We are seeking a Telecom Business Analyst to work onsite in Puerto Rico. The project is for 3-6 months. Specific project details will be given to qualified candidates only.
Start date: ASAP
Target Rate: $20-$28 (all transactions goes through escrow)
Candidate requirements
1. Experience in Telecommunications
2.Computer or Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience
3.AMDOCS Ensemble experience preferred
4. Provisioning experience
5.Architecting and implementing SOA (service-oriented architecture) and ESB (enterprise service bus) solutions
6.Implemented and deployed high-throughput J2EE/Linux/Unix production systems
7.Doesn’t have to be a BA, just has to have a solid technical background.
8.Good leadership and personal skills
