Hi, I’m a web designer and I have a client who wants a text box sliding over to the left side when a certain website is accessed depending from which other pages the website visitor is coming from. Note: That text box would ideally be on top of a Flash movie (css z-layer).

I have a ASP.NET repeater on a webpage using VB.NET.
In the repeater I have 2 hidden fields (labels), a textbox, and a LinkButton.
I need to have the LinkButton to do an update to a database based on the hidden fields and the textbox. The hidden fields are the table name and ID. The TextBox is the Quantity to update. I can not use a grid because the repeater is populated from multiple tables.
Should only be a few minutes for someone, and I need done right away.

I have a Excel document that I want people to download off my website.
However at the moment if someone downloads the file; the file name remains the same.
What I want is a form that a user will have to complete which contains
Title: [dropdown]
Name: [textbox]
Company Name: [textbox]/[optional]
Contact Email Address: [textbox]
Confirm Email Address: [textbox]
With validation on all entries.
Then when all information is entered the excel file is renamed in the following way.
ID-NAME-COMPANYNAME.xls
For example:
1-JOHNSMITH-COCACOLA.xls
2-ADAMDELLER-HARIBO.xls
Will need this done within 24 hours.
Please demonstrate that you understand the project in PMB and provide a fairly cheap quote for the work.

I need a simple script that will allow my users to calculate potential savings. I want them to enter in a dollar value for each category and then want a text box to show the total savings of all categories on the SAME page – would prefer that a refresh no have to happen.
Each category will have a set % savings value. For example, category 1 savings would equal 10%. If they entered 5000.00 in the the first category text box the savings would equal 500.00.

Whatever works best. I will be inserting the html into a joomla page.
I need to have the ability to add/delete categories (and names of categories) and the savings percentage savings for each category.
I also need to have you explain to me how to add it to my pages.

The tooltip box should open as a pop-up when someone clicks on a specified image and remain in a fixed position until the users closes the box (by clicking on the “x”)
Ebay has something like this in operation when inserting a product for sale and clicking on the “?” (Questionmark) behind the topics.
The tooltip function should not be embedded directly in the html, but should be a standalone javascript-file.
As there are different help texts for different subjects, a second javascript file has to be created which will contain the different text-ids and their content. The texts contained in that additional javascript file will be html-formatted.
The size of the textbox should always adapt automatically depending on the length and format of the text.
The programming hence consists of the images for the tooltip box, the javascript-function-file, and the javascript-textcontent-file.
For the design of the tooltip box please see the attached jpg-file.

The code should be kept as small as possible to ensure speedy page loading times.

I am after a clone of www.webwire.com. Basically I want a press release website where users can post press releases with the same fields as webwire. Once the press release is written, they should be able to preview it then edit it again or continue. On the next page they should be able to select which categories to submit it to (like webwire.com)
In addition to the above, I require the following functionality:
I would like 3 user levels like the following:
Basic = 1 press release per month
Gold = 5 press release submissions per month.
Platinum = 100 press release submissions per month
Elite = unlimited press release submissions per month
I would also like the ability to edit these levels from the admin panel, add new levels, delete levels, and change member benefits for each level.
I would also like a unique encoded link for each member level, so that if a new user comes to the site via that link, their profile is automatically set to that user level (the admin can upgrade and downgrade users on a one by one basis from administration panel)
