We are wordpress experts and our work load is becoming more than we can handle directly. We have the design in photoshop created and ready to be sliced up into the template. The template should be based on the twenty ten template and be tableless and widgetized. and must be setup on our server. We’ll escrow the funds for the project for release on completion after testing and debugging. This is only about 6-10 hours of work. It’s a very simple and clean design. We need this completed this week and should only take 1 day. Please provide wordpress examples.

It’s currently a php-based site and I’m not sure if you can just use the source code to create the template.

There are 2 small additions however…

1) I’d like an expandable widget (based on amount of vertical text) placed below the nav bar.

2) I’d like 2 widgets where the current header graphic and newsletter opt-in box are currently.

I have two HTML template pages currently formatted using tables, rows, cells. I need new templates created using DIVs and CSS. I have full specifications for the new templates and I also have the existing HTML templates for you to refer to. I need the two templates created using DIVs and the also the CSS created that supports the DIVs. I have the current CSS style sheet being used for the HTML templates for you to refer to. The CSS “text” styles should remain the same. I have a number of clients looking at website redesigns – I don’t have time to do all of these myself (i’m a solo freelancer) and prefer to do more of the development work (eg. adding in a custom built php cms) than design work anyway.

The job would basically be coming up with a photoshop for a redesign of an existing website (most of the sites that are to be redesigned look really poor – I want to make sure what we offer them looks modern and clean). Should the client like the design you may also get extra (paid) work to code the site in xhtml/css standards-compliant. The ability to create flash templates would also be a big advantage.

Let me be clear though – this job is primarily about creating the new look-and-feel for a website. You don’t have to be able to code. I can find someone else for that if I don’t have the time to do it myself.

Your bid should indicate how much you would charge per design creation (either as a photoshop file or if you prefer going straight to working code or flash thats fine too). Don’t pull out any ancient templates though.. I dont want to see Flash MX templates or templates full of table code.

A link to past examples of work would be great, but not required if you have good feedback on scriptlance with other projects.

Successful candidiate that produces good work will definitely be provided with more work in the future.
