I am the copyright owner of the content and have already paid for a programmer to create the flash file. He got this far – and the work is exactly what I required and of the right standard – but he then had to withdraw for personal reasons. I am sympathetic to his plight, but need the project finished urgently. He briefly got back in touch a few weeks ago after I previously made this posting, but has since disappeared again, causing still more delays!

The SWF file here is encrypted. Although I believe it is possible to retrieve the design elements by decompiling it, the action code is irretrievable. Therefore it needs rebuilding using the design elements already created. I have already paid the previous programmer 50% of the costs of the project, even though it’s incomplete, so this means that the design elements have been paid for and can be used. The programmer has confirmed to me (in writing) that he agrees with this. He also promised me the source files, but as he is out of contact again I cannot assume I will receive these.

I need someone to exactly recreate this file in FLA and give me both the FLA and resulting SWF files. This is in case I need to edit the project in any way in the future. I need an unencrypted version of both.

Mostly this is just about copying the previous file with all the same actions. There is a mistake in the Vowel section of the Tutor – I can explain this to the winning programmer – but this should be easy to fix as it’s just misplaced text. The only additional thing left to do is to attach the audio files. And audio should play when each of the symbol buttons is pressed. I had arranged for a small extra cost ($20) to provide these in WAV form to be optimised and split by the previous programmer. This we can discuss.

I have a video player on my site that lacks needed functions. 1. Show a graphic that says movie loading (or something similar) we don’t want a preloader that preloads it 100%) Problem is that now it just shows blank until loads (about 10 seconds on normal conection) and this looks bad

2. Would like to optimize aftereffects f4v file and have similar file size with higher quality.

In conclusion we aren’t looking to change anything about aftereffects file but have it display something like loading but not actually preload whole file as that could take 1 minute and goal is to load part of file as quickly as possible and 2 to better optimize file.

I’m using videowhisper on top of red5 for a video conferencing solution. Due to the cost of licensing for full version I’d like the swf (here – http://community.schools.ac/mod/videoconference/videowhisper_conference.swf) rewriting with the same features as it currently has.

Note that videowhisper is GPL for everything except the swf component – this costs to get the full version that works without limitations. I do not want the swf decompiling and nulling as that would get me into trouble, but either a flash component built from scratch or something that is already open source adapting to fit the site.

I have a windows movie maker file (complete with slides, transitions and audio.) I need the file converted from wmv (Windows Movie Maker format) to Flash (swf).

I would also, in an ideal world, love to have the file size reduced as much as possible without sacrificing sound and video quality.

As the file is down loading, (or streaming–you get the idea) online, I need one of these handy little count downs so that the viewer knows that the presentation is loading and they can be patient.

I would also like to see playback controls such as play, stop, pause, etc.

I would think that this should take maybe an hour at the absolute most for the experienced and savvy Flash developer.

This is a very quick and simple project. I have a logo that I would like made into an animated Flash swf. Here are some requirements.

Size: 200 x 200
Colors: Logo is white only. SWF should have transparent background. This swf will be laid over other elements.
Animation: I need 2 versions.
- First version should have the logo icon spinning. The icon should have thickness, approximately 8 pixels. The logo icon will sit above the logo text
- Second version should be the opposite. The logo text should be spinning. It should also have thinkness like the above. It will sit under the logo icon.

Need a person(s) to use Flash to convert supplied color .ai & .eps clip art to color .swf clipart. Save as .swf and movieclip.

I have a SWF file (not FLA) to which I need a preloader added. The SWF was created as an export from InDesign, which does not add a stop action at the first frame.

Description:
Need a small simple standalone (I’ll be embedding on an existing site) flash application that will work with an existing SWF file and accept user input of various smile variables (example: “smile”, “six”, “mad”). User will click generate button and variables will be sent to existing swf via URL and return a composite image.

This needs to be presented in a simple but graphically nice user interface.

That’s it.

Functions:
- user gets 1 input box where he will enter smiley variables
- user gets generate button that when clicked generates a composite flash image
- url that generates image needs to be hidden/obfuscated so that no one can see it
- include watermark of site to keep others from hotlinking to application without giving us credit. this should be encrypted if possible to prevent someone from simply decompiling the swf and removing it.

Some information on how this works and what is available to us:

We have been given the URL of the swf that generates the smiles and that is all we have access to. We do not have access to original FLA’s. End users ALREADY know what variables are available to them.

Smiley variables are stackable in that a user can use more than one to keep stacking effects on top of others to generate a more complex composite image.

Examples:

If user entered “smile” in the input box and hit generate, it would send a request to domain.com/example.swf with the variable “smile” like this:
http://www.domain.com/example.swf?url=(smile) which would generate a simple smile.

I have a very small flash game but the creator forgot to give me some necessary coding that my programmer needs to install the game into a .php file.
