We used a canned clone script as a base to create the current design/layout of our site, which already has some non-typical features added to it. What we’ve found is that the basic script core functionality has way too many flaws to try to fix and it’s slowwwwwww. We have not gone live with the site yet.

Looking for a PHP auction site EXPERT or team of experts to help with the following:

1) Start with an existing (& known working) penny auction type base that is fast and can handle thousands of live auctions and users…. or write this part from scratch… we are open to your ideas here… however, you must know this script inside and out! We’ve seen a few of the “Swoopo Clones” out there and know what they look like and how poorly they perform, so make sure you know your stuff here.

2) Use graphics we supply you with to re-create our current site design with your new auction script

3) If possible, find an automated way we can transfer product database from old site to new site

4) We have very specific concepts we want to implement in terms of the way the site will work, both from admin and user points of view, so you need to know the script intimately (which is why writing from scratch might be a good idea)… changes in behavior of bid butlers, auction start times, and also shopping cart and won-auction processes will be needed.

5) We need a totally customized admin panel and CMS system… we have a very clear vision of how we want this to work, but this has not been laid out yet on our current site, so we will need to co-develop this new admin panel with you. We will take care of 95% of the graphic design, and your main task will be to handle site mechanics and functionality.

Please do not respond with a list of more than 2 or 3 *relevant* examples.

WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER “SWOOPO CLONE” SCRIPT… we need someone who can take our new vision of what an entertainment shopping site should be and help us put it into action… this could turn into long term work for the right performer….

Upon completion, we will retain all rights to the customized code, graphics, and unique concepts we implement on the site. So please don’t bid on this project with plans to use the layout, concepts or code for another project in the future.

This project contains in implementing “Contact Book Importing” and “Auto Bid Bots” to Swoopo Clone/Penny Auction Script.

Contact Book Importing

I need a CBI system integrated to existing invitation system, which will also allow users to import contacts from different email providers, like Hotmail, Ymail and Gmail.

Auto Bid Bots

It must be possible for me to add atleast a dusin of bidding bots with different usernames, who will bid to desirable maximum amount that I choose for each item. These bots are supposed to make bids when the countdown time is almost running out for an auction, between 1-5 secs.

I am looking for programmers who know the programming basics of this kind of projects. It’s a advantage for both parts if you are familiar with programming swoopo clones/penny auction scripts. I will only consider programmers with good reputation/feedback.

I am looking for a fully functional “Penny Auction” script. One that is similar in style to PPC Auction (swoopoclone.com) would be preferred as I already have a theme designed for that script (I purchased the “Fiesty CMS” version of it, not knowing it was nulled & non-functioning until it was too late & had already spent 4hrs on the site design).

Paypal integration is a must. Needs to have live updating, autobidders, basically all the functions PPC Auction features.

This is for a small, private website and is just something I want to play with more than anything, so I’m NOT looking to spend a lot of money on it.

Here is exactly what I need and I will pay on completion. So I am having some issues with my current clone. The bid timer is not working,the cron jobs arent working,the grapics arent loading every time on the page either. Also it maxes out at 40 users.I need this done as soon as possible.

I am looking for a programmer that can create a “pay per bid auction” site like: www.swoopo.com (clone) written in Php and Ajax with mysql database. I need it to be easily accessible with a search engine like: [www.ebay.com]. The script must contain auction, user, administrator sections and be easily expandable with new modules and features. User area will contain profile, billing and auction and bid control. However administration area will let the multiple administrators to control auctions and bids, users, website settings and templates, billing and payment gateways. All language texts must be included in the txt files saved as UTF-8 to allow multi languages. The script needs to be finished within 30 days and the budget is up to $1500.
This will be an on going project… I will continue to expand and update the site with new modules as time goes by.
