We need to make adjustments to our Company contents,
so the website needs some tuning as follows :

1. To switch the gallery thumbnails and Menu placements

3. Of course to replace the content – Logo, Images, texts, etc …

The final content will be in Hebrew, but Hebrew text insert is not
necessary for this project, we can make it by ourself.

The website already includes XML galleries management and requires
proper installation on the server.

We are looking for an experienced Flash Programmer.
Fast work is the must.

We require a creative individual web designer and, programmer to tweak a template we have and to add content we provide. The job requires you to add pages to what we have and redo some pages that we have done. The whole idea is so that all pages have an area that is constant on all pages. Menu, logo, etc. This is for a new website. We have all the content on the pages of template but you will need to remove and adapt to the unused original template. The site requires a module for visitors to fill in and make payment seamlessly by using PayPal gateway. As well as the Captcha, user name password, we have module fields, you program.
Some e-commerce of integrating Paypal gateway seamlessly, where the user is redirected from our site to Paypal secure server and redirected back to our site after completion or failure of transaction in real time. The user would complete filling in a purchase form and after successful completion of payment (online via paypal live) they would then be allowed to upload specific type of files only and a maximum allocated size. Some clients may choose to make payment by mail; check and money order; and others may elect to pay immediate through Paypal by: credit card; E-check; paypal; and lastly some may pay by using a gift certificate which will be verified by ADMIN. Once the transaction is successful, the user would receive and email auto responder that their transaction was successful and the final confirmation of their listing is pending verification by admin. Admin would then receive purchase orders and once the admin reviews the orders and views content of every order will have the ability to approve and activate. Once the order is approved they will then receive an email confirming receipt of their fee and their uploaded material. Every client that fills in module and completes the process will end up in a secure internal database that would be downloadable in any computer of the admin (CSV). All the users will remain in the database and will be searchable by the admin by any field names processed. Every user will have to first register via a secure section and they will register a user name (email address) and password (they supply), we have the exact module ready, but require all the programming by you. We need a contact us form as well as what there is on the template menu we have adjusted.
We would like the site to be optimized for a few key words which are also included in the website name.
What we want is a designer who pays attention to the small details.
Every registered user will be in the system and we want the ability to send newsletters to the users internally and/or send emails to individuals or the whole email list. We want the users to have the ability to add their email to our email list which will have to be added to the template (there are non there right now. The module would also have to fit within the template area, so some tweaking there.
Add link exchange ability that is almost self run. The program should enable the first time for admin to approve and after first approval it should verify that link to our site is always active and when link to our site is removed program will remove link immediately. The link exchange should have the Captcha verification security in place so that it stops abuse by spam users or electronic form filling.

We want an admin area which will contain control panel and all the ability to easily manage site, approve and activate each user, see all the uploaded content by every user, enable user to print invoice for payment made, enable users to have their own control panel where they can make changes to their profiles and the system will recognize them when they try to use system again so there is no need to start the process every time they wish to make a purchase.

We are going to purchase the Flash template located at the hyperlink below and are looking for a developer to customize the menu bar and pages to match our flowchart as well as to add our content and images. The consultant should be an expert at Flash, be wiling to load the website to our web server located at GoDaddy.com, and be willing to complete the project within 1 week.
