3. HTML as a source of Data:
We plan to use HTML files as the source of Data for the POSTs. Because, it will be easy for us to just plug the data into any HTML file and put it in the App. This process would be much more faster then editing any XML file.

4. Must pass the Apple Approval Process:
The Application needs to pass the Apple approval process for listing onto the iTunes App Store. And, incase if the Application is rejected for Technical or Programming reasons. You will be required to do the needful and work towards getting the App approved.

Since, this is a very Simple App where you just need to Display Categories, Sub-categories, Post’s etc. The Budget is not very HIGH.

My purpose in having a website created is to be able to study different Bible Translations that have already been created and are freely available online, and have a page that will act as a virtual library. I have begun a Bible Translation list that I hope to continue to expand over time.

I need from you a web page created with a database within it to hold the list I have attached of Bible Translations, with the view of me being able to add many more Translations to this database/page (potentially thousands). At the top of the web page I need an organised group of tabs/buttons as follows: a Complete Old Testament tab/button, a Complete New Testament tab/button, a Complete Bible tab/button, and one for every book of the Bible. This is illustrated at the top of the attached diagram (which is a basic diagram of how I want the page to look like).
Each translation in my attached list includes (its title, any other titles the translation is known as, the author/s, a link to where to find it on the web, and a code at the end). I have added codes at the end to be able to filter the Translations within the database. Each code is to be connected with its corresponding tab/button at the top of the page. The reason being is that when a tab/button is clicked it filters out (hides) any of the translations that do not contain that corresponding code in the database. I need the code on the end of each Translation to be hidden when viewed on the web page.
Instead of having the full title of each book of the Bible appearing on each tab/button, I have created shorthand’s to save space and would like these to be used if it helps its readability on the page. The following are all the shorthand’s I need you to use for the tabs/buttons as well as the codes written into the Translations, where the first bracket (xx) is the shorthand and the second [yy] is the code:

I started with a form .. and on it a number of controls, sliders… text boxes, etc.
These controls are set up when the form is constructed from an existing object.
Before the form is closed – the values of the controls are read back from the calling application and the object is updated – Pretty standard stuff.
Let’s call all these values the ‘settings’ of the object
I now need to have this form show 4 different sets of settings – one each on a tab page.

The controls themselves are not all displayed – panels are used to show some controls and hide others – all depending on one of the settings.

For example if the form was to show and set temperature , then only the controls used for this are displayed…
If the form was to show humidity- then a different set of controls would be shown.

Each TAB PAGE must behave in EXACTLY the same way .. with controls and panels – IDENTICAL, but each page would represent a different object, and the fields must be accessed in a structured way .. like..

I have 43 files in two different formats that have no tabs, only spaces separating data fields. They need to be converted to tab delimited text files with no spaces (except between words, of course).

It’s easy to distinguish the data fields (see attached files). They do NOT have to converted into a consistent format across all files. Just replace all the bloody spaces with tabs.

I have tried doing this myself using JQuery (fb:wall) but the wall does not act the same way and you do not have all of the same features and I would need some way to dynamically update the Facebook token. Another problem that I came across is that it cannot be done in an iFrame because if you scroll down to view more posts you end up seeing scrollbars in the iFrame. It may need to be developed up as a whole new app (I am open to recommendations). On some stores it also has a Twitter option included in the tab and I would like this function to be included as well (see Tweets.png attached).

I want to make a Travel Guide App that i can replicate as many times as i want.

Core Features:
=> Universal App: Must work on iPad’s,iPod’s,iPhone’s
=> HTML Files: Where i can provide data via HTML Files

Our App will be some what similar to this App on the iTunes:

It will have 4 sections!

