I will need the ability to quickly add pages for specific products, tutorials / how-to guides, and downloadable documents.

I would also like a Member Login area placed on the home page to offer clients a convenient place to access their cameras. I will be using a third party provider to host the video storage, and this page will eventually need to link to it.

Looking to go live in a week or less.

Budget is in the $250 range.

I have uploaded a template page for what I want the site to look like. It is clean, professional and uncluttered. I am not willing to accept anything of lesser quality.

If you would like to submit a photoshop or jpeg of a mock-up home page, it will only help your chances of winning. Pricing is not my only motivator.

I am open to any other ideas you may have that will improve the site.

am looking to develop a software application that enables the user to watch on his mobile phone and computer, audio and video captured by a video camera attached to the computer.

It should also work with all USB and Parallel Port cameras, Windows compatible Capture Devices and Frame grabbers, TV tuner cards and with Network IP Cameras.
My suggestion is that the system can have two components: a server component, which is installed on the desktop PC and which is responsible for video capture and streaming, and a client component, installed on the phone, responsible for video rendering. If you have alternate suggestions or added features, they will be most welcome for discussion.

The application needs to have ALL OR MOST OF THE FEATURES LISTED BELOW:
? When the program detects motion in the monitored area, it can sound an alarm, send SMS, e-mail captured images, start transmitting to mobile phone or record activity.
? support for multiple cameras

? Scheduled or continuous video recording.
? Zoom in/zoom out function, time and date stamp
