Switch Tabs On Hover In Chrome

I want a Google Chrome browser extension for the developer version of Chrome (4.0.249.0 now) by which I can switch tabs simply by mousing over so there is no need to click to do so like the Firefox TabMix plus extension. This extension should be lightweight and minimalistic and should not get broken in future developer and stable versions of Google Chrome.
