Project For Eperfections

You must provide a methodology, design, Java Implementation and results.

Step 1 (part 1 is TCP/UDP communication with multiple clients)
This project is an implementation of a TCP and an UDP client-server system, simulating multiple clients (At Most 10) with a single server. You must simulate at least 5 clients with one server.
The error correction policy of TCP must be implemented on the UDP connections, each client must support both interfaces, TCP and UDP, and support the error correction policies of TCP, including but not limited to.

1) The server can go down, the clients wait, all messages in progress will continue, as if they were not interrupted,
2) Messages that are sent to particular client must only go to that client.
3) A client can be shut down, once restored, will continue with the interaction to the server.
4) The server must record the number of clients that are currently connected.
5) There will be no data lost during the execution of the simulation, in either TCP or UDP
The message that is sent by the server to each client is

Machine Interface Tcp/ip Dev

March 16th, 2010 Comments off

Hi everybody,

We need you to remake a simple machine interface that sends a string of data thru the TCP/IP protocol.

As you can see from the attached file we have made the interface in PHP, you have to make a small desktop application based on what you see there and posts the same data over the TCP/IP protocol.

Tcp File Sharing Client

December 7th, 2009 Comments off

I need to create a TCP file sharing client in which users connected to the same IP and port and on the same network can share files of any size easily. The client should have a place where users can browse files on there computers and then select files to share. There should also be a chat window in which users can talk to each other during the file transfer. Once a file transfer is accepted, the user should be prompted and asked where they would like the file to be saved. Once the transfer is in progress there should be a bar which shows the file transfer progress, the size of the file, and how much of that size has been transferred. I need this done in the next week.

Windows Squid.conf Multi Ips

November 14th, 2009 Comments off

I have squid installed and running on a remote box but when trying to use multiple ips that are on the server it always uses the first specified but not the rest

i have tried

tcp_outgoing_address x.x.x.x
tcp_outgoing_address x.x.x.x

and the regular linux way

acl ip1 myip x.x.x.x
tcp_outgoing_address x.x.x.x ip1
acl ip2 myip x.x.x.x
tcp_outgoing_address x.x.x ip2

this is obviously a fast and easy job as i justt need to know what to put in squid.conf or have someone put a example in my file..

Tcp Packet Reverse Engineering

September 14th, 2009 Comments off

I am looking to work with someone that can reverse engineer a specific protocol so that I can use it in my own 3rd party application.

The protocol is used to play games and engage in chats with other members. The part I am specifically after is the chat part.

I require the ability to (in a VB.NET demo application):

Login & maintain connection
Join game room
Send message to room

If you have experience with this type of work please place a temporary bid and tell me about your previous history.

I will provide more details in private.

Three Part Tcp Tunnel

July 10th, 2009 Comments off

This project involves writing a three part TCP Tunnel. A complete description is available in the attached docx.

Read the requirements carefully before bidding and make sure you understand them.

We will not prepay any money, but we can escrow 50% on start, and 50% when we have seen a prototype of two of the three components.

We require someone who can work fulltime on this, writes english well and are available on msn or icq.

Timeframe is 3-5 days from accept.
