should receive
an email stating that I have received an E-check. If the
E-check comes back as cleared or completed, the system
should set the member’s Upgrade Status to ACTIVE and I
should receive another email stating the status of the
E-check. If the E-check does not come back as Cleared, then
the system should set the member’s Upgrade Status to:
INACTIVE. (Note: You can check out my IPN file the
notify.php to see how the IPN and E-check messages are set
up).
Now whenever a member’s Upgrade status is set to: ACTIVE,
his ClickBank Nickname is automatically inserted into the 5
top sites on his affiliate page and he can also add his 4
personal member links. If a member’s Upgrade Status is set
to INACTIVE, his ClickBank Nickname is NOT inserted into
the 5 top sites on his page and he Cannot add his 4 personal
member links. Instead, my admin default ClickBank Nickname
will be inserted and my 4 personal links will be inserted on

My auction web site has to be based on an existing web site but with the auctions system instead of the fixed price (almost same policies). This web site is a mall gathering different professionals who made their own shops. I have myself a shop on this web site. I can give you the access in order to develop easier my own web site.
On this web site, each dealer can manage his own shop through the following menu:
-Sales: where they see:
o a summary of the current bidders
o any announcement from myself
o Standard of quality guidelines (for the pictures, the description)
o The laws of success
-Inventory where they create items with max 7 pictures per item, categories, sub-categories
-My account with different tabs (general information, shipping info, customer payment, policies, guarantee, summary, billing)
-My pages with the text of the home page and the contact us tab

Some extra informations:
Design: very elegant (black and white) with some light dynamic effects or areas that can be used also by the dealers to promote some items. The objective is really to seduce high brands and collectors. I will need to be able to put some video shows on the site. Auctions calendar on the home page + announcement of next auctions.
Min Two languages: English and French (I will provide the translation)
Approbation of new items: To insure a very high level of products and exclusivity, I want to approve every new items
Pricing/commission: I want to have two kinds of pricing accessible only when the person has registered: for the professionals who make a shop and for the private individual that might sell only one item. For the private, I will provide an expertise service.
Visitors can see the summary of auctions items with the first picture and a short description. When they want to see more, they need to register.
I want to be able to use automatically the database of visitors or the professionals to make emailing.
Invoicing of the commission: Systematic invoicing of our commission/fees generated for each dealer based on :
-A monthly fee
-A fee per new item
-A commission on sales
-Specific promotions on the home page (in dynamic areas)
The invoice amount will have to be automatically deduced from the dealer account through Visa, Amex or Mastercard.
Payment facilities when a bidder wins an auction: the source of payments should appear when the bidder has just won the auction (example: paypal, credit card, ) in order to place instantly the deposit.

The lead capture page will capture the prospects information and send it to me in an email. Once the prospect completes the lead capture page, they will automatically be redirected to the sales page. If the prospects buys, they will automatically receive an email thanking them for their purchase. If the prospect doesn’t buy, they will be sent the autoresponder messages that I have written.

Basically users send some sort of item in a facebook online game. Each user is only allowed to buy one ticket in each raffle. Or they enter the free raffle.
free raffle – unverifed raffle they enter info and when full admin has to click draw
Public raffle – raffle purchases are verifed
Private raffle – where each spot has a different password 5 characters long(password is generated from 26 alphabet characters and 10 numbers examples: h6d33,kl023 k853s), ability to change these passwords and generate which ones are available.
- they send there facebook userid
- they send there ingame name
- they agreed they “X” to buy ticket
X is a manual variable I enter each time per raffle
script saves there userid, ip address, date/time of purchase.
Script will not allow same userid to purchase more then once per raffle.
Ability to ban userids and will not allow them to buy a ticket
In public and private They send “X” and then they click a link and fill out form they sent item I verify manually daily.
In public and private Once a user submits a userid in sets status to pending, once all tickets are approved or pending it does not let users buy more tickets until the pending are rejected if they were not bought.

I will show you want forums and I will give you 3 different accounts per a forum all you have to do is type up responses its warez forum and they share pirated stuff so all you have to reply is thanks.
You will have to know some English as you need to be able to read the forum titles and then type thanks or something similar. So English is necessary.
You will have to make at least 150 posts a day per an account.
so 450 posts overall for the total day.
I will give you 300 a week to an unlimited amount of weeks you are bidding on the first week so 300 is my max and 50 is my min
good luck

Hello. In order for your bid to be considered and for me to know that you are not submitting an autobid, you must post a message in the PMB with the keyword “INTERESTED” on the first line. If you do post a bid, I will expect a mock-up to follow within the next few days, as that’s the only way that I can accept a winner.
The graphic design is for a section on a website and needs to be about 200×100. It won’t take up the entire header-just a spot in the corner.
What the design should convey is a group of people thinking. There has to be at least three people in the design. I prefer to have the image appear quirky. Maybe include question marks over their heads.
Restrictions/Requirements:
1-I’d like to have one person looking up and scratching his/her chin or head (as if thinking of something).
2-It can’t contain images of real people.
3-It has to be something that you make from scratch.
4-I won’t accept a bid without seeing a mock-up that’s uploaded to ScriptLance.
You can even do stick figures (without too many straight lines. I prefer the jagged edges) as long as it looks nice. I will have to see mock-ups for every bid, so feel free to put your watermark on your mock-ups.
The budget is $50 with more work to come your way if you can keep the budget low and do an excellent job. I will select the winner once I see the mock-up that I like best. Thanks, and I can’t wait to see those mock-ups!
