I need a CSS Website template built identical to the Rotary International (www.rotary.org) site. Please correspond ONLY if you can meet these base requirements by the specified deadline. It requires the following functionality:

1. Add some javascript on one tab. that show up like a FAQ section but i want it to look exactly like this.

4. I would like some input on how to fit writing that i already have. As well adjusting the website to fit my needs. As well fix some glitches i might have as well as do minor upgrades as well as changes later on. of course for additional fees

5. Integrating the date and time into the website. Also making a section that can show off a live ip camera feed on the website. I also would like the website to have music of my choice other then what is already on there. Maybe even a control of music. #5 can be done at a later time
