one tab will contain everything combined into one article, that i can quickly tab to and see how the article is progressing from an overall view. but then flip to the other tabs to quickly update certain portions of the article.
for instance one tab might be key point1 and all of its parts. other tabs are keypoints 2 and 3. etc, etc.
i have this in ms access 2003, so its about 90% thought out.
would like to access other articles quickly in the same database, or somehow flip to a list of others in the db, and then focus on one that i wish to focus in on with the tabs showing at top as described previously.

I have a spreadsheet with approximately 40 tabs that I update daily. Each tab records sales metrics for a single person.

Every day, I need to send each tab to the appropriate person.

I’m looking for a solution that will automate the process. Once I finish updating every tab on the spreadsheet, I want to be able to send them out as PDFs to the folks who need the information.

The process would:

1. Automatically convert each tab within the Excel spreadsheet into a standalone PDF, which is named the same as the title of the tab.
2. Automatically e-mail each PDF to it’s associated owner (without me needing to create a new e-mail, attach the PDF and send individually).

I need a webpage script that will read plain text and have it formatted into a collapsible outline that can be read on a mobile device as a webpage.

1. The script will read plain text inputted by the user
2. A collapsible outline is created based on the number of tabs that are in front of each line of text. Example: 0 tabs in front of the line: roman numeral 1. 1 tab in front of the line of text = A, 2 tabs in front of the line of text will be a 1). 2 tabs in front of the next line of text will be a 2). 1 tab in front of the next line of text = B
3. The all of the lines should be collapsed as default. Then clicking on the line of text will reveal the 2nd level of text, etc..
4. The script will detect the latest, last viewed or accessed line and keep track of it (maybe with a special character?). This will later be used as a bookmarker to return to later.
5. The webpage should take up the entire screen so it looks like an app.
6. The text should be editable on the webpage.

The attached text file is a sample of the data that needs to be read and formatted.

I am using jQuery UI Tabs for some specific job by loading content into the tabs from files with AJAX ( http://jqueryui.com/demos/tabs/#ajax ). Each tab has a form and I would need those forms to be submitted inside their corresponding tabs instead of general scope. Currently, if you submit a form inside a tab it is not working (form data cannot be captured) …

It’s not in this mockup, but the play button would be in the upper left, and when clicked the entire top area would be the player playing the video.

Additionally, we hope to be able to generate the content for these tabs dynamically-which I feel certain is possible, but I am having a difficult time figuring out how to get this to work; my number one concerns are:

-getting the tabs to work with a player in each tabbed pane;
-being able to format the photos on the right considering the html limitations of the content plugin;
-seeing if we can get the tabs to rotate from one tab to the next in a slide show format.

Hey, I have a couple JS tabs on http://gracefamilychurch.org (check the tabs marked “VAN DYKE” and “EAST LAKE” to see what I mean). In all browsers except IE, mousing over either loads the info for that campus.

In IE you have to mouse way to the right or move your mouse all over the tabs to get them to work.

I am unable to give FTP access to the site, but I am available via IM to work on a fix.

I’m looking for a designer to come up with a theme and web design for Kitsch’nware (kitschnware.com). Take a look at the site to get an idea of what it’s about, and think about what you’d do to make a cool, fun, kitschy, retro look for the site.

The code is done in Ruby on Rails by me, so I have total control over the layout if your design requires any changes. The navigation tabs are part of the code, and can’t be changed–but they can (and should!) be turned into something more interesting, like recipe box looking tabs. The tabs themselves can be turned into images, so keep that in mind.

I have the rights to the font used for the Kitsch’nware logo on the page, so I can get you that to work with. I have a simple page using jquery to show tabs with different content in them. In one the tabs, i have a google map . It turns out there’s an issue with showing a map in the correct size from a hidden tab. It’s documented below along with a simple solution. This project has 2 parts:
1 – to create a code that displays 3 tabs on the screen which user can chose to watch one of the three videos. Similar to tabs that are at the end of videos displayed on YouTube. I am buliding a website but it needs some modification.
It is a Joomla/Com-property website. Com property is a freely
available estate agent component for joomla.

The lates version 3.1116_com_properties.zip its kind a beta version,
and the first thing what i need is the “property listing page” (where
you see the actual project/property), is presented with predefined
tabs what you can turn on and off in admin.

Thats all good what i need is that there is a tab called
“Description” tab (they have images actualy on the tabs not text i
will change this on my website, but if you check this on the demo
site) wich has a text editor on admin side but there is only one like
that, and i would like to duplicate “triplicate” or even have 5-6 of
that so that i can add more then one description tab, and those are
editable with the text editor, also their title are editable.

