Our website is built on WordPress. In one of the side navigation, we need the Category to NOT be linkable and the style to be changed. Attached is a pic of how it is now and how I want it to be.

We need a vendor to fix the style and format of all pages pages on our website. There are close to 20-25pages. All existing pages and new pages should also follow the same format. When we create a new page through wordpress fck editor no programming knowledge should be required to create new page or post with our instructions of formating. You will have to edit the root css files of wordpress.
