Hostpay Template needs to be Customised with New Desing need

We have set up a hosting account for our company that is wanting to sell domains and hosting, There is a software on the server called HOSTPAY and we dont want to use thier supplied templates so we can installed a blank hostpay template on the server so you can work round it and i want new sliced Desing template by you and need to be intergrated to our domain

The code is already embedded on the existing pages on the server and the new desing template needs to be intergrated
