1. In the “Leads” section of the CRM some of the contacts display with quotation marks: example “John Smith” instead of John Smith. This applies to the phone number, title, and address. We need these quotation marks cleaned off. When these are put back in they will be “Assigned to:” someone different, and a value will be entered for “Lead Source”.

2. We have one file of approximately 50K records. We have another corresponding file with approximately 5K emails….

We are using Sugarcrm with the sierra process manager. We would like to have a custom script created for mail merge.
What we would like.
1. When a lead is converted to a contact we would like to have a mail merge start and create a document with the contacts infomation in the mail merge. Then either send this document to the printer or create a task for this letter to print.

I’m looking for someone to create for me an INSTALLABLE Upgrade-Safe extension for SugarCRM. The extension needs to syncronize with MailChimp using their API.

The functionality must include:
1. Full syncronization (bi-directional) from/to members in MailChimp to Targets in SugarCRM.

2. Full syncronization (bi-directional) from/to lists in MailChimp to Target Lists in SugarCRM.

3. When viewing a Target in SugarCRM you would be able to ADD, DELETE or CHANGE the email address from within SugarCRM and have it take effect in MailChimp.

4. When ADDING, DELETING, CHANGING a member or their information (name, email address, etc) within MailChimp, it should make the exact same additions, deletions and modifications to the Target in SugarCRM.

5. When you create/delete Target Lists in SugarCRM, it should create/delete a list in MailChimp.

6. There must be a configuration section in the Administrator area of SugarCRM. Once you click on the configuration link, you will have the ability to enter the API key and any other information required to make it work.

This module must be upgrade safe.

Payment will not be made until the work is done due to previous bad experiences.

1. We need our Joomla forms properly linked into the CRM
2. There are three plugins that need to be installed.
3. The login page needs customizing w/ our own logo.

We are a not for profit organization which provides flexible loans for college or graduate studies (a student gets a loan and after graduation he repays it based on an previously agreed monthly fixed percentage of his salary)

We want to update our current selection and monitoring system to a new one (LAMP based) which comprises roughly the following processes:

1. Applications
We require a system to handle applications, similar to a recruitment process where we can filter and pre-select (discard) candidates.

2. Filter and selection
Pre-select candidates and notify them to update their profile with needed info/documents and schedule an interview.

3. Activities update
If a loan is awarded the status of the user changes. The contract is added to the user’s profile with several variables (ex: contact information, program data, loan repayment variables and conditions, etc.). During the academic program users update their profiles with relevant data (ex: transcripts)

4. Repayment cycle
After finishing its academic program the user status changes. He will start repaying its loan based on its contract conditions. Therefore the user should be able to access its balance and upload / update its payment records accordingly. A personalized payment calendar/table is displayed.

5. Report generation
Reports should be able to be generated based on different criteria according to the stage of the process.

We want this project to be based on top of vTiger, SugarCRM or other similar application as a module, so only bid if you have experience on these type of packages.

For these type of apps there are already some available modules that could be used (ex: eRecruiting, spiceHire, Customer Portal, loan/mortgage manager, and so on). Therefore it would be needed to determine the best package/module options, integrate if needed, and customize.

A complete overview, functionality requirements, data schema, UI mocks & summary of deliverables will be provided in the full brief. This project will be one of many vtiger/sugarCRM projects happening throughout the year.

Selection criteria:
- Must have demonstrated vtiger/sugarCRM module development experience
- Fluent in English (communication is key)
- Must be able to commit to deadlines

The task is to find a connection between the Campaign Manager of SugarCRM and the cformsII – form editor plugin in wordpress.

Users of WordPress cformsII should have the following additional global settings parameter:
*) SugarCRM webservice URL
*) SugarCRM username (if required for SugarCRM Webservice)
*) SugarCRM password (if required for SugarCRM Webservice)

While defining a form in WordPress cformII, users can add an additional field of new type “SugarCRM Campaign” which should display in an pulldown list all the campaigns defined in SugarCRM.

When a user of the WordPress Website fills out any form containing a SugarCRM Campaign, the SugarCRM webservice should be called and a new lead should be passed to the CRM.

The WordPress admin page should also be registered in SugarCRMs Portal list.

This is the task for this single project.

We would like to take our current Catalog Request Form and turn it into a 2 step process.

We would like this form changed in the following way:

Split the form into 2 pages. The first page will be Name and e-mail address only. Then the second page should be postal address.
