Changing existing joomla template.

I now have a joomla template installed on www.LeonDesign.nl their must be done some changes to this template and than install the complete template to www.LeonDesign.EU

I need the colors modified on a Zen Cart template. I have attached the template. You can see it installed here:

I will provide the winning bidder with a ftp login to our Zen Cart installation where they can modify the files.

The site will need to use the following colors:

#ffffff – white – background color
#003366 – blue – accent color
#cccc99 – tan – secondary color #2
#cccccc – gray – seconday color #1

Any bidders that provide a mockup will be more likely to be picked.

I have 15-20 blogs, all with various amounts of articles, videos, widgets, plug-ins, etc. Some are quite “busy” and others have very little content at all. I am using a template for most that no longer suites my needs and is not “3 second rule” friendly. I need someone to simply change over the template, re-size the sidepanel banners to fit properly and to be aesthetically pleasing, get rid of some of the affiliate banners I am no longer interested in promoting, and do a basic “house cleaning,” perhaps even cleaning up some of the redundant categories and/or tags.

I may also need a logo inserted at the header, along with a photo on some.

When completed, we will build more blogs, along the same line, so this should mean quite a bit of work for the right person or company for quite some time to come.

Here is what I need; I am looking to launch 66 websites in 3 days. I already have made word press templates. For 60 of these you would be required to make some visual changes to match the new color scheme to make sure each looks like a custom site instead of a free web template. You would also add the word press to the template and load to the domain and server in beta format. I have 4 sites that are in Photoshop. You would take the PSD template slice, convert to joomla, and then load to the Joomla system on the server. 2 other sites you will take a free script from online social network and make two social network sites with a couple modifications, and load to the system in beta format to the server. In addition, the final one site is a job portal; you will make the required modifications, and match the design and load to the server in beta format.

You must have knowledge of Linux (UNIX) server system. I will also need SEO and web master services to manage the sites so this could turn into a long-term project affiliation.

I break down the prices like this $50 per template modification, connection to word press and load to server. $100 per PSD complete site slicing, HTML/CSS conversion and Joomla adaptation and load to beta format. $250 per both script adaptation to the social networks, load the to the site in beta format. For the SEO I offer $25 per site and for the webmaster I offer $500 a month.

I really only prefer to work with one experienced developer with all the required skills that can meet the skill requirements and deadlines. My preference on payment delivery is Pay Pal, I can also do other methods but the fees will be converted by you in your payment. Not to comfortable in advance compensation so I will be paying in lump sums on days out lined in an agreement of services provided. I respect if you can’t work that way so this is better for someone who can work with what I am comfortable with.

I have the website vrealty.au.com (yes, .au.com).
I have installed open realty which is an open source real estate listing, however I would like to have some very simple modifications done. I would need to have the header changed to a new logo, very simple writing, but like the look of the current header.

I also need to know if it is possible to change the menus on the left, removing some and just keeping a few of them.

I would say by the looks of the admin panel you will need to know how to use open realty.
