I recently purchased a template from templatemonster.com

The template was originally coded for Joomla 1.5.x and I would like to run it on my Bluehost hosted environment in Joomla 1.6.x. When I try to do the basic installation (no familiarity with Jooomla), I receive the following error:

“Fatal error: Class ‘JParameter’ not found in /home/content/… line 30″

I am normally pretty good with troubleshooting, but out of time on this project.

My Project: Would someone please properly install this theme into Joomla 1.6.3 for me and set up the template to appear exactly as it does in the live demo? From my understanding I should then be able to use the Joomla CMS functionality to change the content to fit my specific requirements.

I have a very basic website that I’m currently using for my home based pastry business (www.dimassipastry.com). I created the website with very little knowledge. I have the following goals for my site and may add them on as separate projects. I’m also looking to spend as little as possible here. Again, my requests are very basic.

I am looking to get a new layout done for a small ‘house music’ record label that I am launching.

3) I need to incorporate our company logo on the home page so that there is a flash movement involving the logo on the website. A simple animation for our current logo would be to have the logo solid, with no bars to the left, breaking up with some motion so that that the bars appear going to the left as they break off. This would replace the orange “ball” animation on the template’s “businex” logo.

4) I need to add the content from our old website, change some of the button terminology, and include some of our custom images, attachments, logos and wavefiles.