So they have to work as the default description tab (text editor in
admin, and option to turn them on or off, and/or if they left empty
they are turned off automatically) on top of that to be able to set
custom titles to the tabs.

A simple job for someone with the right skills.

We are looking for a designer to design us a site template using xhtml, divs and css, no tables or image text. The designer will also need to create a site logo and 5 separate css sheets (so user can select different themes) and up to 5 banners, this is a very simple job. The designs will need to be original.

The design is going to have a row of tabs (number to be decided) at the top of the main body. This is going to be the main site admin that will open different sections within the site, for an example check out www.betterliving.co.nz . These Tabs will be LARGE and BOLD

Under this will be another smaller row of Tabs. These will be the navigation within this section and each page will have a different number.

On the left hand side of the page will be the page navigation; this will go to certain parts of the page that have anchor text of commonly used parts of the section.

The site will be optimised for 1024 x 768 or larger, we have not picked a colour scheme but we want a clean, fresh, relaxing feel. The site is to be designed using mainly CSS, no tables please

The main body of the site needs to be large, clean and spacious, but needs to allow for banners to be added to the right side of the page at a later stage.

The designer will have to liaise and working with our developer regarding the design, as this site is a large database driven site and all pages will be created dynamically using this template.

The site needs to compatible and render properly in all browsers.

Some of our specifications are:

1. The banner and logo will be placed in such a way that any other banner and logo can fit in that position.
2. Need few banners and logos to be built.
3. There should not be any inline css.
4. There need to be few css files. User can choose different css files to change their theme.
5. A separate file need to be maintained to keep track of which css class is used in which page and for what. Ex: page name : register.php, class : abc (for background colour),xyz(for hover colour)
6. Each panel, such as left panel or top left panel, will have a prefix in the css class for what it is being used for. Ex: top tabs will have top_tabs_abc.
7. It is best to avoid “id” and use “class” as it will help programmer add JavaScript.
8. If any JavaScript is used please use Jquery as the site will be built on it.
9. The buttons or tabs should not be any image so that I can use the css class for creating more buttons.
10. All JavaScript needs to in external files
11. There needs to be a full list of navigation links at the bottom of the page that are text links.

A simple job for someone with the right skills.

We are looking for a designer to design us a site template using xhtml, divs and css, no tables or image text. The designer will also need to create a site logo and 5 separate css sheets (so user can select different themes) and up to 5 banners, this is a very simple job. The designs will need to be original.

The design is going to have a row of tabs (number to be decided) at the top of the main body. This is going to be the main site admin that will open different sections within the site, for an example check out www.betterliving.co.nz . These Tabs will be LARGE and BOLD

Under this will be another smaller row of Tabs. These will be the navigation within this section and each page will have a different number.

On the left hand side of the page will be the page navigation; this will go to certain parts of the page that have anchor text of commonly used parts of the section.

The site will be optimised for 1024 x 768 or larger, we have not picked a colour scheme but we want a clean, fresh, relaxing feel. The site is to be designed using mainly CSS, no tables please

The main body of the site needs to be large, clean and spacious, but needs to allow for banners to be added to the right side of the page at a later stage.

The designer will have to liaise and working with our developer regarding the design, as this site is a large database driven site and all pages will be created dynamically using this template.

The site needs to compatible and render properly in all browsers.

Some of our specifications are:

1. The banner and logo will be placed in such a way that any other banner and logo can fit in that position.
2. Need few banners and logos to be built.
3. There should not be any inline css.
4. There need to be few css files. User can choose different css files to change their theme.
5. A separate file need to be maintained to keep track of which css class is used in which page and for what. Ex: page name : register.php, class : abc (for background colour),xyz(for hover colour)
6. Each panel, such as left panel or top left panel, will have a prefix in the css class for what it is being used for. Ex: top tabs will have top_tabs_abc.
7. It is best to avoid “id” and use “class” as it will help programmer add JavaScript.
8. If any JavaScript is used please use Jquery as the site will be built on it.
9. The buttons or tabs should not be any image so that I can use the css class for creating more buttons.
10. All JavaScript needs to in external files
11. There needs to be a full list of navigation links at the bottom of the page that are text links.

This is an extremely simple project. I have several psds that vary slightly one from the other and I need it tableless and compliant. The layout needs to allow for expandible/collapsible ajax tabs. More work possible on ajax forms etc. Exceed the budget and you’ll be ignored. You can’t see the psds before being hired and I don’t escrow. Payment via paypal upon successful completion.
