Easy WordPress Template Tweak

Hello, this should be pretty simple for somebody who knows what they’re doing.

I’m looking for this to be completed within 24 hours.

Please see attached for theme, style sheet and demo.

I’m looking to create a blog similar to:

http://www.successchef.com/ (with the giant “Start or Grow Your Own Web Business” box below the nav bar).

I want this in a 2-column format like http://www.successchef.com/overview/

This doesn’t need to be complicated with all the external links, etc…

I basically just want a simple template that I can use to build my old blog up from the ground up. I just need you to build the foundation and adjust colors, etc…

Project to be completed with in 24 hours.

Thank you.

I need an existing wordpress template tweaked to allow users to reply to a question found within a post. Users should be able to reply using text or upload a photo or youtube imbedded video that they feel answers the question. All posts must be approved by the administrator and require a user id.

The template should limit responses to 5 per page and show the most recent responses first.

Concept similar to http://www.hundredsofheads.com/37-427-1.Article/Asking-for-a-Raise

Responses need to be more prominent and formatted to fit feel of theme.

I need to create small space in a template to add a title and paragraph, and add a few footer links – simple as that. The pages currently use .aspx and need to a static page that we replicate using it.

Existing ASPX file, CSS, content and images will be provided.
