I am looking for a competent web designer that can produce a WordPress template based on this website:

The header and menu area and are the most desired part. Would like the menu hover effect and the three blue footer buttons as seen here

No video player needed as seen in the sample, just a basic WordPress template.

Template must be able to be updated as WordPress updates as far as their basic updates go.

Template must also be able to support WordPress widgets and plugins.

I would like a two column layout but also have the choice to remove the right column on certain pages when desired.

This does not have to be coded from scratch and can be based off of another WP template.

Must have a minimum of 5 (five) good feedbacks to be considered. If you have no ratings please do not bid on this project. Must also be able to produce samples of similar work, preferably WordPress designs.

Winning bidder will have access to test site and FTP. This is for a personal website so please keep this in mind when bidding. Ridiculously over priced bids will be ignored. I am not a fool so please, lets try to keep reality in mind when bidding. I don’t mean to come off as pushy but have been scammed here before.
