We are looking for a remote sales representative that would be generating and processing leads releated to our product line AQuA Voice and AQuA Wideband (AQuA stands for Audio Quality Analyzer). We have a good pool of customers in VoIP, fixed, mobile and converged networks. Basically one of the goals is to reach Asterisk PBX owners in a short to medium term.

i am looking for a website that allows us to design multiple telesales script and data capturing in a flowchart fashion and put them online so that telesales staff can use the front end for reading out the sripts and capturing data.
What we are trying to do is design scripts that telesales staff can call prospective leads with all that they need to say to them in front of them. the scripts may also have input fields next to the comments (which will be validated) and there will also be pop up notes available for pointing out tips or help for the telesales staff if they are stuck or get asked something.
there will also be the facility to jump to different parts of the script or the script opens up other parts depending on the answer that they give (ie if they say no, this jumps somewhere else, or if they are a homeowner for example, this would open up additional details/fields)
The admin section will allow us to design multiple scripts in a user friendly way,with datacapturing facilities and will provide user acess to various levels when logged in (ie admin, telesales user, supervisor). there will also be reporting facilities that will allow us to search and filter leads to allow us to monitor performance of campaign. IN ESSENCE THESE SCRIPTS ARE FLOWCHARTs
we will also need facilities to allow us to import and export data and reports
Expereience in this type of project would be an added advantage