After the Loading/Splash screen. It will show 4 Tabs at the Bottom:

Tab-1) Guide

> This will be the Home Screen
> It will display the Main Category List which would be the Names of the City.
For Example: Dubai, Abudhabi etc. (What ever main category name i provide)
Every Main Category shall have its own Icon Image which will be shown next to the Ctegory title!
> When selected any Main Category. It’s gonna display a list of Sub-Categories.
For Example: Eat & Drink, See & Do, Shopping etc (Whatever subcategory name i provide)
Every Sub-Category shall have its own Icon Image which will be shown next to the sub-category title!
> When selected any Sub-Category. It’s gonna display a list of Posts. Just like a Blog post, this post could contain a Post Title, Content and could accompany a Preview image as well. But, all these post’s would be offline and stored via HTML Files. In case, if a post does not have a image, no image would be shown.
For Example: If we Tap a Sub-Category called “Eat & Drink”. It’s gonna display a list of Different Post’s for the restaurants or cafe i decide to include.
> When tapped on a Post. It will show the Title of the Post and Preview image, content from the HTML file i provide. Allow the user the Ability to share the content of this page via Email, Facebook and alsoallow this post to be Marked as Favorites

Tab-2) Pic Gallery

> This Tab would be OPTIONAL.
> I may include this Tab or NOT in the App.
> Give me the power to Enable it or Disable it.
> If i dis-able – it should not be shown.
> If i enable it – it should be listed as the Second Tab.
> It will be the same Pic Gallery which the “Photos” app on every iPod Touch, iPad & iPhone has.
> The User can view the Thumbnails of every pic included in the App.
> Each pic will have a Caption. (Allow me to define caption for every pic)
> The user can view the pic in both the Lanscape and Potrait mode of the device.
> Allow me to easily add any number of Pics to the App in any format: PNG or JPG
> All Pics would be stored offline in the App.

Tab-3) Map

> This Tab would be OPTIONAL.
> I may include this Tab or NOT in the App.

> The Map would be OFFLINE Map and it could be of any City in the World.

> One can easily get the Offline Map data via OpenStreetMap.org.

Tab-4) My Favs

> This section is going to display those Post’s which the user marks as Favorites
> Allow user to Remove any post from this section

The App needs to be Designed keeping in mind 4 Things:

1. Easy User Interface:
Try and develop an App which is easy to understand and use from the user’s point of view!

2. Easy Replication process for me:
This is very IMPORTANT. Since, we plan to launch travel guides of many cities. So, you will be required to give me the Full Source code with all the Rights, that is easy to be replicated into creating more new Guides.

3. HTML as a source of Data:
We plan to use HTML files as the source of Data for the POSTs. Because, it will be easy for us to just plug the data into any HTML file and put it in the App. This process would be much more faster then editing any XML file.

4. Must pass the Apple Approval Process:
The Application needs to pass the Apple approval process for listing onto the iTunes App Store. And, incase if the Application is rejected for Technical or Programming reasons. You will be required to do the needful and work towards getting the App approved.

Since, this is a very Simple App where you just need to Display Categories, Sub-categories, Post’s etc. The Budget is not very HIGH.

Remember: I am not looking for a Developer to work just one-time. I am looking for a very long term business relationship. If you can give me Real GOOD Work at a good rate. I may contact you again for another IOS project.

I am looking for someone to code a chrome extension (possibly firefox add-on) that is very simple. When your cursor hovers over a tab at the top of the chrome browser it will auto open that tab.

Example:
You have two tabs open at the top of your browser (tab 1 and tab 2). You are browsing on tab 1 when you want to change to tab 2. You move your cursor up to tab 2 and almost instantly as your cursor touches the tab it will automatically switch the current page to tab 2, without having to click the mouse.

The extension should have an on and off button and 4 time settings for how long you have to hover over the tab before it auto clicks (instant, short, med, long). With the longest being 1 second (might need to be adjusted).

I have a very low budget, I just think this would be something that people would enjoy to use. I am not planning to make a profit.

#1 – I want to incorporate the dynamic slider (to read data from db) and display it in frontpage. Want to replicate the default listing form in admin and modify it with fields like title, summary description, url link and image uploader. All this only for the slider as not to mix up with the default listing form in the admin.
So slider will read data from this modified listing form and display in slider with title, summary and image. Once click it will bring to the relevant listing.

#2 Tab form for featured, popular and most viewed. existing site has the functionality. Just incorporate the tab design and css design
